Wonderwall.com rounded up all the proof that stars are nothing like the rest of us from late March and early April 2022, starting with this story that's sure to make your jaw drop… On the April 20, 2022, episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" — his first talk show appearance in 14 years — Nicolas Cage confirmed a rumor that he once dropped somewhere around $80K on a two-headed snake. "Does that make me impossibly strange? I did [have a two-headed snake]. It's weird," he said, adding that he'd been "dreaming about two-headed eagles" at the time when an exotic pet dealer coincidentally reached out to his manager about the snake. He didn't hold onto the snake for long, though: The two heads "would fight" because "one head was more dominant than the other" and "it just got a little too freaky" for the actor, who ultimately donated the snake to the Audubon Zoo, where it lived for 14 years. These days, his only exotic pet is a talking African pied crow that lives in a 16-foot dome at his home in Las Vegas. Later in the wildly entertaining interview, Nic said he once donated $20K to a local orphanage after he won big playing roulette in the Bahamas. He also confirmed rumors he once attempted to buy a cave: "I had an interest in exploring all the elements," he launched into the story. "I got my [diving] certificate on the Great Barrier Reef — I explored the element of water. Air, I didn't really get as far as I wanted to — I wanted to be a hang glider, but it didn't happen. Fire, I felt like [with] 'Ghost Rider' I had explored the element of fire. Then I wanted to explore earth, and I thought, 'I want to start spelunking. I want to start exploring caves.'" That's when he learned a cave was on the market somewhere in North Dakota: "It was beautiful. … There were all these stalactites and all these milky quartz-like crystalline walls. At the time, I was married and I was like — it looked like nigori sake, unfiltered sake — 'I'd like to buy this and just go down to the bottom of the cave and get totally naked with my wife and drink nigori in the bottom of a cave in the earth,'" he said, drawing roars of laughter from the audience.
Now keep reading for more proof that stars are nothing like us…

Some men woo women with flowers, and some men woo women with Birkins… According to Page Six, Kanye West gifted his girlfriend of just a couple months, Chaney Jones, an extremely rare Birkin bag on March 29, 2022: He reportedly snapped up the purse — a silver metallic Chèvre leather bag with palladium hardware — for $275K from Privé Porter. Chaney — who was photographed sitting with a different Birkin in her lap while watching a basketball game with Kanye earlier in the month — reportedly asked for that bag specifically because it's "very, very rare" and currently out of circulation. Now she just needs a few more Birkins to catch up with Ye's last girlfriend, Julia Fox!

Kim Kardashian saw her $400K Maybach minivan for the very first time on the March 28, 2022, episode of "Million Dollar Wheels." According to luxury car dealer RD Whittington, the custom ride — which features multiple televisions, reclining captain's chairs, folding tables, multi-color roof lighting and a partition that can go from fully transparent to frosted — is "literally the first" of its kind in the United States. (See it here.) After describing herself as "a car girl," the reality star joked that she has "way too many cars" now. (No kidding.) "I had four Maybach trucks, and I need a fleet, so I was like, 'If I'm not going to get this, then I might sell them all and move on to Rolls [Royces] or something,'" she said. (Eye roll.) The episode ended with Kim asking RD to paint the minivan gray to match the rest of her all-gray fleet of luxury cars.

Gaga got a bug, Leo got a tree and Taylor got an arthropod… In a scientific report published on April 15, 2022, Virginia Tech scientists Derek Hennen, Jackson Means and Paul Marek announced that they named a newly discovered species of millipede Nannaria swiftae in Taylor Swift's honor. "The specific name is a noun in the genitive case derived as a matronym and is named in honor of the artist Taylor Swift, in recognition of her talent as a songwriter and performer and in appreciation of the enjoyment her music has brought [Derek]," the trio wrote. Derek, who served as the study's lead author, later added in a statement, "Her music helped me get through the highs and lows of graduate school, so naming a new millipede species after her is my way of saying thanks."

On March 23, 2022 — after he won big in a game of online roulette on Stake.com — Drake took to Instagram to share a video of himself donating $100K to a high school basketball player named Michael to assist him and his mother as he pursues his college education. Drake then donated $1M in Bitcoin to the LeBron James Family Foundation. Imagine just casually donating more than $1M to charity!

On March 21, 2022, Kylie Jenner shared a YouTube video recapping her second pregnancy. The footage included a quick glimpse at her new son's nursery, which was filled with books and stuffed animals including a Louis Vuitton teddy bear. The bears originally retailed for $9K, but these days, they're only available on the second-hand market, where their value has more than doubled to somewhere in the ballpark of $20K. Whether Kylie spent $9K or $20K on the stuffed animal, we can all agree that's too much for a toy, right?!

