Mitchel Musso — the singer-actor and former child star who appeared on multiple Disney Channel shows — was arrested in Rockwall, Texas, on Aug. 26, 2023.
The 32-year-old played Oliver Oken on "Hannah Montana," Jeremy Johnson on the animated series "Phineas and Ferb" and King Brady on "Pair of Kings." He also hosted the network's "PrankStars" show.
According to TMZ, he was taken to a local jail where he posed for this booking photo. Jail records show the 5-foot-8, 150-pound star — who posted bail — was facing multiple charges following an incident at a hotel. (Records indicated his bail was set at $1,000 and that he was facing fines totaling a little more than $2,000 for multiple violations.)
After his arrest, Mitchel insisted he was innocent, telling Entertainment Weekly, "I was absolutely not drunk or drinking, and there was 100% no theft," adding, "It's unfortunate, it's a misunderstanding."
Nearly three months later, TMZ reported that Mitchel got a lucky break: His public drunkenness and theft case was dismissed, a rep for the city of Rockwall confirmed on Nov. 17. No reason was given and the webloid was told that bodycam footage and further information would not be publicly released because the case didn't end with a conviction or deferred adjudication.

Former Disney star Mitchel Musso was arrested at a hotel in Rockwall, Texas — a suburb of Dallas — on Aug. 26 after officers responded to a call from someone alleging that a person "who appeared intoxicated" came into the hotel, took a bag of chips and began to eat them before leaving without paying for the snack, the Dallas Morning News reported.
TMZ further reported that that person — Mitchel — was allegedly acting belligerent and became verbally abusive to staff.
When police officers encountered him outside the hotel, they noticed signs of intoxication and arrested him.

Rockwall Police Department officers took Mitchel Musso into custody on Aug. 26. He was booked at the county jail on charges of public intoxication and petty theft (under $100).
Authorities also discovered multiple outstanding traffic violation warrants in his name — for an expired registration, failure to display a driver's license and a violation on a promise to appear notice — so now he's got to deal with those too.
It wasn't his first arrest…

In 2011, Mitchel Musso was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Burbank, California, after he "drove through [an] intersection and failed to do what [an] officer instructed him to do," Sgt. Sean Kelly told the Burbank Leader at the time.
When the Disney Channel star — who was 20 at the time — was pulled over in his 2007 Mercedes-Benz, he had a blood-alcohol level "well over" the legal limit of .08, the sergeant told the newspaper, noting that because Mitchel was underage, any amount of alcohol was considered illegal.
The actor-singer posted $5,000 bail and later pleaded no contest to one count of having a blood-alcohol level over 0.08. He was sentenced to 36 months of informal probation, paid a fine and took alcohol education classes.
"In becoming an adult, I have learned first hand that stepping up and taking responsibility is the best way to move forward," the star told E! News at the time. "I am especially thankful to my family and fans for their unwavering support and encouragement. I am glad to now put this in the past."
