Elon Musk ($433.9 Billion)
Trump's close confidant and Tesla CEO Elon Musk was on hand for the big moment.According to Forbes, Musk dropped a quarter of a billion dollars to get the businessman, 78, back into the White House. "Very few Americans realize that, if Trump is NOT elected, this will be the last election," the 53-year-old wrote in a message shared to X, formerly known as Twitter, last year.
Jeff Bezos ($239.4 Billion)
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos was present with his fiancée, Lauren Sánchez. Although the 61-year-old did not support Trump in 2016, he seems to have changed his tune about the controversial politician. Amazon reportedly donated $1 million to his inauguration fund."I am very optimistic this time around, I am very hopeful, he seems to have a lot of energy around reducing regulation, and if I can help him do that, I am going to help him," Bezos said during a New York Times' DealBook Summit discussion in December 2024.
Mark Zuckerberg ($211.8 Billion)
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, were seated in the audience in the Rotunda for the ceremony after his company gave a reported $1 million to Trump's inauguration fund.The two previously had beef, as the entrepreneur, 40, suspended the Republican leader's Facebook and Instagram accounts in 2021. Trump called the platforms an "enemy of the people" in March 2024. During a recent podcast appearance, the politician said he received a phone call from Zuckerberg after he was nearly assassinated in July 2024.
Tim Cook ($2.2 Billion)
Apple CEO Tim Cook was on hand for the swearing-in after Trump hosted him for dinner at Mar-a-Lago in December 2024. In 2019, during the politician's first term, the 64-year-old was a member of the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board. The Apprentice star even spoke about the executive during his Make America Great Again Victory Rally speech on Sunday, January 19."I spoke with Tim Cook of Apple. He said they're going to make a massive investment in the United States because of our big election win," Trump told the crowd.
Rupert Murdoch ($22.2 Billion)
Former Fox News Chairman Rupert Murdoch has been a supporter of Trump since his first bid in 2016, primarily through his cable channel.Although their friendship has been bumpy, with reports of the mogul, 93, speaking out against Trump and how he is as a leader behind-the-scenes, Murdoch went to the Capitol for his inauguration.
Miriam Adelson ($31.9 Billion)
Billionaire campaign backer Miriam Adelson rocked a white blazer ensemble with a pair of pink frames while attending Trump's big day. Adelson has been a longtime donor to Trump since 2016, serving as one of the finance vice-chairs for the inauguration of Trump. The 79-year-old reportedly gave him $100 million for his most recent run for office.In 2018, the former television star awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
Sundar Pichai ($1.3 Billion)
Google CEO Sundar Pichai was seen chatting it up with Musk at the event. According to a report from The Information, the 52-year-old met with Trump at his Mar-a-Lago residence last year after the former NBC star accused the search engine of being "anti-Trump."In the past, the exec criticized Trump's "Muslim ban" in a 2015 blog post. "Let's not let fear defeat our values," he penned.
Bernard Arnault ($179.6 Billion)
Bernard Arnault, founder, chairman and CEO of LVMH, and his kids were in the crowd for the ceremony. The 75-year-old owns the world's largest luxury goods company.Arnault visited Trump in 2017 at Trump Tower before he started his first administration and later gave the leader a tour of LVMH's leather goods workshop in rural Texas.
