New look, who dis?
Tori Spelling is causing her fans to do a double take after a night out with friends. Not only were Tori and her hairstylist Laura Rugetti wearing matching outfits, but her hair and makeup seemed to change her appearance… at least that's what a lot of people were insisting.
The hoopla started on Sept. 3 after Laura posted an Instagram snap in which she and the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star are dressed in matching denim shirts and jeans. Both also had platinum blonde hair falling to their chests. The only difference in the outfits were the women's boots — Tori's were black, whereas Laura's were white.
"We didn't plan this," Laura captioned a photo of the women walking. In a video posted to her Instagram Story, Tori weighed in on the twinning look, "I didn't get the memo, and it's like we just think the same way."
Prior to Laura's post, Tori shared a snap with her "Messyness" co-star Snooki at dinner, writing the "Jersey Shore" star might be her "twin flame." Snooki posted the same photo to Instagram.
Still, in all the images, fans were most taken aback by Tori's appearance.
"Wow Tori doesn't look like her any more," one person said, as others suspected the mom of five had gone under the knife. "Had no clue who that was," another said. Some said she was "unrecognizable."
While many applauded Tori, a slew of people felt that she had become the spitting image of yet another famous reality TV star.
"Thought it was Khloe [Kardashian]," one person said, prompting others to agree.
"I was like why [is Snooki] hanging out with Khloe until I read the caption," another said. Yet a different person wondered, "Kardashians surgeon?"
The Khloe comparisons were abundant on Instagram.
For the record, Tori hasn't shied away from discussing her plastic surgery.
"I literally had my nose done and my boobs done, and that's it. I'm constantly reading that I've done more," she told People magazine in 2019. "People have been talking about me having plastic surgery since I was 17. I remember my dad saying, 'Don't worry. It will go away next week.' But that one thing has stayed with me my entire career!"
