Chad Michael Murray played basketball player Lucas Scott, Nathan's half-brother.

Chad Michael Murray left "One Tree Hill" after six seasons and has continued to act steadily since on shows like "Agent Carter" and "Riverdale." He also got to work with another alum of the CW show, Torrey DeVitto, when the two teamed up for the 2019 Hallmark holiday movie "Five Cards for Christmas." After ending a seven-year engagement to "OTH" extra Kenzie Dalton — which came after his brief marriage to co-star Sophia Bush — he fell for actress Sarah Roemer, his co-star on the Crackle series "Chosen." The couple, who married in 2015, now have two children.

Sophia Bush played cheerleader-turned-fashion designer Brooke Davis on "One Tree Hill."
_
After she stopped playing Brooke Davis, Sophia Bush quickly dove into the world of "Chicago P.D.," on which she played detective Erin Lindsay for four seasons until 2017. She joined the cast of Hulu's "Love, Victor" in 2020 and in 2021 launched the "Drama Queens" podcast with "One Tree Hill" co-stars Bethany Joy Lenz and Hilarie Burton Morgan, on which they revisit episodes of their hit show. In 2022, Sophia starred on the short-lived CBS medical drama series "Good Sam." Following her 2005 marriage to and split from "OTH" co-star Chad Michael Murray, she made headlines when she romanced castmates James Lafferty and Austin Nichols as well as "Chicago P.D." co-star Jesse Lee Soffer. She's been with FocusMotion Health co-founder Grant Hughes, whom she married in June 2022, since 2020.
_
Peyton Sawyer, an artsy teen-turned-record company owner and Lukas' eventual wife, was played by Hilarie Burton.
_
Hilarie Burton Morgan was introduced to actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan in 2009 by then-co-star Danneel Ackles. After departing "One Tree Hill" after the sixth season, she married Jeffrey and welcomed two children with him after a long infertility struggle to have her second, which she's spoken about publicly. Hilarie continued to act on everything from "White Collar" and "Grey's Anatomy" to "Extant" and the "Lethal Weapon" TV series, but she also relishes a quiet life with her family in Rhinebeck, New York, where they own a farm as well as a candy store with pal Paul Rudd. In 2022, she had a mini "OTH" reunion when she appeared on an episode of "Good Sam" alongside star Sophia Bush and former co-star Bethany Joy Lenz, with whom she also began hosting the "Drama Queens" podcast in 2021. Hilarie also appeared on two episodes of "The Walking Dead" alongside hubby Jeffrey in 2021 and 2022.

She's released projects, including two Christmas albums, under a few names — Joy Lenz & The Fellows as well as Bethany Joy. In 2021, she reunited with castmates Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton Morgan for the podcast "Drama Queens," on which they revisit old episodes of their show. She also appeared on an episode of "OTH" pal Sophia Bush's short-lived CBS medical drama series "Good Sam" in 2022 with former co-star Hilarie Burton Morgan.

James has also done some directing, most notably on the soapy E! drama "The Royals," which is where he met actress Alexandra Park. They got engaged in 2020 and tied the knot in 2022.

Since 2021, she's had a recurring role on the horror series "Chucky" based on the "Child's Play" movie franchise.
_
Nathan and Lucas's uncle, Keith Scott, was played by Craig Sheffer.
_
Since his character was tragically murdered by his on-screen brother on season 3 of "One Tree Hill," Craig Sheffer has continue acting with small parts and guest appearances on shows like "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Criminal Minds" and "The Mentalist." Though still acting, he had to hit pause for a time as he left Los Angeles to take care of his ailing mother and brother for eight years. They've both since passed away. Jana Kramer played fallen starlet Alex Dupre on the final three seasons of the show.
_
Jana Kramer got more famous post-"One Tree Hill" thanks to her country music singing career, her acting — some of it in Lifetime movies — and her headline-making romances. The year "OTH" ended, she started seeing country star Brantley Gilbert; they got engaged and split in 2013. A year later, Jana — who hosts the popular "Whine Down" podcast — started her relationship with former NFL player Mike Caussin, whom she married in 2015 and ultimately left in 2021 after years of ups and downs amid his cheating scandals. They have two kids. A six-month romance with former Navy SEAL Ian Schinelli ended in April 2022, after which they hurled wild accusations at each other about why things ended between them.
