Clad in a red velvet gown by Fiona Clare and the late Queen Elizabeth II's Burmese Ruby Tiara, Queen Camilla arrived at a state banquet for South Korea's President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife Kim Keon Hee at Buckingham Palace in London in November 2023.
Queen Elizabeth II commissioned the Burmese Ruby Tiara in 1973. It was created by the House of Garrard and features rubies gifted from a Burmese prince to the late queen in honor of her 1947 marriage to Prince Philip.
According to The Court Jeweller, "The gift included precisely 96 rubies, all of which are now set in the tiara. The Burmese people believe that rubies help protect the wearer from the 96 diseases that can afflict the human body, and they definitely wanted to ensure that Elizabeth remained hale and hearty. The rubies and diamonds in the tiara were set in a series of rose motifs, and if you know your English history, you'll recognize a heraldic rose that combines white and red petals as the Tudor rose."

Queen Camilla joined King Charles III at Westminster Palace for the State Opening of Parliament in London in November 2023 — the first state opening of Parliament of Charles's reign.
Camilla marked the milestone by wearing the George IV State Diadem for the very first time. She also re-wore her Bruce Oldfield-designed coronation gown, perhaps as a nod to the king's long-held interest in protecting the environment.
Also known as the Diamond Diadem, the headpiece has been in the British royal family since 1820. Queen Elizabeth II wore the sparkler for the first time in 1952, donning it for the first State Opening of Parliament of her reign. She wore it again to her coronation in 1953.

Among its 1,333 diamonds is "a four-carat pale yellow brilliant in the centre of the front cross," per the trust.

Queen Camilla attended a dinner at Mansion House in London to recognize the work of the City of London civic institutions and Livery Companies, the city's ancient and modern trade guilds, in October 2023.
It was the first time she wore the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara.
Originally created as a wedding gift for the future Queen Mary in honor of her marriage to the future King George V in 1893, the tiara was purchased from Garrard & Co. by a "committee of young women, led by Lady Eva Greville, who raised money for its creation via subscription," according to The Court Jeweller, which notes the committee's moniker became the tiara's namesake.
"The tiara, which features festoon and fleur-de-lis designs, was made of diamonds set in silver and gold, and the original 1893 version was topped by fourteen pearls," according to the outlet.

The pieces, along with matching earrings, were given to Queen Elizabeth II in 1947 as wedding gifts from her father, King George VI. Along with a coordinating bracelet that was added in the 1960s, the collection is known as the King George VI Victorian Suite.

The Delhi Durbar Tiara appeared in the "Diamonds: A Jubilee Celebration" exhibition in London in June 2012.
Queen Mary had the tiara created in 1911 for a celebration marking the coronation of King George V and Queen Mary as Emperor and Empress of India. In 1946, she gave it to Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, who then left it to her daughter, Queen Elizabeth II. Elizabeth loaned it to Queen Camilla, then Duchess Camilla, in 2005 along with the Greville Tiara and the Teck Crescent Tiara.
According to The Crown Jeweller, "[Mary] had one of her other sparklers, the Boucheron Loop Tiara, dismantled so that the diamonds could be used by Garrard in 1911 to create this piece. Originally, the tiara was also topped by several pear-shaped gems from the Cambridge emerald cache."
As of 2023, Camilla had yet to don the Teck Crescent Tiara in public, the outlet noted.
