John Mulaney and his wife of six years, Anna Marie Tendler, are pulling the plug on their marriage.
The comedian's rep confirmed the news to Page Six, saying, "John will not have any further comment as he continues to focus on his recovery and getting back to work."
John reportedly asked for a divorce three months ago around the time he left rehab in late February after a 60-day stay.
"I am heartbroken that John has decided to end our marriage," Anna said via a spokesperson. "I wish him support and success as he continues his recovery."
John and Anna reportedly met in the late 2000s at Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts. They married in July 2014.
"July 5, 2014. On a beautiful and perfect day, I married a beautiful and perfect woman. I wish I could live it over and over again," he captioned a stunning wedding day photo, which was posted to Instagram.
Over the years John gushed about Anna on social media, as well. In 2019, he called Anna "the coolest, kindest, funniest, weirdest, most beautiful, most artistically inspiring person I have ever met."
Last December, just before Christmas, John checked himself into a rehab facility in Pennsylvania for alcohol and cocaine addiction, reports said at the time.
The former "Saturday Night Live" star has spoke of his vices in the past, telling Esquire in 2019 that he began drinking at 13 years old "for attention." He eventually moved into harder drugs.
"I never liked smoking pot. Then I tried cocaine, and I loved it," he said. "I wasn't a good athlete, so maybe it was some young male thing of This is the physical feat I can do. Three Vicodin and a tequila and I'm still standing. Who's the athlete now?"
In his 2012 Comedy Central special "New In Town," John spoke more about his addictions.
"I don't drink. I used to drink, then I drank too much, and I had to stop," he said. "That surprises a lot of audiences, because I don't look like someone who used to do anything."
