As the weather warms up and we usher in spring, award shows are ramping back up and stars are showing off their street style! Wonderwall.com is taking a look at March 2021's fashion hits and misses, starting with this wild look… Heidi Klum made it abundantly clear that spring has sprung when she stepped out in Los Angeles on March 29 wearing a very loud and very busy wide-leg floral jumpsuit. We like flower-themed fashion, but that all-over bright pattern paired with even brighter hot pink accessories was all a little too much for our eyes. Keep reading for more of the month's style highs and lows…
And we have a black-and-white winner! Demi Lovato donned a sleek blazer-style dress by Martin Martin for the March 20 premiere of her documentary "Demi Lovato: Dancing With the Devil." The frock featured a delicate black ruffle detail along the neckline and sleeves and a deep V that dropped to a single fastened black button. She added black peep-toe pumps by Giuseppe Zanotti and a diamond necklace by Kwiat Diamonds to infuse some shimmer around her neck for the special occasion.

Please don't let this become a trend! Kendall Jenner stepped out in New York City on March 21 in a disastrous look — a white collared shirt underneath a striped sweater vest paired with baggy green trousers and chunky loafers. Yikes!
We loved Sofia Vergara in this fiery red Brandon Maxwell jumpsuit featuring a strapless neckline, pocket details at the hips and wide-legged trousers. She added an equally bold gold Egyptian necklace by Graziela to complete the cool look at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in Santa Monica, California, on March 13.

We're used to being wowed by Erika Jayne's looks on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," but this black-and-gray snakeskin-patterned blouse paired with an otherwise all-black getup was pretty tame… and boring. The reality star wore the underwhelming look out in Los Angeles on March 22.
Chrishell Stause attended the MASH Gallery's Maggi Hodge Overload exhibition opening in Los Angeles on March 20 in this fitted tan frock by House of CB. The strapless ruched knee-length design paired perfectly with her accessories — tan strappy sandals and a blush-hued bag that kept things in the same warm-toned and neutral color palette.
Chrishell Stause's "Selling Sunset" co-star Mary Fitzgerald didn't fare as well at the MASH Gallery show on March 20. She wore this Andres Acosta gown featuring one of our least favorite silhouettes — a high-low hemline — and an asymmetric one-shoulder bodice with randomly placed embellishments at the bust.
Irina Shayk showed off some seriously cool street style in New York City in this Burberry sweater on March 19. The model added a camel coat and some edgy straight jeans with leather cuffs and completed her ensemble with black boots, a black beanie and a matching black mask.
Alessandra Ambrosio gave us some serious spring vibes in Los Angeles on March 16, stepping out in this cheery orange cropped sweatshirt with white bike shorts and white sneakers. She even added a neon green scrunchie to her ponytail for an extra pop of bright color.
Mixing plaids is a bold move, but even Harry Styles couldn't pull it off on Grammy night on March 14. The handsome former boybander arrived in head-to-toe Gucci in pieces including mismatched yellow and pink plaids, brown velvet trousers, pale yellow boots and a lilac boa to top things off. Though the look landed him among the worst dressed stars of the night, at least this ensemble can't be called boring!
It was a bold starfish-print Versace number for Tiffany Haddish at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on March 13. The comedy star sported the slinky spaghetti-strap midi-length frock with neon orange strappy sandals that matched perfectly.
Uh oh! Miranda Cosgrove got stuck in a fashion nightmare at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards after she showed up in the same bold starfish-themed Versace print as Tiffany Haddish. The former child star's version featured a short-sleeved collared blouse and matching skirt. She added bright blue pumps that complemented the cheery print.
For the Critics' Choice Awards on March 7, Regina King donned this stunning structured navy blue Atelier Versace number. Despite the lack of a red carpet, the actress-director still scored a serious hit with her killer couture, which included bold ruffled shoulder detailing, a shimmering fabric and a thigh-high slit.
