From Palo Alto, California, to New York, New York, we watched Keri Russell's Felicity Porter come into her own over four seasons (and four years of college). To celebrate 20 years since the "Felicity" series finale aired on May 22, 2002, Wonderwall.com is checking in on all the stars of the beloved J.J. Abrams and Matt Reeves coming-of-age show!
Keep reading to see what they all look like now…

First up? The one and only Keri Russell, who portrayed the show's titular teen, Felicity Porter, who switches her plans to attend Stanford University as a pre-med student and instead travels across the country to the fictional University of New York. Over the show's four seasons, Felicity accurately emulated the complexities of growing up — from realizing the boy you've been insanely crushing on doesn't even know you exist to weathering the existential dread that comes with figuring out what you want to do with your life.

Keri Russell's presence in Hollywood has remain steady since her days as Felicity Porter. While she's appeared in films like "Mission: Impossible III," "August Rush," "Waitress," "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" and "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker," Keri's found continued success on the small screen. From 2013 to 2018, she starred as Elizabeth Jennings on "The Americans," delivering a performance that earned her several Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominations. Keri, who was in a relationship with "Felicity" co-star Scott Speedman in the early aughts, married craftsman-contractor Shane Deary in 2007 and they welcomed two kids before splitting in 2013. She moved on with her "The Americans" co-star Matthew Rhys, with whom she shares a son born in 2016.

Would you forego your entire college plan for the chance to spend more time with this man at the college of his choice? Felicity did! Scott Speedman played hunky, ever indecisive Ben Covington, who eventually came to realize that he was, in fact, in love with Felicity.
_
How has Scott Speedman been faring since saying goodbye to his breakthrough role as Ben Covington? Pretty well, it seems! Not long after wrapping "Felicity," the Canadian actor took his talents to the big screen, appearing in films like "Underworld," "Underworld: Evolution" and "The Vow." After starring on the short-lived series "Last Resort" in 2012, Scott found a steady home on "Animal Kingdom," on which he starred for three seasons from 2016 to 2018. 2021 was a successful year for Scott: In addition to landing a recurring role on "You," he began starring on "Grey's Anatomy" as Dr. Nick Marsh. The actor, who dated "Felicity" co-star Keri Russell when they were making the show and later dated actress Teresa Palmer, has been in a relationship with blogger and clothing store owner Lindsay Rae Hofmann since 2017. They welcomed a daughter in 2021.

An indisputably hot — not to mention technologically-savvy — resident advisor who takes an interest in you, a freshman?! Such was Felicity's reality. Scott Foley took on the role of Noel Crane, Felicity's friend-turned-more-than-friend (then back to friend) over the course of the series.
_
Believe it or not, Noel isn't Scott Foley's most recognizable role! While the actor went on to appear in a handful of lesser known films, he found continued success on the small screen. He appeared in multiple episodes of "Scrubs," "The Unit," "Grey's Anatomy" and "True Blood" before landing his biggest, most notable role to date: Jake Ballard on Shonda Rhimes' "Scandal." After appearing in 100 of the show's 124 episodes, Scott landed more starring roles on two short-lived series: 2019's "Whiskey Cavalier" and 2021's "The Big Leap." Scott, who was once wed to Jennifer Garner (who played his ex-girlfriend on "Felicity"), married actress Marika Domińczyk in 2007. They share three kids.

Someone who's reliable, caring and has an entrepreneurial spirit? Sean Blumberg, played by Greg Grunberg, is your guy. While he wasn't a student at the University of New York, he was an integral member of the group who (eventually) ended up romancing Meghan.
_
In 2001 before coming-of-age series "Felicity" wrapped, Greg Grunberg landed a starring role on another J.J. Abrams series, "Alias," on which he appeared until the show's conclusion in 2006. He found even more success on the small screen: He appeared on the first episode of "Lost" (another series created by J.J.) and enjoyed starring roles on "Heroes" and "Masters of Sex" and recurring roles on "The Client List" and "The Flash." Greg has also appeared in several notable films including "Mission: Impossible III," "Star Trek," "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" and "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker." He's been married to Elizabeth Dawn Wershow, with whom he shares three children, since 1992.

Everyone remembers their first friend in college! Amy Jo Johnson played adorable and musically gifted Julie Emrick, who was introduced as Felicity's best friend at the start of the series. While they initially hit things off, their relationship took a rocky turn when Felicity secretly began dating Ben right after he and Julie broke up. By the time Julie exited the show, the women had resolved their issues.
_
At the time "Felicity" premiered on The WB, Amy Jo Johnson was the most successful actress in the cast! The Massachusetts native — who became a dual citizen of Canada and the United States in 2015 — went on to land recurring roles on "Wildfire," "Flashpoint" and "Covert Affairs." In more recent years, she's honed her talents behind the screen, directing the films "The Space Between" and "Tammy's Always Dying" and a 2022 episode of "Superman & Lois." Amy, who resides in Toronto, shares a daughter with Olivier Giner, whom she divorced in 2017.

Felicity first crossed paths with headstrong pre-med student Elena Tyler — played by Tangi Miller — when they became lab partners freshman year. Though Felicity eventually dropped out of pre-med, she and Elena maintained a close friendship.
_
After wrapping up her time as Elena Tyler, NAACP Image Award-nominated actress Tangi Miller appeared in one-off episodes of "Cold Case," "Living With Fran" and "Half & Half" in the early aughts. She's also appeared in a series of lesser known films including 2021's "Entanglement."

Not everyone likes their freshman roommate… but such is life, we suppose! Amanda Foreman played Meghan Rotundi, Felicity's bizarre and off-putting roommate who eventually dates Sean in later seasons. Her initial disdain for Felicity's straight-edge ways began to dissipate as they got to know one another.
_
Amanda Foreman has kept a relatively low profile since her days on the hit college drama. The actress (seen here at the premiere of her movie "Happy Endings" in 2005) appeared in the films "Inland Empire," "Star Trek" and "Star Trek Into Darkness" and had recurring roles on "Alias," "Private Practice," "Parenthood" and "Awkward."
