Andrew Weissman criticized Donald Trump's use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport alleged gang members to Venezuela."There is no invasion that is going on," Weissmann said on MSNBC while explaining why Trump's decision is unconstitutional. "You also have to show that the people you're removing are actually part of that gang."

Stephen Miller caught wind of the MSNBC legal expert's comments and defended Donald Trump on Fox News."Andrew Weissmann is an absolute moron. He is a moron, and he is a fool, and he's a degenerate," Miller told Martha MacCallum. "Andrew Weissmann has devoted his career to putting innocent Americans in jail, taking away their civil liberties."

Andrew Weissman previously served as the FBI General Counsel. He worked under Robert Mueller."He was involved in the Mueller coup against a democratically elected president, Donald J. Trump. Weissmann should never be on TV anywhere," Stephen Miller said.
"He should hang his head in eternal shame for what he's done to this country," he continued. "And now he's up there shilling for people who [assault] and murder Americans. That's who Andrew Weissmann is."
_
Stephen Miller later stressed that he is committed to the safety of the American people."I will defend American lives working for President Trump, and Andrew Weissmann can defend illegal alien rapists, terrorists and predators," he said.

Stephen Miller also addressed his stance on X on Sunday, March 16: "You break into our country. Attack our people. Menace our citizens. You will pay the consequences. Leave now — or face justice," he wrote._
Donald Trump's administration celebrated the removal of the alleged gang members on the official White House website."This weekend, the Trump Administration deported ruthless terrorist gang members — illegal immigrants who invaded our country and brought unspeakable devastation to our communities — as part of President Donald J. Trump's utilization of every possible tool to protect the safety and security of the American people and reverse the damage done by years of feckless Democrat leadership," an official statement read.
