Savannah Chrisley and Robert Shiver — who were photographed together at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Sept. 6 — are taking things slow, she said.
"This guy that I'm talking to, his wife just tried to kill him," the reality star revealed on Nick Viall's "The Viall Files" podcast.
"It's fine," she said, adding that the romance is "very, very new."
As for how Savanah and the father of three met, the "Chrisley Knows Best" alum credited Instagram.
"I like the DMs," she quipped. "He's too hot to die. Look, the picture with his kids? He was so good-looking."

Savannah Chrisley has vowed to refrain from speaking about the tragedy that unfolded in Robert Shiver's life. "There's kids involved," she said. "I just have so much respect for them that I would never say, 'This is what happened. That's what happened.' That's for them to talk about when they're ready to talk about it."
She will, however, gush about Robert: Her favorite things about him are "his heart and the ability to listen and to understand and communicate," she noted.
Robert is the son of former Flowers Foods CEO Allen Shriver.

Robert Shiver made headlines when his wife, Lindsay Shiver, and her alleged boyfriend were accused of working with a hitman to kill the former football player. According to People magazine, police arrested Lindsay, her boyfriend and the alleged hitman in the Abacos in the Bahamas in late July after authorities uncovered the supposed murder-for-hire plot on a chain of WhatsApp messages while investigating a break-in at a Bahamian restaurant.
"On July 16, 2023 at Abaco, [the defendants], while being together did, with a common purpose agree to commit an offense, namely the murder of Richard Shiver," a police report claimed, according to the Thomasville Times-Enterprise.
Robert, a former college football long snapper for Auburn University, met Lindsay, a former Auburn cheerleader, at their alma mater. They were going through a divorce and custody battle when police uncovered the alleged murder-for-hire plot. As part of the split, Robert cut off Lindsay's use of the family's private jet. He also wanted her out their $2.5 million Georgia mansion.

Lindsay Shiver, boyfriend Terrance Bethel and prospective hitman Faron Newbold were all arrested and subsequently released on bond. (Her bond was $100,000.) They are all required to wear ankle monitors and to remain in the Bahamas until an Oct. 5. court date.
In August, a source told the New York Post of Lindsay, "She lived a double life — this Georgia housewife with the lovely kids and the Bahamas bad girl. She got caught up in something really bad. It's sad… From the outside looking in it was all perfect, but she was bored for a long time. Lindsay was a firecracker."
