Police arrested or sentenced quite a few celebrities in 2018, including this once revered comedian. Though a jury ended up deadlocked in Bill Cosby's sexual assault case in 2017, he was found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in an April 2018 retrial. The "The Cosby Show" star began a three-to-10-year prison sentence at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania on Sept. 25. Over the past few years, dozens of women have come forward to accuse the comedian of using quaaludes to drug them and take advantage of them sexually. Vince Vaughn got busted for DUI when he didn't comply with cops' orders at a checkpoint in Manhattan Beach, California, on June 10. According to TMZ, the "Wedding Crashers" actor was initially uncooperative when he was asked to step out of his vehicle around 12:30 a.m., after which he was booked for drunk driving and obstructing an officer. His buddy, who was a passenger in the car, got nailed with public intoxication. Vince, a first-time offender, pleaded not guilty to all of the misdemeanor charges and is awaiting his next court date in December.

Surprisingly, it wasn't Cardi B's public fight with Nicki Minaj at the Harper's Bazaar Icons party in September that landed her behind bars in 2018 — though it did leave her with a nasty welt on her eye. The rapper was actually booked about a month later for an unrelated incident that went down at a strip club back in August just weeks after she gave birth to daughter Kulture. The "Bodak Yellow" singer was allegedly involved in a physical attack on two female bartenders who worked at Angels Gentlemen's Club, one of whom she reportedly believed had slept with her baby's father, Migos rapper Offset. On Oct. 1, Cardi turned herself in at a Flushing, New York, precinct where she was formally arrested on charges of assault and reckless endangerment pertaining to the brawl.

Before Cardi B's trip to the police station this year, fiancé Offset also had a run-in with the law. On July 20, the "Bad and Boujee" rapper got pulled over driving in Atlanta for having dark tinted windows on his car. During the traffic stop, cops uncovered a weapon in his vehicle. Since Offset was already a convicted felon on probation, he was promptly arrested on charges of illegally possessing a weapon.

On Feb. 25, "Melrose Place" alum Heather Locklear was arrested on domestic violence charges after an altercation with boyfriend Chris Heisser — then landed in more hot water when she got combative with cops. The "Dynasty" star was charged with four counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer but was let off the hook for allegedly assaulting Chris, who was arrested for DUI hours after the incident. On June 24, Heather again ended up in cuffs for battery when a family member found her "heavily intoxicated" and called the police. She was held at California's Ventura County jail on $20,000 bail after allegedly assaulting an officer and EMT on the scene. Following her second booking (mug shot pictured), she sought professional help for substance abuse and mental health issues at a long-term inpatient facility. Sadly, Heather was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold in November as she continues to fight to get well.

Bad news for Alec Baldwin! The actor was arrested in New York City on Nov. 2 after allegedly getting into an altercation with another driver over a parking spot. According to Page Six, a family member was holding a parking spot for the actor when another driver parked in the spot anyway. When the man was putting money in the meter, Alec allegedly approached him, the two argued, and things escalated. Alec was arrested for assault and harassment but was released hours later. He was arraigned on a misdemeanor attempted assault charge and a charge of harassment, a violation, on Nov. 26. Alec took to Twitter to give his version of events, writing, "Normally, I would not comment on something as egregiously misstated as today's story. However, the assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false. I wanted to go on the record stating as such." His lawyer, Alan Abramson, reiterated his statements, saying in court that "incontrovertible video evidence" proves Alec's innocence "beyond all doubt."

Farrah Abraham took a ride to the police station after she decided to cause a scene at the famed Beverly Hills Hotel this summer. On June 13, the former "Teen Mom" star was arrested for misdemeanor battery and trespassing after allegedly getting physical with a security guard who asked her to leave the property because she was arguing with other guests. The employee claimed that Farrah hit him in the face with her forearm and pulled his ear as she tried to get back into the hotel. Arresting officers reported that she showed signs of intoxication when they brought her in. Farrah, who was released from the Beverly Hills Police Department the following day on $500 bail, blamed the incident on fame. "I really think this is blown way out of proportion," she told TMZ. "It's a very simple situation. I was just targeted. Things are made up. I can handle it. It is fine. I don't know who called the cops, why people called the cops. It wasn't necessary." The District Attorney's Office clearly didn't agree with the reality star and ended up filing formal charges.

