The People's Choice Awards returns for its 46th show on Nov. 15, 2020. In honor of the fan-voted award show — which this year is hosted by Demi Lovato — Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the PCAs red carpet a decade ago to see what all the stars were wearing… starting with Kaley Cuoco. The actress and her cast took home an award for favorite TV comedy for their show "The Big Bang Theory" in January 2010. Kaley wore a black shiny dress that was belted at the waist. The then-20-year-old walked the red carpet in a strapless white Jenny Packham minidress. Taylor paired her white frock with sparkly drop earrings and a matching bracelet.

Demi, who was nominated for favorite breakout music artist that year, added some serious flair to her outfit with a dramatic statement necklace that perfectly matched her silver heels.
Winner of the favorite country artist award Carrie Underwood looked prim and proper in a strapless knee length Christian Cota dress in 2010.
