Wonderwall.com rounded up several recent examples of how stars are nothing like us, starting with Kylie Jenner's envy-inducing travel habits: The reality star's clothes and makeup get their own hotel room when she travels, she revealed in a late November 2018 vlog on her YouTube channel. "So, me and Travis have our own room, and then I always get a separate room … for all my wardrobe and makeup — and also for Stormi so she can play around and have more space when we're in hotel rooms since she always travels with us," the new mom said of life on the road with her boyfriend, Travis Scott, and their daughter. Kylie also revealed that the rapper has a playroom set up for their baby girl at the venue on every stop of his Astroworld tour. Now keep reading for more proof that stars are nothing like us…

In other pampered celebritot news: On Dec. 1, 2018, just a few days before they called it quits, Offset dished on Cardi B's hectic travel schedule — and her expensive habit of chartering private jets to be with their daughter, Kulture — while chatting with Us Weekly. "She's flying private jets for baby girl to be with her," said the Migos rapper. "She's paying a lot of money, but it's all love for Kulture. And that's who she do everything for first and I respect it." Continued Offset, "I'll fly to her or she'll fly to me. Because we need the time." Well, if there's a silver lining to the breakup, it's that Cardi's bank account will be a little less strained with Offset out of the picture…

According to fashion search platform Lyst.com, Duchess Meghan's style is so influential, any brand she wears "will see a 200 percent increase in search demand over the following week." The website has dubbed this trend The Meghan Effect: "The Meghan Effect continues to grow worldwide," writes Lyst. "Her wedding day outfits caused huge spikes in search for both Givenchy and Stella McCartney, while her daytime looks have also inspired millions of shoppers to try a 'boat neck' or 'tuxedo dress.'"

How far would you go to protect your child from the common cold? Very, very far if you're Kim Kardashian West, who sent her baby daughter, Chicago, to Cleveland — where aunt Khloe Kardashian is living with boyfriend Tristan Thompson and their daughter, True — when the rest of the family got sick. "Yesterday was a hard day because we have the flu going around. So once the flu happens and I felt it in the house and my baby didn't have it … I sent her to Cleveland with Khloe. So I said… 'Khloe, please take her for like four days, because she'll get sick [at home] with everyone," the mother of three said during a Dec. 6, 2018, appearance on "Extra." She also dished on the double-decker 747 that she and husband Kanye West chartered for a quick trip to Japan in late November: "It was the nicest plane I've ever been on," she said, adding that they made the trip because her husband is "really into architecture" and "wanted to see this museum" on an island off of Japan. "He wanted to take his whole design crew and stuff to have his whole team get inspiration," she said.

And finally, Kim Kardashian West addressed her hubby's headline-making behavior during the opening night of the new Broadway musical "The Cher Show." (A member of the cast took to Twitter on Dec. 3, 2018, to blast Ye for looking at his phone during the performance, and in a rare act of humility, Kanye actually tweeted back, "Please pardon my lack of etiquette. We have so much appreciation for the energy you guys put into making this master piece.") "He was taking notes and writing things," Kim told "Extra." Why are we not surprised Kanye West has no manners when it comes to the theater?

In other news, Kanye West made headlines in late November 2018 when he parked his $135K Tesla in a handicap parking spot at a YMCA in Monrovia, California, for two hours while watching a friend's son play basketball with daughter North West. "I don't know why he parked there because there is a lot of parking, but that space is right in front of the facility," a witness told Radar Online. "There are four handicapped spaces and there are a lot of elderly people so they get really full all the time. … There is a lot of regular parking at the back of the facility, at least 30 spaces. There were some free when he was parked. If he's not handicapped, why would he park there?" The better question when it comes to Kanye is: "Why wouldn't he?"

But not all of Kim Kardashian West's recent big spending has been worthy of an eye roll. Page Six reported on Nov. 29, 2018, that she and husband Kanye West donated $25K to a GoFundMe page dedicated to raising funds to support her personal photographer, Marcus Hyde, as he recovers from a late October car accident that left him in critical condition. (The original goal was to raise just $10,000.)