Don't forget your ID and house keys, folks! Music star T.I. got into a major scuffle trying to get into his own gated community in Atlanta. On May 16, the "Whatever You Like" rapper was arrested on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after getting into an altercation with a security guard who was reluctant to help him get inside without seeing some identification. T.I. was booked at the Henry County Jail in McDonough, Georgia, and released without bail. He chocked the incident up to racism, telling The Blast that he was singled out as an affluent African American by "white cops in a very white area." In October, prosecutors opted to drop the assault charges against him but let his misdemeanors stand.

A jail cell is far from paradise, but that's where "Bachelor in Paradise" star Amanda Stanton ended up when she was arrested for domestic violence on Sept. 10. Amanda was booked by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department after allegedly hitting her boyfriend, Bobby Jacobs, during a spat in their hotel room. The situation escalated when security came to the couple's door on a noise complaint and Amanda pushed Bobby in front of them. She later claimed that it was a playful shove, but according to the police report, Bobby said she was upset with him for not answering her phone calls the night before and went so far as to throw the hotel telephone at him before security arrived. Interestingly enough, they're still together. Amanda pleaded not guilty to the charges in court. A rep for the reality star said, "Amanda is embarrassed and ashamed this happened and sincerely apologizes to hotel security and the Las Vegas Police Department."

Thomas Ravenel got the axe from Bravo's "Southern Charm" after his arrest for assault and battery in the second degree on Sept. 25. While he denies the allegations, a former nanny he employed claims that he sexually assaulted her while his daughter was asleep in the next room. Thomas was released by the Charleston County, South Carolina, Sheriff's Office and granted a $20,000 personal recognizance bond. In November, a South Carolina judge found probable cause and the case will go to trial. According to People magazine, he was also ordered to surrender his passport and stay away from the alleged victim. The former politician has two young children — Kenzie, 4, and Saint, 3 — with Kathryn Dennis, who remains a cast member on the reality show.

On Nov. 13, former "The Bachelor" contestant Chris Soules struck a deal in a legal case concerning his involvement in a 2017 car accident that left an Iowa farmer dead. According to TMZ, the onetime reality TV star pleaded guilty to one count of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, which is an aggravated misdemeanor. Chris had initially pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. He now faces up to two years in jail when he is sentenced in January 2019.

Gretchen Wilson was arrested after causing a ruckus on a flight to Windsor Locks, Connecticut, on Aug. 21. The country music star was taken in and booked by the Connecticut State Police once she landed at the airport after reportedly getting into a shoving match with another passenger over use of the restroom. According to police who spoke to Gretchen on the tarmac, she became belligerent toward the state troopers and caused a disturbance. It's still unclear what spurred Gretchen's erratic behavior, but she managed to get the charges of misdemeanor breach of peace dropped by donating $500 to an organization for injured crime victims. She later expressed her embarrassment over the incident, but couldn't help making light of it all, saying, "Talk about rough landing. It's not funny. It's not a funny situation at all."

File this one under weird news! Ice-T was arrested in New Jersey in October for failing to pay a toll while driving across a bridge. The "Law and Order: SVU" veteran claimed he simply forgot that his new car — a brand new McLaren that wasn't even registered yet — did not have an E-Z Pass installed. "Cops went a little Extra. Coulda just wrote a ticket. In and out.. Moovin," Ice-T wrote on Twitter.

