Sean "Diddy" Combs continues to defend himself as his May 2025 trial draws near.The disgraced rapper, 55, was arrested in September 2024 and pleaded not guilty on charges of alleged s– trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He's also been accused of sexual assault by numerous people.
Now, Combs' team of attorneys penned a seven-page legal letter — obtained by Deadline — to Judge Arun Subramanian, claiming his so-called "freak offs" were not as depraved as prosecutors are making them out to be and that he's innocent from the allegations lodged against him.

"Far from the government's lurid descriptions, the videos show adults having consensual s–, plain and simple," the Tuesday, January 14, dated document alleged of the evidence.
The lawyers allege the "Coming Home" musician did nothing wrong in his interactions with "Victim-1," who accused Combs of alleged assault.
"At bottom, this case is about whether Victim-I was or was not a willing participant in her private s– life with Mr. Combs. The videos confirm that she plainly was," the note read.

"There is no evidence of any violence, coercion, threats, or manipulation whatsoever," the legal team continued to emphasize about the "quite dark and grainy" intimate tapes of the mogul and his accusers.

Combs and his legal advisors point fingers at the government, claiming they want to "police non-conforming s—– activity."
"Any fair-minded viewer of the videos will quickly conclude that the prosecution of Mr. Combs is both sexist and puritanical," the attorneys wrote. "It is sexist because the government's theory perpetuates stereotypes of female victimhood and lack of agency."

"The prosecution reflects a paternalistic view that the government is here to protect women, who cannot be trusted to make their own decisions about s– and are not capable of consenting to s– that the prosecutors view as outside the 'norm,'" they added.

In the latest set of accusations against Combs, an anonymous woman sued him and two of his employees, alleging she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the chart-topper when she was 16 years old in 2000 as she was leaving a babysitting job in New York City."Combs engaged her in conversation, asking where she was going so late at night, and that it was not safe for her to be walking alone," the suit claimed.

The female alleged Combs offered to give her a ride home, but she declined. However, "after much cajoling by Combs, she agreed and got into his car … something [the] plaintiff would come to regret forever."Despite the endless allegations coming at him, Combs and his team have continued to deny any wrongdoing. "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or s– trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor," his attorneys said in a statement. "We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."
