Five days later, the actress further fueled rumors they quietly tied the knot when she took to her Instagram Story to share a photo of herself and her beau wearing what appeared to be wedding bands. The duo just confirmed rumors they'd gotten engaged in early April — weeks after they raised questions about their relationship status when the "Blue Crush" alum started wearing her massive engagement ring in public.

On May 15, sources close to Tom Brady and Kim Kardashian shut down unfounded rumors that they're romantically involved. "[They] have been in touch because Kim is looking to buy property [in the Bahamas] where Tom has a vacation home," said an "Entertainment Tonight" source, adding that the football legend and the reality star are "just friends." A Kim source told "ET" that she and Tom "have friends and business partners in common" but are "not dating." Tom's reps, meanwhile, also denied that he and Kim are anything more than friends. Echoed an Us Weekly source, "They've been in touch but they're strictly friends. … [Kim] isn't looking at dating Tom — or anybody else at the moment." The mother of four hasn't publicly dated anyone since she and Pete Davidson went their separate ways in the summer of 2022 — two months before Tom and Gisele Bundchen quietly finalized their divorce following more than a decade of marriage.

It's official! On May 14 — months after Deux Moi reported that Charlize Theron was quietly dating Alex Dimitrijevic — the Oscar winner and the male model were snapped holding hands while out for lunch in Los Angeles. Us Weekly later reported that, according to a source, they've been seeing each other "for a few months now" after meeting at an event, and while the relationship is "still in the early stages," they "really like each other." The insider added that Charlize likes that Alex is "a very laidback guy."

During an interview with Page Six that debuted online on May 13, "Northern Exposure" star Janine Turner called former fiancé Alec Baldwin her "first love." She also opened up about their broken engagement: "We were engaged and then it wasn't moving in the right direction, so we decided to part," she said, adding that they're "still friends." They met at an audition when she was 20 (he was just a few years older) after he "stared at me across the crowded room," she noted. Janine previously revealed that she and Alec were well into the process of planning their wedding when they "mutually called it off" because they "both just knew that it was wrong." The Emmy nominee called the breakup "devastating."

On May 15, TMZ reported that Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have hit a major rough patch in their marriage. According to the webloid's sources, the pop star has even gotten physical with her husband on "more than one" occasion during some of their "frequent" screaming matches. (Her security has allegedly stepped in at times.) TMZ also alleged that the actor "doesn't stay at their home much anymore."
The following day, DailyMail.com shared a slightly different take, attributing the rough patch to Sam's burgeoning acting career: "Sam has been out of town a lot because he has been on location filming outside of L.A. and it does cause issues because Britney does not like being alone. She also thinks that Sam has been putting his movie career first. She is supportive of his career but a part of her feels like she is the reason that his career took off in the first place," a source said.
The insider went on to say that although there are "major issues" between Britney and Sam, they're working on their marriage. The source also insisted that "Britney has never gotten physically violent with Sam" because "she is not a violent person." Said the source, "They are not headed for a divorce and their marriage is not in deep trouble. They are doing marriage counseling together and find this to be invaluable to working out anything. Sam knows what she went through more than anyone and isn't going to jump ship. He knows how lucky he is and how good he has it."
The long-term couple has presented a united front in the wake of hubbub surrounding their relationship: On May 17, the former chart-topper took to Instagram to share a video of herself making out with her hubby at their home in the Los Angeles area. "I feel so blessed to be with such an incredible husband who inspires me everyday," she wrote in the caption.

On May 17, Page Six reported that scandalized "Vanderpump Rules" duo Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss officially called it quits just two months after their affair sent shockwaves through the Bravoverse. "Raquel dipped out. Sandoval is not the one for her," a source said. It's Tom's second big breakup this year: In early March, Ariana Madix gave him the boot following a decade of coupledom after she caught him cheating with her then-bestie.

A few days later, TMZ reported that the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum filed legal documents asking the court to order the former professional football player to undergo a drug test. It's yet another indication that they're gearing up for a nasty battle for custody of their four minor children. The duo filed for divorce following more than a decade of marriage in early May.

