According to Fox News, ABC journalist Jonathan Karl asked Bernie Sanders if Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would run for senate."Right now, we have, as I said, just a whole lot of people in the Congress. OK, Jonathan. Thanks," Sanders replied, attempting to cut short the interview.

Bernie Sanders shifted Jonathan Karl's attention to the crowd of people hoping to hear him and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez speak."Well, I ask you – you know, you want to do nonsense, do nonsense. No, I don't want to talk about inside the Beltway stuff. I got 32,000 people," Sanders said, referring to the audience waiting for him in Colorado on Friday, March 21.
"Well, fine. But I don't want to talk about this. What was the last question?" Sanders asked.

Bernie Sanders stressed that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has the free will to forge her own path in politics."She's perfectly capable of making the decision," he said. "She's got so many options."
"She's got an incredible future," he continued. "You know, it's really her decision. But, you know, all I can say is there's real anger. And there would be a lot of support for her if she decided to do it."

Bernie Sanders will continue to speak out against Donald Trump and his administration through his "Fighting Oligarchy" tour."Over the course of the next few weeks, I'll be hitting the road to have real discussions across America on how we move forward to take on the oligarchs and corporate interests who have so much power and influence in this country," Sanders announced.

On X, Bernie Sanders shared a video from his record-breaking event in Denver, Colo."The video speaks for itself. 34,000 people out in Denver. Largest political rally there since 2008. The message is clear: NO to authoritarianism," Sanders wrote on Saturday, March 22.
"NO to oligarchy. NO to Trumpism," he added. "We are ready to fight back. Now it's on to Tucson."

X users had a mixed response to Bernie Sanders' claims."That is not 34K. Not even close. Stop lying," one X user wrote. "You have 15K in a stadium that held 5K. We recorded the cell data and most were from out of state. You are basically busing activists around and doubling to tripling your crowd sizes. 99.99% of people sat at home today."
"Bernie's vision for healthcare, education, and economic justice is what America needs," one fan wrote.
"He's spent decades fighting for the working class, not corporate interests," the second X user added. "Time to back a leader with a real plan to fix this broken system and put people first."
