"Cognitive function, assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), was normal with a score of 30 out of 30," Dr. Barbabella continued.

Throughout the first weeks of his presidency, Donald Trump has maintained a busy schedule.
"President Trump's days include participation in multiple meetings, public appearances, press availability, and frequent victories in golf events," Capt. Sean P. Barbabella noted.

According to Capt Sean P. Barbabella, Donald Trump is "fully fit" to be president. He commended the Republican for his "active lifestyle," which helps "to contribute significantly" to his overall health.

Donald Trump later confirmed what Capt Sean P. Barbabella said during his annual physical.
"I don't know what to tell you other than I got every answer right," Trump said. "I think it's a pretty well-known test. Whatever it is, I got every one — I got it all right."

Some Donald Trump critics took to X to question whether or not the test results were fabricated.
"This is a complete LIE his mental state has deteriorated. He has heart issues. We have seen multiple bruises on his hands after they treat him with IVs," one X user claimed. "No one will talk because he will destroy him. Never forget he had goons break into his doctor's office to steal his records."
"Fake news," another X user alleged.
"How much did he pay you to write this dribble?" a third X user asked.