Prince George and Princess Charlotte each get their very own Christmas tree all to themselves when they visit their grandparents at the Middletons' West Berkshire home, Bucklebury Manor. As part of an interview that hit the Internet on Nov. 30, 2018, Duchess Kate's mom, Carole Middleton, told The Telegraph that her grandkids each have their own room when they stay with her, and because she's so passionate about Christmas trees, they each get their own "so that they can decorate it themselves." She reportedly joked, "That makes me sound as though I live in a mansion, doesn't it?" (The Middletons bought their seven-bedroom home in the English countryside in 2012 for nearly $6 million, sooo…)

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra reportedly spent more than $800K on a full week of wedding activities, E! News reported on Dec. 2, 2018. Among the biggest expenses was the venue — the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India — which costs an estimated $92K a night. (The bride and groom reportedly booked the entire hotel to host their friends and family from Nov. 29 to Dec. 3.) It's estimated they spent $120 per person on food for 200 guests ($24K total), $63K for three days of sound and lighting to ensure the venue was at its very best in photos and videos, $42K for three days of photography and videography, $282K on décor, $14K on the bride's traditional Hindu wedding sari and between $1,300 and $21K per person on plane tickets. It's no surprise considering the couple hosted the prime minister of India at one of their wedding receptions. Other over-the-top highlights include Priyanka's 75-foot tulle veil, which required the assistance of five attendants.

On Nov. 26, 2018, Macaulay Culkin took to his website, BunnyEars, to ask his fans to help him legally change his middle name (which is currently Carson) by voting for their favorite of five new options: Macaulay Culkin (which would make his name Macaulay Macauly Culkin Culkin), Shark Week, Kieran (the first name of his younger brother, actor Kieran Culkin), TheMcRibIsBack or Publicity Stunt. On Nov. 28, the former child star doubled down on his promise to legally change his middle name during an appearance on "The Tonight Show" — "I will legally change it," he vowed, adding that voting is open until Christmas Eve. As of mid-December, "Macaulay Culkin" is the clear frontrunner by about 30,000 votes.

In late 2017, Mel B removed a ribcage tattoo dedicated to her ex-husband, Stephen Belafonte. (The tat read, "Stephen, till death do us part you own my heart.") Instead of having the body art covered up or lasered away, the Spice Girl had the skin featuring his name surgically removed. She then placed the removed skin in a jar and stored it above her wardrobe, she revealed during a November 2018 appearance on the British talk show "Loose Women." Said the singer, "I've saved it in a jar, which sounds a bit strange, I know. … It's at the top of my wardrobe. Nobody can see it, but I know it's there and it's off my body." During an interview with W magazine that hit the Internet on Dec. 3, 2018, Gigi Hadid revealed her irrational fear of … open toilet lids? "I'm cool with spiders and heights and clowns. But I don't like getting out of the shower and for the toilet seat to be open," she said. "I'm like, I have water on me, and the toilet has water in it, and I just won't shower with the toilet open. On Dec. 6, 2018, Tyler Perry dropped more than $400K to cover the cost of every outstanding layaway item at two Walmart stores in the Atlanta area. According to TMZ, customers could pick up their items for just a penny. After news of his good deed got out, the filmmaker released a video on Twitter explaining why he decided to help out so many strangers: "I know it's hard times and a lot of people are struggling and I'm just really, really grateful to be able to be in a position to do this, so God bless you. Go get your stuff. Merry Christmas!" he said.

Here we go again. Multiple media outlets reported in early December 2018 that Gwyneth Paltrow's goop is now selling a "dirty weekend sex kit" for a whopping $4K. The kit reportedly includes an $82 body oil, a $673 feather-adorned cocktail ring that "works as a playful tickler in the bedroom," a $12 10-pack of 100 percent natural latex condoms, a $16 lubricant and the pièce de résistance: a $3,490 24-karat gold sex toy.

Tekashi69 is currently facing life in prison, but that didn't stop him from dropping the big bucks — $35K, to be exact — on a 22nd birthday present for girlfriend Jade. According to TMZ, the rapper splashed out on a 41mm Rolex DateJust customized with 24 carats worth of VS diamonds. After celeb jeweler JimmyBoi hand-delivered the blingy timepiece to Jade on Tekashi's behalf, the birthday girl posted a photo of herself and her gift along with the caption, "BeSt birthday EVER!! Thank you baby … He got me this before he went in … shout out @jimmyxboi for the drip."

Rob Kardashian claimed in recent court documents that he "can no longer afford" to pay ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna $20K a month in child support for their daughter, Dream, because he only makes $10K a month. But Radar Online reported on Dec. 6, 2018, that the former reality star spent $162K on clothes in 2017. "According to an affidavit viewed exclusively by Radar, Rob not only paid thousands [for] his wardrobe but also spent more than $37,000 on 'entertainment meals,' about $10,000 on security and a whopping $121,040.41 for 'personal expenses' in 2017," writes the webloid.
