Changes are coming to the Invictus Games!
Winter adaptive sports are being added to the lineup for the 2025 Invictus Games, which will take place in Canada in 2025. Founder Prince Harry also previously revealed that the 2015 Games in Canada will be held in partnership with the First Nations, "in the spirit of truth and reconciliation with indigenous communities."
The British royal, who's now based in California with his family, brought wife Meghan Markle along to meet organizers and veterans in the snowy mountains of Whistler, Canada, in February for the event's "One Year To Go Winter Training Camp." The Invictus Games continue to be a platform for wounded, sick or injured veterans from across the world to showcase their rehabilitation — both mental and physical — through sports.
