'Glee' Reunion

'Glee' cast reunites after anniversary of Naya Rivera's death

Last week, Naya Rivera's former "Glee" co-stars paid tribute to the late actress on social media on the one-year anniversary of her death.

A few days later, however, Heather Morris, Chord Overstreet, Kevin McHale and Jenna Ushkowitz had "Glee" on their minds for happier reasons.

On July 10, Chord, Heather and a few other alums from the hit-series shared photos from a recent reunion that even included screenwriters Michael Hitchcock and Matt Hodgson.

"Missed this crew so much!!!" Chord captioned a pair of Instagram photos from the gathering. "So good to be back and get to see all you wonderful people!! ❤️❤️❤️."

Heather, who recently got a tattoo honoring her friend and former costar Naya, shared one of the photos, too, posting it alongside a row of multi-colored heart emojis.

Heather's new tattoo — a simple black lettering design from Iron & Ink Los Angeles, reads, "tomorrow is not promised," a phrase Naya tweeted a few days before she went missing on July 8, 2020, during a boating trip with her son, Josey, on California's Lake Piru.

After Josey, then 4, returned to shore alone in the rented boat, a search began for his mom. Naya's body was recovered days later and authorities soon determined the actress had drowned after apparently saving her son when the water got rough. She was 33.

One year later, her former castmates remembered her on Instagram and Twitter as "a light" and "the brightest star."

The cast previously reunited in April at the 32nd annual GLAAD Media Awards, where they honored her for playing queer cheerleader Santana Lopez.

Demi Lovato introduced the cast at the show, telling the audience, "The character Naya played, Santana Lopez, was groundbreaking for closeted queer girls, like I was at the time. And her ambition and accomplishments inspired Latino women all over the world."

How Arcade Games Transformed into Inspiration for Dark Joseph Ravine

From the moment you set foot in an arcade, your senses are pleasantly overwhelmed by an array of sights and sounds. Neon lights illuminate a room full of laughter as kids experience the first thrill of a win. Nostalgic sound effects trigger memories, perhaps of visiting arcades with your parents, learning what it feels like to succeed, For Joseph Levy Cohen, more prominently known as Dark Joseph Ravine, these lessons transpired into something much bigger. The shift toward winning created a perpetual motivator for success that Ravine pursued.

He first visited an arcade when he was just 14. He discovered a rare talent that drew him to pursue his talent. He was soon winning iPads, MacBooks and other electronics. Eventually, Ravine earned a Guinness World Record in 2017 from amassing the largest train of arcade tickets. Many would have given up; but Ravine saw this as an invitation to set goals and stay persistent in achieving them. Sure, arcades are "fun" places to have a good time, but they offer plenty of real-world skills.

However, Ravine's drive for success wasn't brought on by an easy life. He didn't have everything handed to him on a silver spoon. Contrarily, Ravine dealt with bullying in his early years. Sadly, this is a common experience for many kids who go against the grain, though we know that daring to be different is, inherently, a good thing. Again, this didn't stop Ravine from trying to make something of himself. One could argue that he wouldn't have stepped foot into his first arcade had he not been bullied. His school life prompted persistence and resilience, translating into adulthood seamlessly.

His brand, "Kindness for Success," isn't just a mantra–it's a lifestyle. After school, Ravine found plentiful kindness at the arcades he competed at. Of course, he could have seen other attendees as competitors, but instead they fostered a sense of community, making Ravine realize the importance of authentic kindness. The brand shares positive messages and uplifting stories, while giving back to its supporters through giveaways of high-ticket items–like the gaming consoles that got Ravine his initial success.

He just kept going from there, too. His debut novel, a children's book titled, Watch Out! It's Nolan, may have been fictional, but it carried a true message with it. Ravine never wants another kid to experience what he did, so he ensures to warn of the dangers of bullying. While it initially drove him to success, it was a painful process to endure. He has pushed through his former shell; outside of writing, Nolan enjoys success in entertainment, participating in acting projects like a reality film, Steinberg Rides Again.

As a social media influencer and marketer, he has a massive following. Still, his life isn't perfect, but he persists just as he did at Dave & Busters while he earning his Guinness World Record. That's the key; kindness drives success, and as long as you lead your life with it, abundance will follow. Ravine proves that true success can be found anywhere, even in seemingly simple hobbies, like arcade games.

