NYFW is upon us! With the semi-annual event coming up in New York City on Feb. 8, 2019, Wonderwall.com went through the archives to dig up what the stars wore to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week exactly a decade ago, starting with Kim Kardashian West. The reality TV star slipped on a silky white tuxedo-inspired pantsuit, which she paired with big hair and a bright red lip, for the Alice+Olivia presentation on Feb. 16, 2009. "Gossip Girl" actress Blake Lively paired a gray turtleneck dress with a leather moto jacket for the Ralph Lauren presentation on Feb. 20, 2009. The rich orange hue of her coat was perfect for the fall collection's debut.

Glimmering goddess! Victoria Beckham sparkled in an Armani minidress for the opening of the designer's 5th Avenue store during NYFW 2009. The former Spice Girl wore a pink one-shoulder number adorned with crystal beadwork plus matching velvet pumps for the big event on Feb. 17.

Fashion is not a drill for Kanye West! During NYFW 2009, the rapper broke out a vintage military look from the What Goes Around Comes Around designer vault. He sported the special navy jacket, which was equipped with woven gold epaulettes and colorful red cuffs, at the Tory Burch fashion show on Feb. 18.

Khloe Kardashian isn't usually one to shy away from bold wardrobe options, but she kept it classic for NYFW 2009. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reality star — now the designer of her own denim brand, Good American — donned a black one-shoulder minidress for the Badgley Mischka fashion show on Feb. 17.

Lindsay Lohan stood out in multi-color sequins at the Matthew Williamson store opening during NYFW 2009. The "Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club" star wore a shimmering shift-style minidress cinched at the waist with a thin blue belt for the event on Feb. 15. She gave the blue, pink and gold ombre design a fall touch by adding sheer black tights and teal velvet pumps.

Leighton Meester looked super-chic for the Erin Wasson + RVCA presentation during NYFW 2009. She rocked a metallic bronze blouse tucked into a turquoise snakeskin pencil skirt for the fashion show on Feb. 18. The "Gossip Girl" actress completed her autumn-appropriate look with black tights and amber-embellished pumps.

Mischa Barton's long rectangular Chanel clutch did most of the talking during NYFW 2009. She paired the statement bag with black leather pants for the G Star fashion show on Feb. 17. The "The O.C." actress sure knows how to accessorize!

Kirsten Dunst wore a colorful Rodarte number that included a mix of red, beige, pale pink, black and silver yarn for the designer's fall presentation during NYFW 2009. The "Spider-Man" star sat front row at the fashion show on Feb. 17, putting the tattered crocheted frock on full display.

Jessica Biel was front and center to support her man, Justin Timberlake, at his William Rast fashion show during NYFW 2009. The "The Sinner" actress looked edgy in a skintight black minidress and studded blazer for the presentation on Feb. 16. Her jacket, from the line's fall collection, was embellished with hundreds of small brass washers.

Claire Danes zipped up a silver Zac Posen dress for the designer's presentation during NYFW 2009. The "Homeland" actress displayed the fitted frock with puffed-up short sleeves while sitting in the front row on Feb. 19.

Eva Longoria wore an exquisitely detailed Matthew Williamson midi-length coat with a gold-embroidered overlay and white beaded trim for the designer's fall presentation during NYFW 2009. She paired the turquoise, pastel pink and mustard-striped jacket with a neutral beige pencil skirt for the fashion show on Feb. 17.

Solange Knowles kept it basic in black and white for NYFW 2009. She wore a toga-style minidress with a cropped leather jacket to the BCBG Max Azria presentation on Feb. 13. The "Don't Touch My Hair" singer added a tiny pop of color with a pastel blue Chanel bag and purple Christian Louboutin heels.

Structured sisters! Nicky Hilton Rothschild and Paris Hilton both slipped on sophisticated numbers for the Pamella Roland fashion show during NYFW 2009. Nicky opted for a bright red top by the designer featuring a constructed over-the-shoulder neckline for the fall showcase on Feb. 17. Paris donned a gray-and-white pinstriped shift dress with a white collar and a classic Chanel bag.

Jennifer Love Hewitt was NYFW 2009's glam girl-next-door! For the Lela Rose fashion show on Feb. 15, she wore a dainty gold cocktail dress with a sequin-embellished neckline. The "911" star added a navy cardigan and nude pumps for a more modest feel.

Heidi Klum picked out an abstract minidress from Diane Von Furstenberg's spring collection for the designer's fall fashion show during NYFW 2009. The "Project Runway" judge paired the colorful sequined frock that included swipes of silver, magenta, blue and purple with a dark chunky belt and black YSL platform heels.

Michelle Monaghan made a bold fashion choice in head-to-toe Louis Vuitton at the amfAR New York Gala during NYFW 2009. The "The Path" actress stepped out wearing a red-and-orange minidress that included big structured shoulders, polka-dot patchwork and a voluminous tulle skirt for the star-studded bash on Feb. 12. She went the extra avant-garde mile with strappy feather and gemstone heels.

Gerard Butler doubled up on layers during chilly NYFW 2009. The "Den of Thieves" actor sported a cozy collared sweater under a distressed leather jacket at the William Rast fashion show on Feb. 16. We wonder if the label's co-founder, Justin Timberlake, approved.

Diane Kruger went for a flowy and flirty fall look during NYFW 2009. She slipped on a floral midi-length frock for the Marchesa presentation on Feb. 18 but paired the feminine number with contrasting black tights and lace-up military boots for a bit of edge.

Zoe Saldana rocked a pair of G Star jeans with a cool fringe hem plus a light gray blazer and a purple clutch for the designer's presentation on Feb. 17 during NYFW 2009.

Rachel Zoe made her rounds at NYFW 2009 in a burnt sienna suede shift dress. The stylist paired her frock, which was embellished with a bold black-and-white diamond decal in the center, with hunter green tights at the Donna Karan fashion show on Feb. 16.

Amanda Bynes wore a daringly short minidress for the Heart Truth red dress collection show on Feb. 13. To complete her NYFW 2009 ensemble, she accessorized the satin sweetheart design with a matching chain-link bracelet and belt.

Rachel Bilson combined style with comfort for one of her NYFW 2009 looks. She chose a loose-fitting asymmetrical number in a unique shade of watermelon for the Max Azria fashion show on Feb. 17.

Brittany Snow seemed to be looking ahead to the spring during NYFW 2009. The "Pitch Perfect" actress showcased a bright floral dress with oversized bell sleeves and a black belt at the Erin Fetherston fashion show on Feb. 15.

Kristen Bell made sure to stay warm during NYFW 2009. The "Happy Place" actress bundled up in a black leather jacket and colorful patterned scarf for the Pamella Roland fashion show on Feb. 17. Underneath it all, she wore an elegant red sheath dress by the designer herself.