Boo. Hoo. Blac Chyna infuriated hard-working single parents across the country when she took to Twitter on March 30, 2022, to complain that she receives no child support from the fathers of her two children: she shares daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian and son King with rapper Tyga. She then alleged that because she's "a single mother [with] no support," she was forced to "give up three of my cars." (How many cars does she have?!) Her exes eventually caught wind of her out-of-touch gripes and took to Instagram to fire back. Rob claimed he pays $37K a year for Dream's school — plus all of her medical expenses and extracurricular activities — and added that his little girl only stays with her mom two days a week. Tyga, meanwhile, claimed that he pays $40K a year for King's school and that his son only stays with Chyna one day a week.

On the April 7, 2022, episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Diane Kruger revealed that her fiancé, "The Walking Dead" star Norman Reedus, recently snapped up a home in California — even though they lived with their daughter in New York City at the time — without talking to her about it first. Recalled the actress, "We drove by [the house] — he was dropping me off at a table read. … It's a Sunday. You know how those houses are open and you can just walk in. We looked at it — it was pretty. But we live in New York. So then he drops me off and I come out of my table read, and there's like 50 messages that start with, 'I love that house. I stayed another hour. What do you think?' Next message, 'Should we move to California? … How 'bout we make an offer? You know what, I made an offer. We got the house!'" Added the "Troy" alum, "I had not considered relocating to California — which then we did." (Can you imagine buying a house and instigating a cross-country move without talking to your partner first?!) She also said of her longtime love, "I call him 'a mad midnight shopper' because the most obscure objects show up the next day — like weird balls to massage his feet, toothbrushes, a house, nine motorcycles… literally. It's never boring!"

Thanks to his role in "Boogie Nights," Mark Wahlberg's privates are a part of Hollywood history. The A-list actor donned a prosthetic to portray extremely well-endowed adult film actor Dirk Diggler in the 1997 drama, and during an appearance on the April 12, 2022, episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," he revealed that 25 years later, he still has the prosthetic. "It's in a safe locked away," he said. "It's not something I could leave out — all of a sudden my kids are looking for the spare phone charger and pull that thing out and go, 'What the heck is this?!' It wouldn't be a good look." He's previously joked that he planned to auction off the prosthetic for charity. No doubt it's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. How many people can say that?!

On April 15, 2022, Jennifer Garner took to Instagram to share a video of herself getting a special early 50th birthday present from her friends: a surprise visit from Donny Osmond. "My first (pre)birthday surprise was a doozy — the one and only, legend in his own time, object of my childhood adoration and devotion — @donnyosmond showed up to knock my purple socks off. He took an hour and a half of his day to sit with me, sing my favorites, and to give me a master class on how to be a class act. Thank you, Donny," she captioned the clip, which showed her singing with the former teen idol, who also brought her a custom birthday cake reading "13 going on 50" — a nod to her hit rom-com "13 Going on 30." We just have one question: Where do we sign up to book a special visit from Donny?!

When it comes to phone accessories these days, the world is your oyster. So a phone case shouldn't really cause much of a stir. Unless, of course, the phone case is "Shrek" themed and belongs to Al Pacino. On April 9, 2022, Jason Momoa took to Instagram to share a slideshow of photos from the opening of artist Julian Schnabel's new exhibition in Los Angeles. Amongst the shots was a pic of the "Aquaman" actor at dinner with a group of friends including the artist and the 81-year-old Oscar winner, who'd placed his phone on the table in front of him. The shot soon went viral. "Coming online to find that wee Al, the almighty Mr. Pacino, has a Shrek phone case has maybe just changed my life," one fan dramatically tweeted. Two days after Jason shared the photo of Al's game-changing phone case, the official Twitter account for DreamWorks Animation, the studio behind the "Shrek" franchise, tweeted an image of the ogre holding up a phone case featuring images of the "Godfather" star along with the caption, "Real recognize real."

On April 17, 2022, members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan took to Instagram to show off the massive Easter baskets their kiddos received from matriarch Kris Jenner while celebrating the holiday as a family at her home in Palm Springs, California. The kids walked away with buckets of toys, candy-colored bicycles, massive chocolate eggs featuring their names and personalized gumball machines that towered over them. (Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian showed off some of the goodies here and here.) "This is the most outrageous party," Khloe said while showing off the over-the-top décor on her Instagram Story. No kidding! We just wish the Easter Bunny had been as ridiculously rich when we were kids…

Money can't buy you love, but it sure can buy you the wedding of your dreams! The April 9, 2022, nuptials of Victoria Beckham and David Beckham's eldest child, Brooklyn Beckham, and actress-heiress Nicola Peltz reportedly cost nearly $4 million. Shockingly, that's practically chump change to the bride's family: They're worth $1.6 billion.