Custom socks are a boss marketing tool, and they'll attract more attention to your brand while retaining clients or customers. Hand them out at a fundraiser or include them in seasonal gift packs—they're an affordable way to add value to the customer experience and boost your brand value in their eyes.

Why Custom Socks?

Everyone needs socks. They're usually the first thing people put on when they're dressing. So, there's no chance that your customers won't wear them. Eventually, they'll become part of their sock drawer rotation, and they'll think about your brand every time they pull them on their feet.

How many times have you received promotional items from brands only to throw them away when you get home?

Chances are that's not going to happen if you're handing out free socks, regardless of the design they have on them. Socks are essential garments and a great marketing tool for brands to build awareness.

Using Custom Socks for Fundraising

Are you planning a fundraising event? Nonprofits usually include care packages for attendees to make them feel valued. It's a thoughtful way to encourage donations by creating a sense of goodwill and appreciation, which can inspire supporters to give back to your organization.

School and Sports Team Fundraisers

Need to raise funds for your next trip to nationals? Design socks with your team logo and sell them to raise money for the event. Add your school crest, team logo, or mascot to the design and incorporate your school colors. It's a great way for parents and fans to show their support while giving your team the money it needs to achieve its goal.

Corporate Fundraisers

Corporations can use custom socks to further their mission and build awareness. If you're looking to show your clients that your business takes sustainability seriously, print off some custom sock designs featuring biodegradable, sustainable, or repurposed materials.

Employee Swag

Employees love getting company gifts—it makes them feel valued and like they're part of the team. Give your employees custom socks and let them walk around town displaying your brand to the public. They boost employee pride in the company and act as a great marketing tool for building consumer awareness of your brand.

Social Media and Influencer Marketing

Speaking of merch, if you're an influencer with a YouTube channel or Twitch following, add custom sock designs to the mix. Print off socks with your catchphrase or channel logo and launch a limited release for your fans.

Using Custom Socks for Promotions and Giveaways

Every great marketing strategy comes with freebies and giveaways, and there's a reason for that: they work. Draw new customers to your business or brand—who doesn't want a pair of free socks? It's a refreshing switch from the conventional giveaway items like keychains and coffee mugs.

Trade Shows and Conferences

Custom sock designs are perfect for giveaways at trade shows and conferences. They're a low-cost marketing tool that people love. Give them away, and people will wear them sooner or later, even if they don't know what you sell or the services you offer. Eventually, they might decide to look you up, and you never know—they could become one of your most loyal customers.

Customer Loyalty Programs

Rewarding loyal customers with branded merchandise is a smart way to keep them engaged with your brand and push them to think of you when they need your products and services. Seasonal and Holiday Promotions

Do you have a seasonal business? Make this your best year ever by offering custom socks as giveaways to customers. This is a great incentive to purchase, and you can tie the design theme into the holidays. Choose Quality Materials

People only wear socks that feel comfortable, so use quality materials in your designs. High-quality cotton or synthetics are more likely to be worn than stuffed in the back of sock drawers.

Don't Hate the Player, Master the Game: Huntress Founder & CEO Kyle Hanslovan's Playbook for Outsmarting the World's Toughest Hackers

Tony Smailagic

Right now, sitting behind their keyboards in various cities throughout the world, countless hackers are testing the boundaries of your networks. Your bank, your corner bakery, your favorite streaming platform; nobody is safe. You're an even bigger target if you're a small or midsize business owner with anywhere from one to 100 employees and less than $1 billion in revenue. With less disposable capital, your data is nowhere near as protected as the Fortune 1,000s who can afford the hefty price tag of white hat security analysts and cybercriminals knowing their market.

In the Wild West, only an outlaw could outpace another outlaw. In today's yet-to-be-tamed Internet landscape, only an accomplished hacker can outsmart another hacker. Kyle Hanslovan spent more than half his life in the trenches of the dark web. What began as a curiosity grew into a full-blown obsession powerful enough to propel a defiant teenager from the Florida slums into the highest ranks of the NSA cyber warfare unit.

Throughout a remarkable 25-year career, Hanslovan remained one step ahead of the world's best hackers, eventually pioneering a business model that continues to revolutionize cybersecurity. Among the keys to his success, the foremost is that he knows his enemies. The self-made titan of his industry and the nefarious data thieves he proudly thwarts share an impenetrable will to render any network vulnerable – the one to shore up its defenses, the other to exploit its secrets. willing to try anything and, if it fails, keep trying until you hit the mark.

