With award season wrapped and spring fashion in full swing, Wonderwall.com is rounding up April's best and worst dressed stars! First up is Camila Cabello, who donned this puzzling combination while stepping out in Coral Gables, Florida, on April 29. It started with a crocheted halter top before giving way to what might be wide-legged shorts or just a disastrous blue skirt and ended in white sneakers and a brightly colored crossover bag, which all resulted in a street style miss.
