Former couple Christina Haack and Ant Anstead are on the same page in regard to their 2-year-old son, Hudson London.
The Blast said the two waived the right to collect spousal and child support from one another and will share joint custody of their tot.
Court documents show that the parents will share the responsibility of making decisions regarding his "health, education, welfare, and religion." The also agreed to a 50/50 split of their son. While Hudson is in the individual parent's custody, they will be responsible for "child-care expenses," and they've agree to split any costs for medical or dental issues including insurance.
In addition, the couple said they will "terminate now and forever" spousal support. This might not be a surprise, as The Blast says it appears that Christina and Ant agreed to keep their finances separate from the beginning and may have even signed a prenuptial agreement.
Per the settlement, the "Flip or Flop" star will keep her Bentley and a Range Rover, and she's also keeping her home in Newport Beach, Calif., a house in Palm Springs, a mountain cabin, and a property in Franklin, Tennessee. Ant gets his current property in Costa Mesa, Calif., and his expensive vintage cars.
Christina and Ant announced their split last September.
"I never thought I would have one divorce let alone two," she said on Instagram at the time. "I never thought I would have 2 baby daddies – but sometimes life throws us curve balls. Instead of getting stuck in these 'setbacks' I choose to look at these challenges as opportunities to grow. So while some may judge me and throw around rumors about me, most of you support me. And that says a lot about this world and where we are headed."
Ant, meanwhile, hinted that Christina ultimately pulled the plug on the marriage.
"Anyone who really knows me knows that I don't like to share private matters publicly," the "Wheeler Dealers" host said. "I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina's decision brings her happiness."
