While we were super-excited to see who won the trophies at the 2018 Billboard Latin Music Awards on April 26, we were equally thrilled to rate the fashion. First up: J.Lo! Jennifer Lopez looked incredible in a silver David Koma minidress featuring a lavender collar and panels as well as side cut-outs when she hit the red carpet at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Jennifer Lopez chose not to distract from her human disco-ball look by carrying a simple clutch and wearing plain silver platform heels. But who was looking at those when she had handsome boyfriend Alex Rodriguez on her arm!

Cardi B skipped the red carpet but took to the stage — and looked incredible doing it in a ruched pink gown with sequined sleeves that showed off her baby bump to perfection — at the Billboard Latin Music Awards to perform her and Ozuna's song "La Modelo."

A three-piece suit sans tie? Shoes sans socks? We don't know why Ricky Martin was trying to break so many fashion rules, but we're not impressed with this style rebel. But a worse offense than his full ensemble? That mustache! Get a better view next…

Jessica Flores, are you headed to the Billboard Latin Music Awards or Coachella? The star rocked a gray cropped tank top and a shimmering iridescent miniskirt on the red carpet and looked more festival- than award show-ready. The super-casual lace-up heels didn't help her case, so we're labeling this look a major miss!

We adore a good printed suit — and Nacho dressed to impress at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. We loved the star's interesting navy printed version, which was fashionable without being too flashy. The touch of gold underneath and the skinny black tie cemented this look as one of our favorites of the night!

The printed suit gone wrong! Bad Bunny exemplified how quickly this trend can go south when he showed up rocking this awful shimmering purple print. We don't know what's worse — the gaudy detailing on the lapels or what he chose to accessorize with! Let's take a closer look…

Bad Bunny opted for matching lilac sunglasses, pinky rings and a diamond rosary-inspired necklace to finish off his cringeworthy Billboard Latin Music Awards look.

From far away, Sofia Reyes' dress was barely there! The slinky white and nude gown had the illusion of being strapless when in reality, it featured a halter neckline that went all the way up her neck. Super-unique! There were other illusions of nude touches on the gown — but none as crazy as along the back! See that angle of the dress next!

Sofia Reyes' lacy confection featured plenty of sheer paneling — so much so that it looked like the dress was showing off a whole lot from behind! The delicate, wispy train kept things obscured and gave the pretty dress a more whimsical vibe.

DJ Steve Aoki served up a fashion miss in this odd ensemble at the Billboard Latin Music Awards, opting to wear a cream jacket over a white tee, which he tucked into a pair of cropped green army pants (complete with patches). But that's not even the most confusing part. Nope, that's reserved for those printed black-and-white socks pulled up and paired with stark white kicks.

Zuleyka Rivera's dress looked seconds away from a wardrobe malfunction — as the bottom half of the dress was literally laced on by a thread. While we liked the embellished long sleeve on one side, we hated the way you could see the end of the lace detailing and the awkward way it tied up at the end. This one's a miss from us!

We're really into Quavo's Billboard Latin Music Awards look! The Migos member went for a Southwestern vibe with his embellished button-down complete with metal tips at the collar for extra cowboy flare, pairing the shirt with embellished gray skinny jeans. We're also really obsessed with those glasses and how they match his chains perfectly. A+, Quavo!

Pretty in powder blue! We loved Chayanne's Billboard Latin Music Awards getup — a pale blue suit with a crisp white shirt underneath. He finished off the look with shiny loafers (sans socks!) for a super-sharp look.

The Billboard Latin Music Awards took place under the hot Las Vegas sun, so at least Alexandra Olavarria had the right idea with her bizarre getup. The star rocked this studded blue bodysuit with a printed, embellished overlay — complete with fringe — on the red carpet, and it was a puzzling fashion miss. Next up, her equally out-there accessories!

Alexandra Olavarria opted for dangling earrings, which were really the only award show-ready part of her outfit. She layered some casual necklaces and colorful bracelets, which all fit with her Southwestern vibe, but those nude stilettos really didn't flow with this look.

Andy Garcia kept things classic in this black suit. We appreciated the simple, sleek look and loved the polka-dot tie and pocket square that added a little personality.

Well, this getup is… interesting! Paty Cantu rocked a shimmering embellished jumpsuit, which on its own would have been a really cool look. But she lost us with the tulle belt and skirt attachment, which only flowed around the back and left us very confused.

Where do we even begin? DJ Kane showed up at the Billboard Latin Music Awards in an outfit fit for a fashion police citation. The fedora, the denim vest, the baggy pants, the high tops… they all combined to make this a miss in our book.

We love a good pantsuit! Ana Maria Polo rocked this chic silver version on the red carpet, sans shirt, and added some accessories to make the look even more glam.

Business in the back, party in the front? Karol G rocked this unfortunate black frock at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. The unflattering gown featured shorts underneath and was accessorized with long gloves, which certainly didn't help matters. Next!

Enrique Santos certainly stood out on the Billboard Latin Music Awards red carpet — and we didn't hate this flashy look! We loved the black-and-white animal-print suit jacket and otherwise all-black ensemble so much that we'll even forget the lack of socks with those shoes! Well done, Enrique!

Sibley Scoles' Billboard Latin Music Awards look — a strappy metallic confection — was one of the misses. The gown, which featured cut-outs and slits, didn't pair well with all those even more metallic accessories: Sibley added a super-shiny silver clutch and silver heels — amounting to shimmering overkill.

Aylín Mujica got the sheer memo! In a sea of shimmering, nude dresses, we loved Aylin's take on the trend. The long-sleeved own featured silver netting and jeweled detailing and her accessories were just as stunning! Check those out next!

Maluma is another man who rocked shoes without socks on the red carpet, but we'll forgive him for pulling off otherwise debonair duds. The star sported this maroon suit, complete with a white dress shirt and black bow tie, making for a perfect award show ensemble.
