David Hasselhoff acted on the stage after "Baywatch." In 2000, while finishing up his run on the show, he made his Broadway debut in "Jekyll & Hyde" and in 2004, he starred in a London production of "Chicago." The Hoff also ventured into reality television in 2010: He starred on A&E's "The Hasselhoffs" alongside daughters Hayley, who went on to become a plus-size model, and Taylor, a luxury real estate agent who appeared on "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills" in 2015. The actor, who's made headlines with his alcoholism struggles — and with his contentious 2006 divorce from second wife Pamela Bach — started dating Welsh former factory worker Hayley Roberts, who's nearly 28 years his junior, in 2011; they married in 2018. In recent years, fans have seen The Hoff — who's kept his music career alive over the decades (he released his 15th studio album, "Party Your Hasselhoff," in 2021) — in a cameo in the 2017 "Baywatch" movie and on a 2021 episode of "Young Sheldon."

Though she wasn't part of the original cast, "Baywatch" star Pamela Anderson is perhaps the show's biggest star. Pamela joined the series in 1992 and stayed through 1997 in the role of lifeguard C.J. Parker. Pam has said that one of the reasons she was attracted to the character was C.J.'s affinity for New Age thinking, something she shared with the fictional lifeguard.

After leaving "Baywatch," Pamela Anderson's fame continued to skyrocket. In 1998, she began a four-year starring run on the TV show "V.I.P." She also continued posing for Playboy magazine — she's appeared on 13 covers since the '80s (more than anyone else) — and became an author: In 2005, she co-wrote the novel "Star"; in 2015, she published "Raw," which features pictures and her handwritten poetry about sex and romance; in 2018, she released "Lust for Love: Rekindling Intimacy and Passion in Your Relationship," which was co-written with rabbi and author Shmuley Boteach. She made news for her work more recently in 2022 when she starred as Roxie Hart in "Chicago" on Broadway for a few months. The dedicated vegan has been an active member of PETA since the '90s. Her personal life has long made headlines: Pam married and divorced rocker Tommy Lee, the father of her two adult sons, in the late '90s (an attempted reconciliation a decade later in 2008 didn't work out). Following an engagement to model Marcus Schenkenberg, she had an on-off relationship with Kid Rock but filed for divorce in 2006. She was briefly wed to professional poker player Rick Salomon in 2007 and 2008 — and again in 2014 and 2015 — then had an up-and-down romance with French soccer star Adil Rami from 2017 to 2019. In early 2020, she exchanged vows with an old boyfriend, famed movie producer Jon Peters, but they never filed the paperwork; it ended days later. That same year, Pam married her bodyguard, Dan Hayhurst, on Christmas Eve, but that marriage only lasted a year. In 2022, Pam will star on an HGTV Canada series, "Pamela's Garden Of Eden," which chronicles her efforts to renovate her 5.6-acre property in Ladysmith, British Columbia. She (and Tommy) were also the subject of a buzzy 2022 Hulu limited series, "Pam & Tommy" starring Lily James and Sebastian Stan, which dramatized the scandal surrounding an intimate videotape they made as newlyweds that was stolen and leaked in 1995.

Nicole Eggert starred as Roberta "Summer" Quinn on "Baywatch" from 1992 to 1994. Her character eventually left the world of lifeguarding to attend college.

Nicole Eggert found success on a few reality television shows after leaving "Baywatch." The actress participated on "Celebrity Fit Club" in 2010 and came in second place on the celebrity diving competition show "Splash" in 2013. In 2014, she left acting behind to become an ice cream truck owner and driver. She came out of her Hollywood retirement to make an appearance on the E! reality show "Botched" in 2015 to get a breast reduction. She made headlines in 2018 when she publicly accused former "Charles in Charge" co-star Scott Baio, who's 11 years her senior, of sexually abusing her "probably once a week" from 14 to 16 and said they had sex when she was 17. He vehemently denied her claims and insisted their sole sexual encounter took place when she was 18. Nicole has two daughters: Dilyn, with ex Justin Herwick, and Keegan, whose father she has not publicly named.

After Gena Lee Nolin left "Baywatch," she starred on her own show, "Sheena," from 2000 to 2002. Like some of her old co-stars, she posed for Playboy magazine, appearing in 2001's Christmas edition. She also authored a book, "Beautiful Inside and Out: Conquering Thyroid Disease with a Healthy, Happy, 'Thyroid Sexy' Life," which came out in 2013. Gina has been married twice: first in 1993 to Greg Fahlman, with whom she shares son Spencer; then in 2004 to now-retired NHL star Cale Hulse, with whom she has two children, son Hudson and daughter Stella. She's currently happily settled in Arizona.

After a brief marriage to NBA star Dennis Rodman, she appeared in 2000's "Scary Movie" and 2004's "Starsky and Hutch." In 2004, she tried reality television with then-husband Dave Navarro on MTV's "Till Death Do Us Part: Carmen and Dave." The two split in 2006, and after more failed relationships, she appeared as a celebrity bachelorette on the reality series "The Choice." Carmen has also released her own fragrance and a loungewear collection. More recently, she launched her vegan and cruelty-free skincare line, Gogo, in 2020.

Like many of her fellow former "Baywatch" babes, vegetarian Traci has appeared in Playboy and is an animal rights activist who supports PETA. The actress was married to songwriter and music producer Robb Vallier from 1998 to 2001. Traci, while active on social media, hasn't been publicly photographed since 2013.

Jeremy Jackson played Mitch's son Hobie Buchannon on "Baywatch" from 1991 to 1999. He took on the role after actor Brandon Call left. The character had a longtime crush on Nicole Eggert's Summer Quinn.

Jeremy Jackson never found much acting success after "Baywatch" but did well in the reality television genre. In 2009, he appeared on VH1's "Confessions of a Teen Idol." He also appeared on Britain's "Celebrity Big Brother" and "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew," where he discussed his steroid addiction. Jeremy married longtime girlfriend Loni Willison in 2012, but the two separated in 2014. In 2017, he was sentenced to 270 days in jail and five years of probation for a stabbing that occurred in 2015.
