A woman who worked as Kris Jenner's personal assistant for a few months is cracking open the lid to reveal what it was like in the Kardashian family's inner circle.
On TikTok in December 2023, Maddie Steitz revealed that she worked for the famed momager from February 2022 to April 2022 before leaving to start her own business. While she doesn't really have anything negative to say about Kris or the famous reality TV family, she did mention the one thing she doesn't miss about the gig.

Maddie Steitz, Kris Jenner's former personal assistant, reflected on the one drawback of being so near and dear to the Kardashian-Jenner squad.
"One thing I do not miss about being Kris Jenner's personal assistant is how much time I spent thinking about the Kardashians," she said. "I would literally have nightmares about all the Kardashians because I just couldn't stop thinking about them all the time. But that's just part of being a personal assistant."
She added, "It's totally part of the job, no matter who you work for. Their whole life is your life."

Maddie Steitz has worked for other prominent people other than Kris Jenner but in many cases, she can't say who.
"One person I used to work for, the lock on their front door would sometimes get stuck and I would think about it at the most random times and not be able to go to sleep because I would be afraid their front door was unlocked," she said.
Maddie captioned her video: "Personal assistant life is its own form of trauma haha."

Maddie Steitz grew up in a small town in Washington where high fashion wasn't really something she saw. She forced herself to learn about brands and their pronunciation in order to impress former boss Kris Jenner.
"Something kind of funny I learned from being Kris Jenner's assistant was how to pronounce designers' names," she said. "Before working for Kris, I liked fashion and style but not designer [stuff] — I'm from a really small town and never really had a lot of money. So I literally had to study designer names, I had like a whole PowerPoint saved. I had to learn how to not sound like an idiot when saying Versace and Gucci and Goyard."

Maddie Steitz can't really divulge too much about her time as Kris Jenner's assistant because she signed an NDA that apparently doesn't expire. But she understands why someone like the momager would need her inner circle to sign nondisclosure agreements.
"I can't really imagine a personal assistant role without an NDA needed. You have to have access to so much info that no matter if it's a celebrity or not, privacy is a super important part of the job," she said.
Maddie said that everyone she's worked for, famous or not, has had her sign NDAs. Some, though, are "a lot more strict than others."
"It all varies depending on the privacy level desired or needed by the client that I worked for," she continued. "Some are not that strict at all and others I can only say I worked there and use what's factual work information on my LinkedIn and that's it."
