Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost spotted kissing in the rain at a Labor Day party
Does this make it official? Over the weekend, "Saturday Night Live" star Colin Jost reportedly brought his rumored new girlfriend Scarlett Johansson to a Labor Day party packed with members of his family — his TV family, anyway. According to the New York Post, Scarlett and Colin were spotted sharing a kiss in the rain at the Hamptons, New York shindig, which was hosted by the head of Discovery Communications. Other guests included a mix of execs and stars from various networks, including Katie Couric, Joy Behar and Matt Lauer, plus Jon Bon Jovi and Dianna Ross, who performed under a tent for party-goers. Romance rumors first hit Scarlett and Colin in May, after their PDA moment at the afterparty for an episode of "SNL" Scarlett appeared on.

Why Prince George's school plans are ruffling feathers in London
Prince George begins school this week and some Londoners are not happy about it — at least not the distance he'll be traveling to get to Thomas's Battersea, The route is technically just three and a half miles from George's home, but in a post for the Daily Mail this week, a columnist griped that the traffic his entourage will likely add to London't already-clogged streets will make the trip irritating for the young prince — and for everyone on the road. "Unless the cops clear the roads twice daily and whoosh our wee laddie in a blue-flashing-light convoy of cars and outriders, he will spend well over an hour in traffic every day," she explains. "Should other 'road-users' really be delayed on their own business by a special Prince William Lane, all to get a 4-year-old, albeit a very special one, to 'circle time?'" Both Prince William and Prince Harry attended Whetherby, which is much closer to Kensington Palace. With Duchess Kate and William expecting their third child, however, London motorists might want to get used to a little extra royal traffic between the palace and the school, since the family could end up enrolling George's sister Princess Charlotte as well as their new addition in the next several years.

Angelina Jolie is ready to act again after taking a year off
With her new film "First They Killed My Father" screening at film festivals like Telluride and Toronto, Angelina Jolie is back in movie promotion mode after taking time off to deal with her divorce from Brad Pitt. Since the film deals with the experiences of a young girl in Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge era, the actress, director and refugee advocate is speaking out about what's happening as a result of international conflict today, as well. In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Angelina explains how hard it is and how long it takes to come to America as a refugee. "It is less than one percent [of applicants who get in]; so to get approved, to get even that close, is so much more complex than oftentimes politicians like to make it sound. And people who are refugees are fleeing war and persecution; they're not coming because they just want to be in another country; they want to be home, in fact; they don't want to have to leave their home," she says. "We have 65 million people displaced — and I'm not somebody who believes the answer is to cross a border. But until we get ourselves together and we can work internationally to end conflict, to use diplomacy to change the world we live in – and climate is now affecting that – the reality of people needing safety in other countries is something we need to understand." Angelina also said she's ready to act again. "Right now, I don't have anything to direct that I feel passionate about like this, so I'll do some acting. I've taken over a year off now, because of my family situation, to take care of my kids …," she said. "I've been needed at home. I hope [to work again] in the months to come."
How a 'Rocky' line helped Maria Menounos during her brain surgery and mother's cancer struggle
"It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you get hit and keep moving forward." That line, uttered by Sylvester Stallone's Rocky Balboa, has served as a grounding tool for Maria Menounos in the wake of her mother's battle with cancer and her brain tumor diagnosis. Maria chatted with TMZ in New York City this week, where she was out enjoying the day with her partner Kevin Undergaro. Asked what's helped her stay strong in recent months, she said "Sylvester Stallone's words and my boo," then recited the Rocky's pep talk. Maria also said her mom is "stable and doing very well right now."
Hollywood reacts to Donald Trump's DACA tweet on social media
Like many others across the nation, celebs spoke out on social media after Donald Trump tweeted a reference to getting rid of DACA, the Barack Obama-era legislation that protects "dreamers," or undocumented immigrants who came to the U.S. when they were children. "Imagine if the president could understand that the recipients of DACA ARE the Americans he's been tasked with protecting #saveDACA," Lena Dunham tweeted. Other responses excerpted by USA Today included a post by Gina Rodriguez, who tweeted, "More I stand with Dreamers. #defendDaca," and Susan Sarandon, who shared a Women's March link about the fight to keep the program going. "I stand with #Dreamers who make our country stronger," Susan posted. "Check out the thread below to see how you can defend DACA now." The president has said he wants to end DACA in six months.

Taylor Swift is trying to trademark phrases from 'Reputation'
Taylor Swift's pot-stirring new single "Look What You Made Me Do" is getting mixed reactions from both critics and folks allying themselves with Taylor's nemeses, but the singer clearly still stands by the notion that she was treated unfairly by the likes of Kanye West, Kim Kardashian West and Katy Perry. According to TMZ, Taylor has filed requests to trademark what the website describes as "bullying" phrases from the song and from her new album, "Reputation." A line from the single, "The old Taylor can't come from the phone right now," as well as the track's title are both up for trademarks. If they're approved, TMZ reports the phrases will appear on merchandise including shirts, notebooks, guitar picks, jewelry and bags.