Kim Kardashian sparked a fresh round of rumors about Khloe Kardashian's relationship with Tristan Thompson by supporting the controversial Los Angeles Lakers player at several of his recent basketball games. The public show of support prompted speculation that Kim is "soft-launching" Khloe's official reconciliation with her off-and-on love of several years on her behalf.
On May 17, Khloe took to Instagram to shut down the rumors, commenting on a fan post about the nature of her relationship with Tristan, with whom she shares two children, "Stop pushing this narrative. It's tiring. … Some things are just as simple as they seem. A family member supporting another family member ESPECIALLY during a difficult time in life," she wrote, referencing the sudden death of Tristan's mother in January 2023. She went on to compare Kim's relationship with Tristan to her own relationship with Kourtney Kardashian's former long-term partner Scott Disick: "I support Scott and will forever support him. He's my brother. It's just not on an NBA stage," Khloe wrote.
Us Weekly later reported that, according to a source, the mother of two appreciates that Kim "stands by a man who will always be family to her and their children," but that doesn't "mean Khloe has any plans on reconciling with him." Explained the source, "Khloe has no idea what it would take to ever get back together with Tristan, but she really can't imagine that ever happening. She's grateful they have a strong and healthy co-parenting relationship and that's all she could ever hope for. As long as Tristan continues being there for his kids, she'll continue to encourage her loved ones to show their support for him. … Khloe has shown that she's been there to support her exes in the past, and she'll continue to support Tristan as the father of her kids."
For months now, there have been conflicting reports about where Khloe stands with Tristan. They seemingly called it quits for good in the wake of a late 2021 cheating scandal.

On May 17, Billie Eilish's rep released a statement confirming recent speculation that the singer and The Neighbourhood frontman Jesse Rutherford called it quits after less than a year of coupledom: "We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friends. On May 13, TMZ broke the news that Jonathan Major is in the midst of a "fairly new" romance with Meagan Good. They reportedly connected "several weeks" earlier — well into his legal battle with an ex who alleged in March that he assaulted and harassed her. The Marvel actor — who's vehemently denied the allegations against him — and the "Shazam! Fury of the Gods" actress have reportedly "gotten close" in spite of the scandal. According to a People magazine source, Meagan and Jonathan "maintained a friendship for some time," and she showed "considerable support towards him" amid the fallout from the drama. "It seems their relationship has developed further from that point," the source said.

Yikes… On May 11, Jimmie Allen's former day-to-day manager filed a civil lawsuit against him for allegedly sexually assaulting her multiple times between 2020 and 2022 — the years he was married to Alexis Gale. (The country music singer and his former missus, who's pregnant with their third child together, both filed for divorce on April 28 — a week after he released a statement announcing their plans to go their separate ways.)
As the allegations against him made headlines, Jimmie released a statement insisting that his relationship with his former manager — whom he referred to as "one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants" — was consensual: "I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time, she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely," he wrote in part. He went on to imply that his accuser made the allegations against him "only after things ended between us" in a bid to score a payday from him.
On May 18, he returned to Instagram to release a statement apologizing to Alexis: "I want to publicly apologize to my wife Alexis for humiliating her with my affair. I'm embarrassed that my choices have brought shame on her. That's something that she did not deserve at all," he wrote in part.

Brown, tied the knot at the Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa Valley, California, on May 13. "I've never been more sure about something. He has the biggest heart and he's such a good friend to all of the people in his life. He goes out of his way to take care of his friends and his family. That speaks volumes. It was one of the first things that I noticed about him," the reality star gushed of his new husband, who noted that they "both just had a gut feeling" that they were meant to be after they met in April 2021 — the same month Colton came out as gay. Amid whispers online that infidelity may have played a role in the breakup, an "Entertainment Tonight" source revealed that the performers, who share two daughters "were having trust issues during their relationship that ultimately led to their divorce." Added the insider, "They were attempting to work things out, but things became increasingly difficult for them, and they decided to split." "It was the right person but terrible timing," she said, adding that dating the musician was "such a great experience" and that they had "so much fun" together, though it was "a tough situation for everyone involved." Said the "Chrisley Knows Best" alum, according to Page Six, "It was really hard because there were ways that we connected, so great. But then also, it's so hard for anyone to understand the level of trauma that's going on in my life right now."
Savannah's parents, Julie Chrisley and Todd Chrisley, are serving time behind bars for tax evasion and fraud, and Savannah now has custody of her younger brother, Grayson, and her niece Chloe, whom Todd and Julie were raising as their own. Nate, meanwhile, is gearing up for a stadium tour and "needs someone who's going to be able to go to those things and enjoy them with him," Savannah said. "There's no way for me to do it without feeling guilty for leaving the kids. So I have to figure out what a healthy balance is going to be of being able to have a personal life while having the kids and everything else involved."