Jade Umbrella PR

So what advice might Hanslovan give to a fellow business owner struggling against fierce competition? Don't hate the player, sharpen your aim. "Leave it to Ice-T to offer some of the best wisdom in modern business. If you can't stand to see someone else succeed, don't waste your time hating them; develop your own game-winning strategy." Competition can push you to new levels of achievement if you let it.

For Hanslovan, that moment came after he'd turned down multiple employment offers from Fortune 500s to pursue a vision of his own… only to be laughed out of the office by every potential investor. Instead of giving up, he doubled down, using the experience to fuel his motivation toward a new paradigm in cybersecurity. "If you want to outsmart a hacker, you have to play the game like they do," Hanslovan revealed. "They don't care about office politics or 'the way things have always been done.' They only care about what works. Break what needs to be broken and build what needs to be built."

For Hanslovan, that meant Huntress needed to operate differently than any cybersecurity outfit before it, predicated on an innovative framework: that data breaches are not an anomaly. In this new Internet era, they are the norm rather than the exception. According to this approach, Huntress's goal is not to halt every single hacker in their tracks but rather to mitigate issues quickly enough so that business owners aren't paralyzed from conducting business as usual.

Once Hanslovan proved the viability of his methods, his next step aimed to multiply his efforts. Any great hacker knows that success is found in rapid replication. Here again, success depends on setting aside every obstruction, including ego. Hanslovan seeks to construct a nimble team capable of evolving with the hacker movement. That means hiring people smarter than him and being extremely honest about who's best for the job – even his own. "I have to reassess every year whether I'm the best candidate to take this company forward. There is no room for my pride and self-image to get in the way of progress."

Huntress stands out notably for its perspective on failure, which aligns more closely with its villainous counterparts than modern business practices. While the standard approach in business often revolves around avoiding risks, hackers tend to think differently. Hanslovan believes that "if you fail 9,999 times while trying to access a network, it doesn't matter as long as you succeed on the 10,000th attempt." The key takeaway is persistence. In the end, it all relates back to the initial passion of that scrappy teenager determined to push boundaries—the bold vigilante who engages in the challenge simply for the love of the game. Now, valued at over $1.56 billion, Huntress proves that true innovation lies in relentless pursuit, reminding us that the thrill of the chase is what truly drives success.

This Is How To Enter 2025 Without Burnout

What does burnout feel like? Riding a motorbike that's on fire while you're on fire, and everything around you is burning—yet you keep telling yourself, "It's fine; I just have to keep riding."

Burnout often causes a lack of motivation and an inability to focus, all while feeling constant pressure to push forward. You may notice changes in your hair, skin state, posture, or sleep patterns.

But cheer up—there's light at the end of the tunnel. Here are eight strategies to help reduce your burnout in 2025.

How To Enter New Year Less Stressed: 8 Tips

You can't quickly overcome burnout because it's the result of long-term mental suppression. But the good news is you have a whole year ahead of you, and that's more than enough time to change your behavior and gradually reignite joy.

You're not on trial, so don't judge yourself. Focus on the facts. If you mention negative experiences, balance them with something positive in another column. Perhaps you've landed a job after a long search or visited new places—great! Take a moment to appreciate all the hard work you did to get through the last year.

Audit Your Energy Budget

Reevaluate your commitments to yourself and others, taking note of what energizes you and what drains you. Then, decide what you're ready to release in the new year, and create a step-by-step plan to let go of those things gradually.

Track Your Emotions And Actions

Meta-awareness is yet another hobby to take with you into 2025. Notice your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and reactions. During the day, pause to ask yourself: What happened? How did I feel? What did I think? What did I do?

This self-discovery process can be easier with a companion like Liven. The Liven app offers tools to build self-awareness, track your emotional states, and understand how your mind works. Liven also features Livie, an AI assistant who helps you break down situations, uncover mixed emotions, and brainstorm the next steps.

Declutter and Simplify

Let go of anything that no longer serves you so you have less to carry. Here's how to simplify your life:

Of course, there will be emptiness, and you won't know how to fill it. But you've just earned some free time. Use it to build a new version of yourself—what will you read? What sport will you try? What hobby will interest you?

