May marked a major month for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Their son, Prince Archie, turned 5.
Harry's beloved Invictus Games — the competitive sporting event for wounded, ill and injured soldiers and veterans he founded — celebrated its 10th anniversary, which the royal marked with a service of Thanksgiving in London.
And the pair — who will mark their sixth wedding anniversary later in the month — embarked on their first international tour since stepping down as senior royals and moving from Britain to America in 2020.
Harry Duchess Meghan kicked off a visit to Nigeria on May 10, 2024. They were invited to visit the African nation by Nigeria's Chief of Defense Staff — the country's highest ranking military official. Nigeria means a lot to Meghan, who in 2022 shared on her "Archetypes" podcast that a genealogy test had revealed she's 43% Nigerian.
