Even the weather gods seem to be cheering for Taylor Swift's new romance with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. On Friday, Nov. 10, shortly before Travis arrived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to see the pop star perform, monsoon-like conditions hit the region, forcing Taylor to postpone her scheduled Eras Tour show from Friday to Sunday.
With a night of unexpected downtime on their hands, the couple stepped out for dinner at Elena, a restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Buenos Aires, where they were joined by another special guy in Taylor's life — her dad, Scott Swift.
A source told People Taylor and Travis "looked so cute on their low-key" — if dad-adjacent — "date-night," and noted that "Travis was beaming."

The dinner marked the first time Travis Kelce has met Taylor Swift's dad, Scott Swift, according to the Daily Mail. It's unclear if he's met the singer's mom, Andrea Swift yet, although both of Taylor's parents keep a relatively low profile, even when they join their daughter on the road.
Video published by the Mail shows Taylor smiling as she leads Travis through the restaurant by the hand, seemingly unaffected by the slew of waves and cheers from other diners and cell phones aimed at the famous pair. Taylor's dad, meanwhile, can be seen keeping his head down as he walks behind the couple to a private room in the restaurant.
According to People's source, Taylor and Travis were still clutching paws later as the group exited the restaurant.

Travis Kelce may still be getting to know Taylor Swift's parents, but Taylor's already pretty chummy with the Chiefs star's folks, as the world learned in October, when she was photographed hugging Travis' mom, Donna, and talking with his dad, Ed, at his games in Kansas City and New York City. By that point, the rumor mill was hard at work churning out Taylor-and-Travis buzz, which began in September and kicked into high gear once Taylor was seen with Travis' mom and dad.
"This was Taylor's first time meeting his mom and dad, and everyone was enjoying themselves," a source told People in late September. "She was super chill and low-key hanging out with his friends and family."
(Asked about their hang on "Today" that same month, Donna Kelce was low-key, telling a breathless Savannah Guthrie only that spending time with Taylor Swift "was OK.")
Travis, who was able to travel to Argentina to see Taylor thanks to his team's bye week, was expected to see the singer perform for the first time on Friday night. With her show now rescheduled to Sunday, it's unlikely he'll have a chance to cheer her on — a Page Six source said Travis "has to be back on Sunday for practice on Monday."

In a Nov. 10 statement about the postponed Eras Tour date, Taylor Swift told fans on Instagram: "I love a rain show but I'm never going to endanger my fans or my fellow performers and crew. We've rescheduled tonight's Buenos Aires show for Sunday due to the weather being so truly chaotic it would be unsafe to try and put on this concert." On he bright side, she added, "Good news is I get to stay in Argentina longer!!"
At her Nov. 9 performance in Buenos Aires, the pop star — who has a well-documented love of hiding "Easter egg" clues about her life in her music — performed "Labyrinth" for the first time during her set's "surprise songs" section. Fan-captured footage of Taylor grinning as she sang the refrain, "Oh no, I'm falling in love again…," quickly surfaced on social media, as did speculation Taylor was singing about falling for Travis Kelce.
Romance aside, the 12-time Grammy winner has plenty of reason to smile about music from her "Midnights" album, including "Labyrinth." On Friday, Nov. 10, the album earned Grammy nominations in six categories, including album of the year, and song of the year and record of the year (for "Anti-Hero").

Taylor Swift's Ears Tour continues on to Brazil after her final performance in Argentina on Sunday, Nov. 12. Travis, meanwhile, is due back on the Chiefs' field in Kansas City on Nov. 20, when he plays his brother, Jason Kelce and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Taylor, who's slated to continue with international dates through Nov. 26, will presumably miss the Kelce brothers' face-off — and it's too bad.
In May, the singer confirmed she's an Eagles fan during a performance in Philadelphia. Referencing an Eagles-centric line in her song, "Gold Rush," Taylor said she wanted to clear up a "debate" she'd seen online.
"I have a lyric that says, 'With my Eagles t-shirt hanging from the door,'" the singer announced from the stage, per SI.com. "I saw some people wondering if it was the band the Eagles or the team the Eagles, and I love the band the Eagles, but guys, come on. I'm from Philly. Of course it's the team."