Indulge in Self-Care

You don't have to go to great lengths. It's best to start small:

Even if the day gets busy, you can still meditate for 5-10 minutes to relax your mind.

Talk To Your Support Circle

It's awesome if you have your pack to stay close with—especially if you're going through a burnout. Can you ask them for support? Share about your burnout and ask them to come up with something to boost your energy. Maybe gather to do something new together?

Take your family out for sightseeing, go to a party with your friends, or connect with new people on meetups, at work, or during group hobby classes.

Start Saying "No"

How do you say "No" in a way that doesn't hurt other people? Try the following phrases:

If needed, talk to your boss and explain why you won't respond to work messages on weekends.

Find Time For Hobbies

Engage in activities you love, whether a creative hobby, reading, or spending time outback. Here are some ideas to explore:

A new hobby shifts your attention away from the daily grind and helps you avoid burnout.

7 Productivity Tips For People With ADHD

Many famous actors and sportspersons have said they have ADHD, so you're in pretty good company. But how can you stay productive? And what does productivity even mean for someone with an attention deficit?

Below, you'll discover tips on how to be productive with ADHD.

What Is ADHD And What Are Its Hidden Benefits

What does ADHD feel like? Imagine you're watching several TV shows simultaneously with the remote control stuck on "fast forward." It makes it hard to focus on one thing for long, as your mind jumps around like a brain frog. People with ADHD may struggle to express their emotions and stay organized.

But it also comes with unique strengths. If people with this disorder learn to channel their energy, they can be overly creative.

How To Focus When You Can't: 7 Essential Tips

Be kind to yourself as you mix and match these ideas:

Rethink The Idea Of Productivity

You're special if you have ADHD. So stop following someone's expectations. Some people are OK with hitting the gym in the morning, working 8-9 hours, cooking dinner for the whole family, and watching new TV series undistracted. But this might not be your idea of productivity.

Work at your own pace and reach small goals every day. Open up to your work pals and accept your condition if you can. Don't ruin your life trying to overperform. You're enough.

Treat Yourself As A Friend

You would be compassionate to a friend with a broken hand, right? So, be your best friend and show the same understanding to yourself.

The Liven app can help you analyze your inner chatter by tracking your moods, feelings, and behavior. Use Liven as a companion on your self-discovery journey. Liven also comes with bite-size courses to help you learn more about ADHD and an AI assistant, Livie, to help you step back and gain self-observability.

Organize A Secluded Working Space

People with ADHD say that it's the workspace they're in that shapes their progress. Organize a secluded place for work. This could be your cabinet, living room, or even a balcony. If you can, arrange a nature view to boost creativity. But if you lack the generational wealth to afford it, try pulling up a 4K YouTube video of a place that inspires you.

If you work offline, set up a comfortable and inviting workspace with photos, flowers, memorable objects, and soft lighting to boost your mood. Don't get obsessed with keeping it spotless—focusing too much on tidiness only leads to distractions.

Try Time Management Techniques

Take a notebook and list your tasks for the day. Collect your thoughts and lay them out on paper just to get them out of your head. Don't pressure yourself to complete 100% of the list; start small and do what you can. When you finish a task, cross it off to experience a sense of fulfillment.

Try the Pomodoro technique: work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break.

Keep Your Notifications Balanced

Our phones are a great way to stay connected with friends, family, and work, but being constantly available can be exhausting. Here's how to deal with that:

Put On Some Music

Music is set to channel your thoughts and allow you to perform better. For many, this works. Look for ADHD YouTube music playlists, or create your own.

Choose the sounds that best fit your mood: hip-hop, classic, or hard techno. Still, keep it silent when you need to focus intensely.

Be Mindful of What You Eat

It's vital to maintain a balanced diet—or at least try to do so—especially if you have ADHD.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables of all colors to improve digestion. Choose healthy fats like olive oil, avocado, and nuts to support your brain health. Eat beans and peas to support the production of neurotransmitters, which act like mail carriers delivering messages between neurons in your brain. Neurotransmitters help regulate mood, memory, and overall brain function, keeping your mind sharp and balanced.

People with ADHD also need to limit coffee to avoid anxiety spikes. Try decaf—you'll love it!

Bottom line: remember to love yourself enough to embrace all that you are. ADHD doesn't define you. With the right approach, it can help you become better at what you do.

