Hulk Hogan is scarred for life.
On Thursday, the wrestling legend posted an image of his massive back after 10 surgeries.
"10 surgeries you can hang a MAC truck from my back and I'll still take the whole WWE roster on brother!!!!" he captioned the Instagram image taken at his Hogan's Beach Shop retail store in Clearwater, Florida.
The Hulkster posted the same photo to his Twitter account, writing, "All the little hulkamaniacs can climb aboard the largest back in the world and I'll doggie paddle them to safety brother!!"
Along with the notable scars, the former "Hogan Knows Best" star's "Immortal" tattoo is visible across the top of his back.
The in-ring icon has often spoken about the toll that decades of professional wrestling have taken on his body.
"I've had 17 surgeries over the last 10 years," Hogan said on "OBJECTified."
"My knees are fake, hips are fake, back is full of metal and part of my face is full of metal. I didn't get the memo about the fake wrestling," he added.
Hulk's eye has been reconstructed several times after being hit in the face, and his nose has been broken 13 times.
Pro wrestling, he contends, "is very physical." To this day, he has teeth marks on his fingers from wrestling matches from the '70s. On "OBJECTified," he said he's even lost three inches of height because of the surgeries and physicality of wrestling.
"It's been a wild ride," he said.
His most recent procedure was at the end of 2019. He said on Twitter that he was told to avoid the gym for at least four months, but he was back to lifting weights after seven weeks.
Then, on March 31, he revealed another injury.
"Both of my biceps have been torn at the insertions for 25yrs, today I tore my right bicep where it goes in at my front deltoid," he said.
"Hulkamania" hurts.
