Notorious ex-husband of iconic pop star marries again (but he's still posting about his ex)

I do… again.

Britney Spears' ex-husband Jason Alexander has remarried.

Marriage records obtained by Page Six show that the notorious ex obtained a marriage license before officially tying the knot with Rebecca Bell on March 27.

BACKGRID

Jason, of course, famously eloped with Britney in Las Vegas in 2004. The marriage was annulled within 55 hours, but he later went on to claim he was "duped" into signing annulment papers.

Still, despite recently marrying his new bride, Jason seems to be publicly focused on his ex, as his Instagram page is still littered with Britney-centric posts.

Over the weekend, he shared a photo of a tabloid article from 2010 with the headline, "Britney's Cry For Help."

"The perfect situation on the outside could be the most abusive on the inside," he wrote. "How long does it take for someone to get out of abuse? It's not worth it. The money. The status. Pleasing people." He added the hashtags "#domesticviolence" "#love" and "#courage."

Jason also attended several "Free Britney" protests during her conservatorship hearings. Then, in June 2022, he livestreamed a video as he broke into the pop star's home just hours before marrying Sam Asghari. Although Jason claimed his ex invited him to the wedding, he was detained by security and later arrested.

Britney was not home when Jason barged in.

According to reports, Jason was to stay at least 100 yards away from Britney for three years following the break-in, and he was told to refrain from communicating with her in any capacity.

'Star Wars' icon's Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony reveals 'distressing' family rift

Billie Lourd, the daughter of the late Carrie Fisher, is being painted as a villain by her own family members as she appears to be intentionally keep them away from an event honoring the "Star Wars" icon.

Earlier this week, Todd Fisher, Carrie's only brother, told TMZ that he was deliberately omitted from the guest list at the late actress' Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, which is set to take place on Thursday. After being told that Disney was in charge of the guest list, Todd approached the mouse house. Disney, he says, told him that Carrie's "family" was in charge of the list, seemingly meaning his niece Billie, and that all 30 seats were already taken.

Todd, who says he got the balling rolling on getting Carrie a star, added that he was also told not to raise a fuss about the snub or add any stress to his niece.

"Frankly, it's a distressing situation and I don't deserve to be put in this position," he said. "As the only brother of the Carrie Fisher, being omitted from this special day is truly hurtful."

On Wednesday, May 3, Carrie's sisters, Joely, and Tricia Leigh Fisher, also publicly took a swipe at Billie in revealing that they, too, were persona non grata at the May 4 ceremony.

"Strangely we won't be in attendance to celebrate our sister, whom we adored. For some bizarre, misguided reason our niece has chosen not to include us in this epic moment in our sister's career," they said on Instagram in a joint statement.

The siblings insist that Carrie would have wanted them there for the honor on "Star Wars Day."

"The fact that her only brother and two sisters were intentionally and deliberately excluded is deeply shocking. We have all been grieving the loss of our favorite human for some years now…we have given Billie the space to do that in her own way. We have been nothing but loving and open, consistently," the sisters penned. "This isn't about a photo op on Hollywood Blvd…this is about celebrating the permanency of Carrie's legacy in this industry , taking her place with a star on the iconic walk of fame along side our parents."

Carrie passed in December 2016 after a heart attack. An autopsy revealed there were also drugs in her system, including cocaine, heroin and ecstasy. One day after Carrie's death, her mother, Debbie Reynolds, had a stroke at Todd's home. She died later that day

Billie is Carrie's only child, from a relationship with Bryan Lourd in the '90s.

Controversy-sparking pop star's mother arrested following remote control dispute with husband

Jane Schneck, the mother of Aaron and Nick Carter, found herself handcuffed and arrested last week after getting into an altercation with her husband over the volume of the television.

Police told TMZ that Jane, who had been drinking with her an adult family member, was listening to the television so loudly that her husband couldn't sleep. A verbal altercation over the remote control then became physical.

According to the report, Jane's husband whipped out his cell phone to record the altercation, prompting her to grab his wrist. After doing so, he called police because, TMZ claims, he "didn't like how Jane touched him."

Cops eventually reviewed the cell phone video and determined that Jane had committed battery and therefore arrested late Friday, April 28, in Florida. After being booked into the Hernando County Jail, Jane posted a $100 bond and was released from custody.

No one was seriously injured during the incident.

Jane has had a trying several months. Back in November 2022, Aaron's was found dead in a bathtub in his home. Although signs pointed to drug use being tied to the death, Jane insisted the police investigate it as a homicide.

"Aaron had a lot of death threats and many many people who were making his life miserable," she wrote on Facebook while posting gruesome images of the death scene. "Because of my son's mental illness and prescription drug issues [investigators] just wanted it to be something easy that they didn't have the time or inclination to address. This won't work for me or [Aaron's fiancée] Melanie or anyone who truly loved him. We want answers. We want justice. There are people who must be held accountable."

On April 18, 2023 — five months after Aaron passing — the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner confirmed the singer's cause of death: As reported by TMZ, Aaron drowned in the bathtub of his Lancaster, California, home after taking alprazolam, which is generic Xanax, and inhaling compressed difluoroethane, which is a propellant used in cans of compressed air. According to the report, Aaron became "incapacitated while in the bathtub due to the effects" of the drugs and huffing, leading him to slip under the water and drown.

The autopsy concluded that his death was accidental.

'Saturday Night Live' comedian slammed for 'disrespectful' and 'awkward' Met Gala interview

Chloe Fineman's interview with Stella McCartney, Aubrey Plaza and Madelyn Cline was no laughter matter, according to many on social media.

But, there might be more here than meets the eye.

