TV star meets adult son for the first time

Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman has revealed that he fathered a secret child, a son, several decades ago.

Dog only recent met his son, who's now an adult.

Duane revealed his love child's existence on the anniversary of his late wife Beth Chapman's death.

"For the last four years, this day was a terrible reminder of one of the greatest losses of my life. But God redeemed this day when I discovered my son Jon, who I just met recently, was born on this day. So now instead of sorrow, this day has a new meaning," Dog wrote alongside a photo of Jon and his wife, Jodi.

Duane didn't get into specifics regarding his son's life or how he discovered he had a son, but he hinted that all will be told in his upcoming memoir "Nine Lives and Counting."

"For anyone who has suffered a terrible loss please know God restores and redeems," Dog wrote. "Happy birthday son, love you both."

The reality TV star now has 13 children including Jon from his numerous marriages and past relationships.

June 26 is clearly a bittersweet day for the "Dog's Most Wanted" star. While it marks his newfound son's birthday, it's also the day Beth passed after a long battle with throat cancer and lung cancer. Dog was with Beth when she died.

Duane, though, quickly found love again. Ten months after Beth died, he got engaged to Francie Frane. They married in September 2021. Still, the wedding was not without its drama, as two of Dog's children, Bonnie Chapman and Cecily Chapman, were left off the guest list

Cecily initially theorized that she was an unwelcome addition to the wedding because she and her sister reminded Duane too much of Beth. However, Bonnie said the rift was actually based on her support of Black Lives Matter and racial equality.

Dog argued otherwise, saying the women were being "groomed" by unscrupulous people who have it out for him.

"Please pray for Bonnie and Cecily to be released from whatever hold these people have on them," he said in a statement at the time.

'Sex and the City' actor 'iced out' by cast after sex assault accusations

After being hit with sexual assault allegations in 2021, Chris Noth became persona non grata among the "Sex and the City" cast and was reportedly "iced out."

Gregory Pace/Shutterstock

"He's not invited to their parties," a source told Radar Online, referring specifically to Sarah Jessica Parker and the rest of the cast. "He doesn't get greeting cards or happy birthday texts. He wonders why SJP and her troupe continue to leave him out in the cold."

Back in 2021 —  just days after the "Sex and the City" spinoff "And Just Like That" debuted — multiple women accused the actor of sexual assault. Chris vehemently denied the claims and said his sexual encounters were all consensual.

"The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false," he said in a statement at the time. "These stories could've been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual. It's difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don't know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women."

Considering he's never been charged with a crime, the former "The Equalizer" star believes the "SATC" cast owes him an apology for the "rude behavior" he's allegedly endured, the report claims.

Chris, the report said, finds it particularly maddening that the "And Just Like That" crew "bent over backward" for Kim Cattrall's cameo, especially given that she's long had friction with SJP, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis. In Chris' eyes, Kim's celebrated return "makes their treatment of him stink even worse," a source said.

In May 2022, SJP admitted that she hadn't spoke to her "SATC" on-screen love interest since the accusations were made.

"I don't even know if I'm ready to talk about it …," she told The Hollywood Reporter.

Chris appeared in only one episode of the HBO Max spinoff, but his character suffered a heart attack and was killed off.

"It is true they are no longer in contact, but as for the concerns you reference … there are no concerns," Chris' rep told RadarOnline.com.

Oscar winner's divorce happened after wife 'got close' with houseguest

Just prior to his divorce, Kevin Costner and his now-estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, kicked out a houseguest who had gotten close with her, claims a new report.

The Sun reported that tech titan Daniel Starr was living in Kevin and Christine's $60,000-plus-a-month beachfront guesthouse in Carpinteria, California, but they wanted him out after a heated exchange. Following the disagreement, the "Yellowstone" star sent several legal letters and emails demanding Daniel leave.

"Daniel was really happy living in the house. It's right on the beach, and he has a 4-year-old son who he wanted to feel settled," a source told the British tabloid. "After he moved in, he became close friends with Chris and Kevin. They'd hang out together with their kids. But Kevin was always away filming, so Chris must have been lonely."

After Daniel — who founded the video game streaming service GameMine — signed a yearlong lease in June 2022, he and Christine "hung out a lot," the source maintains, noting that she would visit the guesthouse "almost daily."

About halfway through the tenancy, though, Daniel and Christine had a falling out, as the source alleged she "didn't like [his] attitude towards their friendship" and "texted him and said she wanted him out." Kevin caught wind of the acrimony and things supposedly escalated.

"Daniel thought really highly of Kevin and thought he was an excellent father to his kids. But Kevin hit the roof and sided with his wife," the insider claimed. "Ultimately, he wasn't willing to hear Daniel out."