Practical Tips to Stop Overthinking in 2025

You get into bed at night, start analyzing your next work task, and soon find yourself thinking about the climate change impact on your life. As an outcome, you're stressed and anxious.

This must end in 2025: there are proven techniques to stop overthinking and lead a more peaceful life. In this piece, you'll learn about six ways of stopping overthinking once and for all.

What Is Overthinking—And How It Affects Your Life

Overthinking is being trapped in a loop of negative thoughts. Indeed, it's hard to make your brain think about something positive. Overthinkers find themselves constantly analyzing the past or fearing the future. It's like living in your head all the time instead of actually enjoying your life.

Anxiety is overthinking one's best friend. When negative thoughts persist, you might feel increasingly stressed and unable to make life moves and decisions. Focusing on negativity may also lead to sleep issues like insomnia.

Here are your six proven ways of fighting overthinking—and feeling more at ease with life.

6 Go-To Tips for Stopping Overthinking

To see your overthinking loop decreasing, mix and match these techniques.

Exercise More

Physical activity can be an excellent way to clear the mental clutter, though it's not obvious. And it doesn't necessarily mean hitting the gym every day. Enjoy a leisurely walk in the park, dancing, or a good stretch. Even a fun sports game with friends—anything truly love—can work wonders for calming an overthinker's mind.

Look For Peer Or Professional Support

Overthinking again? Talk to a supportive friend. Call your brother or sister. Chat with your dog. You don't have to leave all the negative thoughts to yourself and get buried in them. Share what's bothering you with your close ones, and you'll feel better. You can also talk to your therapist if the thoughts become too persistent.

When you have no one to talk to, apps like Liven can become your go-to solution. Liven's AI-powered assistants are there for you when you need them most—24/7, without judgment.

Try Mindfulness Techniques

Meditation is an excellent tool for beating overthinking. It works pretty simple: take 5-10 minutes, close your eyes, and follow your breath. Notice your thoughts, feelings, and noises. The key is not to stop your thoughts but to feel at ease with them.

You can also try yoga and guided meditations with apps as you go deeper into your practice.

Put Your Thoughts On Paper

A problem put on paper is a problem half-solved. Make journaling a part of your daily routine, like sleeping or eating healthy meals. Take your favorite notebook, make calming tea, and start writing. What's bothering you right now? Why? What can you do about it?

Once written, your thoughts wouldn't seem so daunting. Give it a try—this works.

Block Time for Overthinking

If you're set to overthink, go ahead—but set a specific time for it. Right before bed, give yourself 10 minutes to let your mind do whatever it wants. Though strange, this little ritual can help bring you peace afterward. It's like a workout for your brain.

Instead of avoiding overthinking, permit yourself to feel whatever comes up fully. Once your time is up, take a moment to notice how you feel. After this short practice, your mind will likely feel lighter. Remember: 10 minutes a day is plenty. Then, go on and enjoy your life.

Empower Yourself with Affirmations

Bloggers trying affirmations often seem too quiet, and that's for a reason. Positive self-talk encourages good mood and makes you more self-reliant. It's best to do it right before you go to sleep. Just say to yourself: "I love and support myself," "I'll get through this," and "I am worthy of love".

Plus, you can create an art poster for your apartment with your favorite affirmations to remind yourself once in a while.

Final thoughts: negative thoughts don't define you, and overthinking happens to everyone. With the proper coping techniques, you can lead a more peaceful life.

9 Steps You Didn't Know Will Help You Fight Procrastination

Just do it… tomorrow. Next week. Next month. Next year. Sounds familiar? The bitter truth is that we all procrastinate. We blame it on the work overload, personal issues, bad bosses, you name it. But there is a way to break the loop.

If your 2025 resolution is to beat procrastination, read on. Still, you don't have to go hard on yourself. There is no need to wake up and run ten kilometers straight. No need to take on tasks you can't accomplish. There is a better, milder way to fight postponing work—and life.

This article will advise on proven methods to fight procrastination and stay productive next year. Core idea? Go easy on yourself. Let's look at what procrastination is, how it prevents your growth, and what you can do about it—right now.

What is Procrastination—and How it Hinders your Growth

Procrastination is like standing on the side of the pool, getting ready to jump, but never actually doing so.

