Rosie O'Donnell and President
Donald Trump.
After the former talk show host announced she and her family moved to Ireland right before the businessman became the
commander-in-chief of the United States for a second time, O'Donnell doubled down on how much she dislikes Trump in a poem shared on her Substack account.

In the Thursday, March 13, update, Rosie O'Donnell touched on Donald Trump's meeting with Ireland's Prime Minister
Michael Martin at the
White House earlier this week. The Broadway producer also hinted at the Republican's alleged ties to
Vladimir Putin.
"I'm sure/It's me/doom scrolling my brain/the president of the United States/met with leader Michael Martin/doing Ireland proud/as he withstood the insults/cheater/the cheater screamed/accusing others/of his crimes/this orange human/is this the best we have/America/Russian asset —traitor — spy/the time is now/it may be too late/the world is rooting for/the united states of America/to resist this coup/to fight for r country/to prevent WW3/to lead with," she wrote.

During the public meeting between Donald Trump and Michael Martin, a right-wing reporter asked the Irish politician why he would allow Rosie O'Donnell to reside in his country.
"Do you know who she is?" Trump asked Martin, who appeared confused.
"You're better off not knowing," the former TV star added.

On Tuesday, March 11, Rosie O'Donnell shared a TikTok revealing the major life change she made after Donald Trump
won the 2024 election.
"Although I was never someone who thought I would move to another country, that's what I decided would be the best for myself and my 12-year-old child," she said in the clip.
"It's been pretty wonderful, I have to say. The people are so loving and so kind, so welcoming. And I'm very grateful," the former talk show host added.

Donald Trump and Rosie O'Donnell have had a fraught relationship dating all the way back to 2006. Their feud kicked off when the former The View co-host slammed the reality star for being too hard on Miss USA pageant winner Tara Conner for violating guidelines.

speak?" Rosie O'Donnell said about Donald Trump in a TikTok as she watched one of the politician's speeches.
"Can he form a coherent sentence? He is the worst thing that ever happened — period. And he's just babbling like an incoherent a******. He's like [Marvel villain] Doctor Doom. He's the worst thing," she added.
