According to documents obtained by Wonderwall, Swift wants to remodel her kitchen, create new bathrooms and include a 16×24 addition to the abode.
The 400-square-foot expansion will become a new bedroom and lounge space.
The renovations will cost $1.7 million to complete the project, a report claims.
"Work shall not proceed until the inspector has approved the various stages of construction," the permit, which allows construction until December, reads.

Travis Kelce, an insider claimed.
"This is going to be her main home base and where she and Kelce will hopefully raise a family one day," an insider told th
e New York Post.
In August, the "Out of the Woods" singer was seen at her estate, where she relaxed with friends and family amid her busy schedule.
"Taylor has been on tour and working nonstop and she loves the Rhode Island house and wanted to spend some time there while the weather is still good and she can enjoy it," a source told Us Weekly.
"It has felt wonderful to be grounded back home again," they added. "It's been grounding to see friends and family and spend quality time with everyone, chat and get downloaded on everyone's worlds because she has been so busy and disconnected."
Swift is a powerhouse artist — so much so, the multihyphenate performed worldwide for 21 months and is now enjoying the fruits of her labor.
In an Instagram post, the blonde beauty expressed gratitude for her fans.
"We have officially wrapped the European leg of The Eras Tour," Swift wrote in August 2024. "With it came the most passionate crowds I've ever played for, new traditions in the show, and an entirely new era added in."
"It was a more hectic pace than we'd done before, and I'm so proud of my crew/fellow performers for being able to physically perform that show and build our massive stage, take it apart, and make magic with so few days in between for recovery and travel," she continued.
Aside from her career, Swift and Kelce's romance is still going strong.
"After 21 months on the road and a year-and-a-half with Travis, Taylor is ready for this next chapter to begin with the love of her life," a source told Life & Style after the artist finished touring.
The insider revealed the duo has "a lot to look forward to, and they couldn't be more excited about it."
