David Eason, the husband of former "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans, has been arrested again.
According to Page Six, David was pulled over in Columbus County, North Carolina, on the evening of Nov. 12 and arrested for driving with a revoked license and possession of an open container.
This is second arrest of a similar nature, as he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 9, 2022, over separate citations for driving with a revoked license, expired registration tag and speeding. In regard to his newest arrest, he's scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 16, 2022.
Jenelle claims David's license was revoked for an unpaid seatbelt ticket.
David has had many run-ins with the law. TMZ previously reported that 25 emergency calls were made in 2018 concerning David and Jenelle. In 2019, he was under criminal investigation for animal cruelty when he unapologetically shot and killed Jenelle's French bulldog, Nugget, after the pet nipped at their daughter, Ensley, who was 2 years old at the time. Then, in January 2020, an arrest warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court over an illegally towing incident.
Additionally, David was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon in June 2020, Page Six notes. A police report alleged that David struck one of Jenelle's friends in the back of the neck and on the back after a misunderstanding about keys.
Jenelle and David's relationship has been topsy turvy, to say the least.
Back on Oct. 31, 2019, Jenelle announced that she was divorcing David. In court documents, she pulled no punches while asking for a temporary restraining order, alleging that David's threats had "escalated." After the split, David said he never loved Jenelle and was happier without her. However, three months later they were back together, and Jenelle asked the court to drop the restraining order.