Daniel ended his tenancy in March, three months before the lease was up. On June 21, TMZ approached Daniel in Ventura, California, as he was leaving a Starbucks where he said he "absolutely" did not "hook up" with Christine as some have implied. Daniel said he just tries "to be friendly to everybody" and had "a tenant landlord relationship [with them], nothing else."

He declined to get into what happened and sounded sympathetic to the Costners, telling TMZ, "They have kids and are going through a divorce. … I just hope that it ends peacefully for them. I hope his divorce resolves and his kids are minimally impacted."

On May 1, Christine filed to divorce her husband of 18 years, which then led another housing issue: TMZ reported last week that Christine was refusing to leave their marital home despite the fact that a prenuptial agreement said she had to go.

The website obtained documents that reveal the Oscar-winning star asked the court to essentially force Christine out, alleging that she's had plenty of time to vacate the home. Plus, Kevin claimed he'd already given his ex nearly $1.5 million for a new place, per his obligations under the prenup. In addition, he argued that his ex spent $100,000 of his money after the split without his approval.

Kevin owns three homes and the prenup, which was signed back in 2004, states that Christine must leave any property in the event of a split. Court documents noted that Kevin is willing to contribute $10,000 for her move and is open to paying $30,000 a month for a rental house as part of his child support obligations.

Samuel L. Jackson defends co-star, criticizes 'incel dudes who hate strong women'

Back when Brie Larson joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a certain segment of movie goers made their bitter voices heard — Brie was almost immediately criticized by a troupe of trolls who didn't like her real-life stance on feminism, minorities and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

While the trolls used the megaphone of the Internet, Samuel L. Jackson came to Brie's defense back then. He still stands by her today.

"Brie's a stronger person than people give her credit for," he told Rolling Stone.

Scott Kirkland/Shutterstock

Sam and Brie first met on the "Kong: Skull Island" set, which was released in 2017.

"We had done 'Kong' together, which was not the most wonderful experience for either of us. We became great friends during that particular experience because we were having such a hard time," he recalled.

Soon after, the frequent costars appeared together in Brie's directorial debut in 2017's "Unicorn Store."

"When she was doing 'Unicorn Store' and trying to get a particular actor, I was in the makeup trailer with her and was like, 'Why are you trying to hire this other actor and not trying to get me to do your movie?'" Sam recalled asking. "She said, 'I didn't think you'd ever do it… so, will you?' And I was like, 'Let's do it.'"

While filming the movie, Donald Trump won the 2016 election, something that rattled the Oscar-wining actress. Sam noted how much the two had bonded throughout the presidential race.

ETIENNE LAURENT/EPA-EFE/Shutterstock

"She was broken and I was like, 'Don't let 'em break you. You have to be strong now.' Then, when she got Captain Marvel, she called me and was like, 'They want me in the Marvel Universe. Should I do it?' And I was like, 'Hell yeah! Let's do it,'" he said. "But she's not going to let any of that stuff destroy her. These incel dudes who hate strong women, or the fact that she's a feminist who has an opinion and expressed it? Everybody wants people to be who they want them to be. She is who she is, and she's genuinely that."

Sam and Brie will again reunite on screen later this year, as they are set to star together in November's "The Marvels."

Music star reveals she 'almost died' from complications after procedure to freeze her eggs

The clock almost struck midnight on Kesha's life earlier this year.

"I almost died in January," she plainly told Self in a new cover story.

The "TiK ToK" singer revealed that she froze her eggs last year, but the procedure had ramifications. In detailing what happened, Kesha explained that she performed a New Year's Eve show in the Bahamas but was too weak to walk after finishing.

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

During a hospital visit, Kesha was told that her immune system was weakened due to the fertility procedure. Soon after, she was transferred to a Miami hospital, where she remained for nine days.

Although she didn't go into specifics, Kesha called the medical incident "horrifying."

The two-time Grammy nominee further articulated that she decided to freeze her eggs to better fit her schedule, which included releasing an album. She also didn't want to be flippant about bringing a child into the world, nor she does want anyone to tell her when or how to birth a child.

"I just was taking my reproductive health into my own hands," she said. "And I stand by everyone doing that and [honoring] your body."

Having said that, Kesha makes it clear that she's scared to talk about her health.

"Everyone probably has some semblance of feeling like you share what you're going through, and, at the same time, it's almost inviting people to have an opinion about it. I don't have that perfectly mapped out," she added.

Broadimage/Shutterstock

While the "Praying" singer admitted to keeping some of the hospitalization details on a need-to-know basis, Kesha is just as protective when it comes to her boyfriend, whom she calls "amazing."

"I didn't really want to mention the relationship, because I think making a family is everyone's choice, and family can mean so many different things to everyone," she said. "My family right now are the people I spend time with, and my actual family, and also my band, my friends, and my cats."

In offering one small peek into her life with her beau, she said,  "The only thing I'll say about my boyfriend is: Sometimes, he has to have a face cream intervention and take them away from me."