Selecting a look straight from the runway can be a fashion risk, and it didn't pay off for Noah Cyrus at the Grammys on March 14. The singer arrived in this elaborate Schiaparelli design that featured a dramatic cape-like detail that served as her very own bizarre background as she walked the red carpet, plus a scoop neckline and draped fabric down the skirt. It's no surprise the design ended up the subject of many a meme… mostly surrounding its similarities to toilet paper and bed sheets.
Lady Gaga opted for a sleek white pantsuit by Max Mara while out in Rome on March 4. The superstar added a black top and sky-high platform boots to the mix plus a matching white bag by Valentino, solidifying this as a sleek street-style moment.
Nope! Phoebe Bridgers arrived at the Grammys on March 14 in a Thom Browne gown that was essentially… a skeleton costume. Yep, she opted for the designer's take on the signature skeleton onesie she often wears on stage. This one featured embellished bones that moved right along with her down the red carpet.
Amanda Seyfried looked magnificent in Miu Miu at the Critics' Choice Awards on March 7. The actress opted for this gorgeous menswear-inspired ensemble that featured a sequined bow tie and crystal embellishments on the sheer fabric of the blouse, which glammed up the classic silhouette. The sparkly shirt was paired with cropped black trousers and sky-high black stilettos for an unexpected combo that scored a fashion hit.
One of the best dressed stars at the Grammys on March 14? Dua Lipa, who arrived in this slinky Atelier Versace gown. The embellished semi-sheer frock featured a thigh-high slit and a butterfly detail down the bodice.
Gal Gadot got the bright color memo ahead of the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on March 13. While we loved the vibrant yellow hue on the pregnant actress, we weren't crazy for the halter-style Stella McCartney gown's shapeless silhouette.
One of the big winners on Grammy night on March 14, Megan Thee Stallion, certainly arrived in style! The rising star donned this vibrant orange Dolce&Gabbana gown that featured a thigh-high slit and a massive bow detail down the back. The rapper completed her look with studded orange sandals and some seriously stunning jewels, which we'll check out next…
When it came time to add accessories, Megan Thee Stallion selected dazzling diamond pieces by Chopard. Her jewels included stunning earrings with 4.02 carats of diamonds and a necklace adorned with a whopping 91.7 carats of diamonds. She also selected Chopard bracelets with 83.42 carats and 33.8 carats of diamonds each plus a ring from the brand's Magical Setting Collection featuring an eye-catching 3.31-carat round diamond.
Although we adore Jennifer Garner, her Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards ensemble on March 13 was just too snoozy for an award show. The actress showed up in jeans, a white T-shirt and an olive jacket, dressing up her look a bit with pointy-toed heels and a bold red lip — which simply weren't enough to turn this look into a hit.
It was short and sparkly for Anna Kendrick at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on March 13. The star arrived in this Carolina Herrera minidress that featured a sweet bow detail at the sleeves, a zigzag print and subtle silver fringed embellishments throughout. She finished off her stylish look with a pair of black platform Sophia Webster heels.
Julia Michaels selected this black-and-white Georges Chakra Couture design for the Grammys on March 14. Unfortunately, the massive white 3D origami pleated floral details down the skirt and all the way to the edge of the train turned the strapless black dress into a disaster in our book.
Dove Cameron got dolled up in Dolce&Gabbana for the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on March 13. The young star donned this pretty midi-length floral frock featuring a bold pink print and embellishments down the straps, neckline and belted waist. She completed her sweet and spring-ready look with strappy Aquazzura platform sandals.
Lizzo's 2021 2021 Grammys look on March 14 didn't compare to her gorgeous getup last year. The singer rocked a mint green Balmain minidress made of a shimmery fabric with an asymmetrical ruffled skirt we weren't wild about. Despite the disappointing frock, she stepped it up with those beautiful Bvlgari diamonds.
