Kimmel began the episode by claiming Trump lied in his 99-minute speech "11 million" times. However, the funnyman was most appalled by the Republican leader's allegations that Biden doled out "$8 million on making mice transgender.""This is real," Trump said on Tuesday, March 4.
"No, it's not real," Kimmel responded.

"You know, you hear the president of the United States say we're spending $8 million to do sex-change operations on mice. You say, 'Well, I'm sure he's exaggerating, but there must be something there.' Turns out there's not. It's not real," Kimmel continued. The late-night star then seemingly corrected Trump on the issue at hand: "The government spent money on transgenic mice, which are genetically modified mice they use in lab tests to study disease," he said.

"It has nothing to do with being transgender. Other than the word, the 'trans' part of the word," Kimmel explained of Trump's misleading remarks. "You think they know this and just ignore it, or are they so dumb they don't know how to Google? Or maybe they think we're so dumb we don't know how to Google? I don't know."The former star of The Man Show then trolled Trump for instilling fear in people over issues he doesn't understand: "They're turning Mickeys into Minnies and Minnies into Mickeys!" he sarcastically remarked. "No, they're just trying to cure dementia and heart disease!"

Kimmel also took the opportunity to take a shot at Trump's age, snarking, "You would think Trump would be for [curing dementia and heart disease], seeing as how they are both coming for him real soon."
According to CNN, the study conducted with the rodents tested "differences in the ways an HIV vaccine worked in mice that had received cross-sex hormone therapy."
_
"The studies were meant to figure out how these treatments might affect the health of humans who take them, not for the purpose of making mice transgender," CNN reported. The White House doubled down on Trump's claims, though: The official website stated the researchers at CNN were "fake losers" and that the former star of The Apprentice "was right."