Kendall Jenner, who's reportedly worth around $45 million, doesn't know what "frugal" means. The revelation came when the supermodel sat with sisters Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian — plus mom Kris Jenner — for a joint interview with "Access" that debuted online on April 11, 2022. When asked who among them is the most frugal, Kendall looked confused as her older sisters and mother agreed that she's, in fact, the most frugal. She then leaned over to Kourtney and said, "What does that mean? I don't even know what that means." Replied the oldest Kardashian sister, "You care about the cost, like money." Kendall then agreed, "Oh, yeah, I'm cheap!" (Not too cheap to snap up a five-bedroom house in Beverly Hills for $8.5M in 2017 when she was just 22 or to rack up a seven-car collection worth more than $1M, but anyways…) Throughout the exchange, Kylie — who's a billionaire — looked equally confused, prompting viewers to speculate that she'd also never heard the word "frugal" before. One YouTube viewer said it best in the comments section: "Imagine being so rich you don't even know what the term 'frugal' means."

On March 25, 2022, Britney Spears took to Instagram to share a slideshow of photos of herself and her fiancé, Sam Asghari, hanging out with Donatella Versace… at the pop star's home in the Los Angeles area. "Look who came to visit … these two bad b****** are up to no good," she wrote in the caption. It's unclear why exactly the iconic designer paid a visit to Britney's home, though the chart-topper has previously said that Donatella is designing the dress she'll wear when she and Sam tie the knot. (The two women go way back.) Imagine just casually hitting up Donatella Versace to design your wedding dress!

The price of admission to Disneyland continues to rise each year, but no price is too high for members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan! Khloe Kardashian and Kim Kardashian reportedly dropped nearly $3K for a VIP tour of Disneyland to celebrate True Thompson's birthday when Khloe's baby girl turned 4 on April 12, 2022. (The cost of the VIP tour does not include admission to the park.) Videos shared by the reality stars — as well as by other guests, who weren't exactly thrilled — showed that they had many rides to themselves as they moved about the park with their kids … despite lengthy lines, which they cut. "When the Kardashians cut the line, get the ride to themselves and make us common folk wait and watch them… typical," one peeved onlooker captioned a TikTok video showing members of reality TV's first family riding the Mad Tea Party spinning teacup ride by themselves.

On the April 13, 2022, episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Kim Kardashian shared just how far she's willing to go for fashion: "When I go out, I'll wear literally anything," she said. "I don't care how uncomfortable. I don't care if I have to wear a diaper and not go to the bathroom. I don't care what I have to do." Well, we wouldn't expect anything less from the woman who infamously wore a bodysuit crafted from Balenciaga caution tape during Paris Fashion Week earlier this year. Have fun with that, Kim!

Considering how much Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz dropped to tie the knot on April 9, 2022, it's only right that their guests dressed in appropriately over-the-top fashions. Jonathan "Foodgod" Cheban, for example, donned "the most over-the-top diamond bow tie" created by Jacob & Co for the occasion. "I got security, don't try it!" he joked while showing off the pricey piece in a brief clip on Instagram. Page Six later reported that the bow tie features 36 carats of round-cut diamonds set in 18-karat white gold and retails for $175K.

No flowers or chocolates for Kim Kardashian on Valentine's Day! On the April 6, 2022, episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the mother of four revealed that Pete Davidson gifted her the costumes and props from the late 2021 "Aladdin"-themed "Saturday Night Live" sketch during which they shared their first kiss — and which ultimately sparked their romance — for their first Valentine's Day as a couple. "For Valentine's Day, he got me the rug and the whole outfits and the little genie lamp," she said. Considering he found fame on "SNL" and she's the biggest reality star on the planet, it somehow makes sense that he'd give her something television-themed, right?! Only in Hollyweird!

News preceding the 2022 Academy Awards on March 27, Nicole Kidman revealed that Armani Privé created the silvery blue shade of her custom gown — which topped many best dressed lists — specifically for her. According to the real estate broker who handled the sale, the iconic designer "had no intention of buying and flipping the property" — which features an elevator and a spa with a hot tub — but couldn't resist the buyer's $50M offer. Who could?!