Taylor Swift scored a fashion hit on Grammys night on March 14 thanks to this sweet flower-covered Oscar de la Renta minidress. The superstar's long-sleeved frock featured all-over floral appliques — some of which matched her pink Christian Louboutin heels perfectly! When it came time to complete her look, Taylor added an updo and some simple earrings by Cathy Waterman.
Model Kaia Gerber might be able to pull off this socks-and-super-short-Uggs look with her leggings, tee and fleece hoodie, but us normal folk certainly wouldn't be able to!
A+! Anthony Anderson nailed a bold monochromatic moment at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. The star sported a killer hot pink suit with a pale pink dress shirt and pink sneakers for the annual event.
Billie Eilish arrived at the Grammys on March 14 in custom Gucci. Last year's big winner (who this year took home two trophies) donned white sneakers with the bold and busy floral jacquard shirt and pants combo, which also featured black sequins and matching gloves. Let's take a closer look at all the detail that went into this funky look…
Billie Eilish added matching fingerless gloves to her Gucci ensemble with a matching manicure and bucket hat to boot.
Another star who rocked a monochromatic look? Hailey Bieber, who selected this peach velvet Alessandra Rich set comprised of a bralette and fitted skirt to wear to the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on March 13. She paired the ensemble with matching bronze Jimmy Choo pointy-toe pumps to give us one of our favorite looks of the night.
Miranda Lambert's 2021 Grammys gown seriously underwhelmed. The sleeveless Genny design featured a plunging neckline and a thigh-high slit, but the all-over print paired with that shiny fabric wasn't our favorite. She didn't help matters by adding chunky Sophia Webster platforms and an inexplicable teal Tyler Ellis clutch to the mix.
A silver look that fared better? Addison Rae's ensemble. She was on hand for the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. The TikTok star chose to make her orange carpet debut in this Dolce&Gabbana number — a shimmering silver turtleneck-style minidress with an embellished matching silver coat over top. She added silver Jimmy Choo sandals and an artfully messy updo to finish off her A+ effort.
Paz Vega arrived at the Goya Film Awards in Spain on March 6 in a long-sleeved black patterned gown that she paired with black-toed pumps for a sharp dual-toned look.
Ingrid Andress's Grammys outfit knocked it out of the park! The best new artist nominee picked an ivory Armani Prive look for her Grammy debut, rocking the sleek suit sans undershirt and adding standout jewelry instead…
Ingrid Andress added diamond earrings from Chopard to her Grammys ensemble. The pieces are from the brand's Red Carpet Collection and feature a whopping 21.59 carats of ice.
Sofia Vergara's street style wasn't a hit when she stepped out in Los Angeles on March 12. The usually stylish star donned baggy jeans, a white T-shirt and a yellow blazer for an uncharacteristically dull look that she finished off with a tan Chanel bag and studded wedges.
Joshua Bassett represented for the stylish gentlemen at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on March 13, arriving in this pale blue suit by DZOJCHEN with a gray turtleneck underneath. When it came time to select shoes, he brought in another shade of gray with some charcoal boots.
Hailey Bieber can pull off a lot of things — but this dramatic black floor-length coat might not be one of them. The model donned the over-the-top piece with a tied-up white t-shirt, baggy denim and loafers while out in Los Angeles on March 9.
Jhene Aiko's bubblegum-pink Monsoori confection was a smash hit at the Grammys on March 14. The two-piece design featured frothy all-over ruffles from the bandeau-style top down to the full tiered skirt. That stunning skirt couldn't fit in this photo, so we've got to show you the whole thing in all its dramatic glory next…
The Monsoori skirt on Jhene Aiko's two-piece Grammy ensemble featured those same frilly ruffles and a lengthy train that trailed her down the red carpet.
On Grammy night on March 14, Doja Cat hit the red carpet in a truly bizarre custom creation from Roberto Cavalli. From the long sleeves and black leather details down the wide-open bodice to the unfortunate lime green hue of the insane feathered skirt, this one was an easy-to-call fashion miss.
