Trump Brands Americans 'Bloated, Fat and Disgusting' in Bizarre Rant

Donald Trump, who often showcases his love of McDonald's on social media, criticized the American people and the nation's approach to health.
Trump has tapped Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to help "Make American Healthy Again," as diabetes, obesity and illness rates continue to increase.

In a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, February 26, Trump didn't hold back when discussing the well-being of citizens.
"This country has gotten bloated, fat, disgusting," Trump declared.
"I think we had the worst president in the history of our country. He just left office," he complained.

Trump continued to throw jabs at Joe Biden.
"I think he's a disgrace what he's done to our country," Trump stated.
He later attacked Biden for his "stupid spending to spend hundreds of millions, trillions and trillions of dollars."

While Trump insults the public, his Atlanta, Ga., inmate records revealed that he is considered overweight based on the Body Mass Index.
Georgia state documents revealed the convicted felon is 6-foot-3 and weighed about 215 pounds during his 2023 mugshot.

In an attempt to heal the nation, Trump nominated Kennedy to serve as the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services.
The environmental attorney has been a vocal critic of vaccines, food dyes and popular items.

Kennedy's failed presidential campaign highlighted his hope to change the quality of food available to Americans.
"The Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) PAC stands as a revolutionary force in American politics," the MAHA site reads.
"As the nation's first MAHA-focused Super PAC, we are leading the charge to transform America's approach to public health, environmental sustainability, and government accountability," the blurb continued.

In an executive order, Trump highlighted how the American healthcare system has failed.
"American life expectancy significantly lags behind other developed countries, with pre‑COVID-19 United States life expectancy averaging 78.8 years and comparable countries averaging 82.6 years," the executive order reads.

The reality star later noted how disease impacts U.S. citizens.
"This equates to 1.25 billion fewer life years for the United States population," the real estate tycoon continued.  
"Six in 10 Americans have at least one chronic disease, and four in 10 have two or more chronic diseases," he noted. "An estimated one in five United States adults lives with a mental illness."