It's constantly delaying tasks, postponing them, and missing deadlines for several reasons. Those could be fear, unhealthy perfectionism, and guilt. When you procrastinate, you'll likely get in the loop and miss great opportunities ahead of you. Procrastination decreases your self-confidence, increases stress and anxiety, and lowers self-discipline.

However, some forms of procrastination are acceptable—you must maintain a sacred balance.

Let's look at the tips on beating procrastination.

You Are Not Alone: Famous Procrastinators

When struggling with procrastination, it is easy to fall into a self-deprecating pattern, thinking that this issue might hold you back from success. But many famous and successful people are, in fact, stellar procrastinators, fighting the same battles.

Check this out: J. K. Rowling, Bill Clinton, Nassim Taleb, and even Steve Jobs—all of these revolutionary personalities have struggled with procrastination but still made it.

So, if you are dealing with procrastination, take it easy; you are in good company.

Fighting Procrastination: 9 Steps to Try Now

The key to dealing with procrastination lies in accepting it. Here's what you can do to be more productive in the upcoming year:

Step 1. Analyze why you Procrastinate

We already talked about it: we all procrastinate. And to some extent, it's perfectly normal. But if you're putting away tasks too often, there might be a problem.

So, why do you procrastinate? Are you tired? Does the task seem too complicated? Maybe you're not getting enough peer support at work. Try to understand the root cause of the problem. And there come solutions: get some rest, Google the task again, or ask your colleagues to support you.

Step 2. Understand your Feelings

Some people procrastinate due to the fear of failure or perfectionism. But you're not a machine. You're a living human with feelings, moods, and good and bad days. Try to let it go—you got this.

Don't be afraid to try dedicated apps to track how you feel. Liven can become your perfect companion, helping you to cultivate selfhood.

Step 3. Eat the Frog

No need to harm the little froggie. This method means you complete the most challenging task right after you wake up and do your morning rituals. As you start the day, you'll likely feel more energetic and enthusiastic, so get to work. Take the task you fear the most. Break it down into smaller tasks. And start working.

After that, you can break down the steps on your list into smaller ones. Once you're done, you'll be amazed by how easy your day goes!

Step 4. Work out More

Working out could be a powerful tool for finally beating your procrastination. Regular physical training can release large amounts of endorphins, boosting your energy levels and helping you stay productive. Plus, sports contribute to our motivation, discipline, and dedication—a badly needed skill for getting a job done at work.

Step 5. Delegate Stuff

And this applies to every part of your life, not just jobs. Can you ask someone to do the laundry for you? Walk your dog? Cook dinner? So you have the time to focus on what matters to you.

If you delegate your work, create a task for your colleagues with all details on what needs to be done. Answer their question, but don't micromanage. Remember to thank your peers for helping you out.

Step 6. Put on Some Music

We all have tracks that put us in the zone. Why not create a good mood for yourself? Whether it's techno, hip-hop, or even folk—put on some great tunes to get the work vibe. Some people create their gym playlists—and the one for work is a good idea, too.

Do you feel like dancing? Then dance! It's proven that getting some moves can add up to your overall energy. Ask your friends to recommend lovely songs, or go to YouTube. There are lots of playlists that are set to get you in the do-it mood.

Step 7. Be Careful with Snacks

When procrastinating, you may occasionally feel the need to snack. But wait: Are you hungry or just bored? Many people snack on pizzas, unhealthy soft drinks, and chocolate. The result? A rush of sugar to the blood may lead to a temporary boost of energy but will do your body no good in the long run.

Try this: snack on healthy meals like carrots, nuts, or green tea with honey. Once you've finished, reward yourself with a snack, but don't overeat.

Step 8. Go Easy on Yourself

The most important of them all. Are you doing what you love, or is it just money? Can you enjoy what you do? Maybe it's time to rethink your life priorities.

Choose a job that you genuinely like. Stay compassionate to yourself as you would do to your best friends. Don't cultivate the feeling of shame even if you procrastinate today. Love yourself—it's all that matters.

Step 9. Just Enjoy Life

Living is a true blessing, and you must learn how to enjoy it. Yes, learn, we mean it.

Get a good night's sleep. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and stay hydrated. Meditate. Have fun with some friends. Enjoy your hobby. Once you start leading a fulfilled life, you'll also feel less inclined to procrastinate. Go out and live it to the fullest.
