The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force reported that three individuals were shot during the altercation.Deputy Duncan was pronounced dead at the scene, while local resident Dario Stubbs, 30, succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.
A third victim, a 29-year-old man, is currently receiving medical treatment. Authorities have stated that there is no evidence to suggest that Duncan, Stubbs or the injured man were the intended targets of the shooting.
