Adele is all about that sober life: She apparently quit drinking over the summer. The songstress made the reveal during a recent show in Las Vegas. Although she's happy with her decision to go dry, she finds sobriety "boring."
This isn't the first time Adele has given up alcohol.

Adele was speaking to a fan at her Las Vegas residency show when she opened up about her newfound sobriety.
"I stopped drinking maybe like three and a half months ago. It's boring. I mean, I was literally borderline alcoholic for quite a lot of my 20s, but I miss it so much. I cut out caffeine," she said, according to The Daily Star.
The fan told the 16-time Grammy winner they'd been drinking all day.
"Enjoy your whiskey sour. I'm very, very jealous," Adele replied.

The Daily Star reported Adele held a glass of wine while speaking to the crowd, though it doesn't appear she drank any of it.
"I remember when I came [to Las Vegas] in Covid, in lockdown, it was 11 a.m. and I was definitely like four bottles of wine in — like we all were," she said. "I said in 2020 that I wanted to put my album out. And we were all at home just drunk basically."

Back in 2021, Adele said she'd quit drinking, but a year later, she was seen indulging at an NBA game. She also appeared to be "drunk" at a gay club in London that year, reports said.
Although she's now sober, she's ready for a week of partying in Las Vegas for her son's 11th birthday.
"This week my son turns 11 years old. Can you believe that? We have got a busy week coming celebrating him. He is very much like me because I take my birthday very seriously," she told the crowd, according to the report. "So it is a whole week or a month celebration, which I think everyone should treat their birthday like."
"From a very young age he seems to have adopted the same point of view, which isn't quite as fun. He is my son and obviously I adore him and he is like, 'Can I do this and do that?' I am like, 'That is very expensive. You are 11, shouldn't we be having a tea party still?' But you know 11-year-olds in 2023 are like going on 25," she continued.
"He is more savvy in every way than I am and I ever have been or ever will be. That is my week. … So I guess my update next week will be being a bullied mother probably!" she joked.

Adele is looking forward to her son's birthday celebration — especially in comparison to her recent battle with the flu. While ill, she was bedridden for five days. The only thing that kept her sane was Chinese food.
"I am going through a real Chinese dumplings phase. I have had them for lunch. It does sound delicious having dumplings for breakfast," she said.
