Kim Kardashian is accusing her ex-husband or disseminating fake news to his Instagram followers.
For months, Kanye West has claimed that Kim's essentially kept their four children from him. In January, he even said Kim "kidnapped" their daughter Chicago West and wouldn't tell him where she was holding the child's 4th birthday party (Kanye was later pictured at the party). On March 14, the rapper said he hadn't seen his oldest daughter, North, in a week — something Kim said was a blatant lie.
Kanye's latest salvo came on Monday morning after posting a photo of three pins — of Kim, Kanye and an alien head — which he said were on North's backpack. Ye clearly had a big issue with the pins.
"This was on my daughters back pack when I was 'allowed' to see her last week. This is why I go so hard for my family I am wired to protect my family at all cost. As the priest of my him Don't worry Northy God is still alive," he wrote on Instagram.
Moments later, Kim fired back in the comments section. "Please stop with this narrative, you were just here this morning picking up the kids for school," she wrote, according to a Comments By Celebs screenshot.
It's fairly clear that things have broken down between the former couple, who share four children. Still, according to TMZ, Kim is not going to legal route to get Kanye to calm down and come clean about his unfettered access to the kids.
The reality TV star has no plans to ask a family law judge for a protective order, despite Kanye's online rants against her or her boyfriend Pete Davidson. TMZ says there's really no point to getting one, as Kanye's "routinely seen his kids when he wants," something Kim essentially implied in her Instagram comment.
"Kim and Kanye do not have a structured child custody agreement. He has never asked for one and the way it works … whenever he wants to see the kids, within reason, she accommodates him," TMZ said.
If Kanye were to ask the judge for a formal child custody arrangement, his barrage of tweets — which he admitted were "harassing" to Kim — would likely come into play.