David Fisher/Shutterstock

While co-hosting Vogue's livestream from the 2023 Met Gala, the "SNL" comedian was joined by the three women. While introducing them, Chloe appeared to call Aubrey "Audrey," and she seemingly forgot the "Parks and Recreation" alum's last name. Aubrey joked that her last name was "s***bone."

From then on, things got awkward. As Chloe laughed while asking a question, Stella interrupted, "You're not taking this seriously." Chloe insisted, "I am, I am. No, I'll be more serious."

Still, most of the social media focus was on Chloe's banter with Aubrey.

"Not Aubrey Plaza repeatedly being called Audrey by Chloe Fineman. Show some respect. #MetGala," one person wrote.

"[I don't know] who let chloe fineman host the met gala but she's being so disrespectful and and not serious whatsoever," another said. "Ot's not ok to laugh about forgetting someone's name right in front of them during a live interview (and many other things)."

Others said it was "awkward" or "embarrassing."

However, some social media people felt the women did a comedy bit, as Aubrey hosted "SNL" in January, all but indicating Chloe knows exactly who the actress is. In fact, the women did a sketch together where they appeared to kiss.

"My tiktok is just people thinking that Chloe Fineman Aubrey Plaza interview is real just not a crumb of critical thinking left for anyone," one person said.

Another added, "Guys…… this was a joke. aubrey and chloe fineman worked together lol."

Marvel actress says Internet nickname 'makes me feel old'

Elizabeth Olsen has no children, but she's still a mother… the Internet's mother.

Months ago, the Marvel actress was given the nickname "the Internet's mom," a title she admits to not being too fond of.

David Fisher/Shutterstock

"I really don't get it. My friends have tried to explain to me that it's, like, a good thing? I don't know," she told Entertainment Tonight when asked how she feels about the unofficial title. "I think it's very odd. Mothers are great, I guess. It makes me feel like, old? Cause I think the people saying it must be young? Like I'm not sure."

The nickname took on a life of its own after she presented an award with Pedro Pascal at the Oscars in March. Pedro, of course, is affectionately known as the "Internet's daddy."

Although Elizabeth, 34, doesn't know what to think of the parental nicknames, she does have nothing but praise for Pedro.

"I would love to work with Pedro, we've been friends for a long time, and I was happy to be able to be standing up there with him," she said of the Oscars.

Elizabeth has expressed interest in having children in due time. If she does end up welcoming kids, their childhood will be vastly different from hers, having grown up as the younger sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

"It's definitely not a lot of people's average childhood, but I don't know if any of us look back at our childhoods and think of any of them as average," she said in 2021. "I guess it was unique to me and my sisters' experience."

'Friends' star's former spouse admits he was intimidated by her career and that his insecurities contributed to their split

David Arquette is admitting that Courteney Cox's fame had a negative impact on their marriage.

While speaking to Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM show, the actor confirmed that he "absolutely" felt threatened by his then-wife's success on "Friends," especially because she's "someone who's at the top of the television, iconic world."

Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock

"I have some of the traditional male things where I want to like, you know, provide and pick up the check and, you know, be the breadwinner,"  the "Scream" star said, according to Page Six.

David and Courteney were married from 1999 to 2012, but her massive success led to  "pain" and "arguments."

Eventually David realized he needed to work on himself.

"A lot of it has to do with the way you're taking things, the way you're saying things, the way you're responding to things, the way you're allowing other sort of outside influences affect how you feel about yourself," he said.

In the end, the marriage couldn't be saved, but the exes have always maintained an amicable relationship.

"He's my favorite person in the world," she told People magazine in 2012 as their divorce was finalized. "No matter what happens in our future, he's my very best friend."

Dog The Bounty Hunter's daughter loses six pets — three cats, a dog, a gecko and a snake — in house fire

Bonnie Chapman, the biological daughter of Dog The Bounty Hunter and Beth Chapman, is dealing with another blow to her life after a house fire destroyed her belongings and resulted in the deaths of her six pets.

Although Bonnie said her "heart is obliterated," one of the few silver linings was that she was able to save the ashes of her late mother.

Bonnie Chapman/Instagram

Bonnie told TMZ she was at work on Tuesday when she got a call explaining that her Virginia home was on fire. She immediately packed up her things and headed toward the rental home.

"I thought maybe it was a mistake, maybe it was the house next to us," she said.

After getting into her neighborhood, it was clear that her house was ablaze and her life was literally in ruins. Her pets — which included three cats, a dog, a gecko and a pet snake — all died of smoke inhalation.

"I lost some of the photos from my mother and some of the belongings of hers, but I was able to salvage some of them," she said. "I was able to salvage the ashes I have of my mother. That was one of my main worries."

Beth passed in June 2019 following a lengthy battle with throat cancer

In the aftermath of the fire, Bonnie plans to remember her animals with cremation rings or by commissioning artwork of them.

While the fire is clearly devastating, Bonnie is finding solace in the fact that Beth and her favorite cat, named Plum, can now be together.

"I hope my mom is happy to have Plum with her because that cat helped her thru everything," Bonnie said.

On April 28, Bonnie spoke about the fire and her pets on Instagram, saying they "passed swiftly and without injury."

"On the evening of April 25th, my furry family joined my mother in heaven. My mother loved my pets, and I know she is showering them with love. My heart is obliterated," she wrote. "To know they passed without me will hang with me for the rest of my life. I gave all of them a wonderful life filled with treats, salmon, long nature walks, steak, chicken, and endless nights filled with cuddling."

She later added, "I cherished every moment I spent with these babies and am devastated that I wasn't able to save them. I would have given my life for any of them. They were my reason to live in my darkest moments. Each and every one of them will be remembered. Until we meet again, my babies, I miss you all with every fiber of my being. Thank you for the memories and love. Rest in peace."