G-Eazy got into hot water with police while partying at a nightclub in Sweden after one of his shows on May 10. The "Me Myself & I" singer got perturbed over a persistent fan who kept trying to approach him for a photo in the VIP area. One of the music star's friends smashed the fan's phone, which led to an all-out brawl, and the rapper got arrested for clocking a security guard during the fight. He dug himself a deeper hole when cops found cocaine on him during his detainment. Fortunately for G-Eazy, the punishments abroad are not quite as severe as in the States. Though he was convicted, he won't have to serve any jail time and only has to pay about $9,000 in fines as well as restitution to the victim.

On Oct. 6, Katt Williams was arrested for assaulting his driver. The comedian was getting picked up at the Portland International Airport en route to appear on Nick Cannon's improv show "Wild 'N Out." He allegedly assaulted the driver after the driver refused to transport Katt with his dog in tow. According to the police report, Katt fled the scene in another car but was eventually charged with misdemeanor assault in the fourth degree. He also got nailed on an outstanding warrant from Georgia once he was detained.

The details surrounding T.J. Miller's arrest are pretty outlandish! On April 10, the former "Silicon Valley" actor was taken into custody by Port Authority and FBI officers after making a false bomb-threat claim allegedly to spite a woman he was annoyed with on an Amtrak train. It all went down a month earlier on March 18 when a reportedly intoxicated T.J. was riding from Washington, D.C., to New York and got into a verbal spat with a lady in the first-class cabin. He called authorities claiming that she was suspiciously looking through her bag but gave them the wrong train number — so the bomb squad was deployed to the wrong location, causing massive delays and a waste of a reported 926 man hours. T.J. posted a $100,000 bond to be released after his arrest.

Sean Penn and Robin Wright's son, Hopper Penn, has been open about his struggle with drugs, especially crystal meth, in the past. He even got professional help after his dad gave him a stern ultimatum. "I went to rehab because I woke up in a hospital and my dad was like, 'Rehab? Or bus bench?' I was like, 'I'll take the bed,'" he said. But sadly, Hopper's issues with addiction landed him back in jail on April 4. After being pulled over for failing to signal appropriately while driving in Nebraska, police found 14 grams of marijuana, four amphetamine pills and three grams of psychedelic mushrooms in his car. Both Hopper and actress Uma von Wittkamp, who was a passenger in the vehicle, were arrested on drug charges.

John Schneider also got into trouble with the law because of issues with a lover, but in his case, it was his ex-wife, Elly Castle. On June 11, "The Dukes of Hazzard" actor was put behind bars for failing to pay spousal support. He reportedly owed $150K in unpaid alimony and had already missed court-ordered deadlines to pay up. John was sentenced to three days in jail and ordered to complete 240 hours of community service.

Former Disney star Orlando Brown got in trouble with the law in Las Vegas not once but twice in 2018. On June 4, the "That's So Raven" alum got arrested on drug charges after cops found methamphetamine in his car during a traffic stop. In September, he added burglary charges to his rap sheet when he got caught trying to change the locks on his friend's restaurant. Though he pleaded no contest in both cases, he was sentenced to 15 days in jail for first offense and 45 days for the second.

Yet another former Disney star, David Henrie, was busted in 2018. David got into huge trouble at Los Angeles International Airport for carrying a loaded firearm on Sept. 10. But the "Wizards of Waverly Place" actor ended up being released on his own recognizance after police confirmed that he was in legal possession of the pistol and was, in fact, the owner. David later praised the authorities for their professionalism in handling the matter.

What's up with some of the old Disney stars these days?! On Jan. 25, "Zeke and Luther" actor Adam Hicks was arrested for armed robbery in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, Adam and his girlfriend had been holding up pedestrians at gunpoint and demanding their money, phones and valuables. Adam was nailed with four to five of these robberies, in which two of the victims were elderly women. In 2017, he got off on two separate charges of battery and firing a gun due to insufficient evidence.

Bryan Abrams of Color Me Badd was arrested for beating up his own bandmate, Mark Calderon, after a performance of their 1991 single "I Wanna Sex You Up." Mark went to the hospital for injuries sustained from being pushed down and landing on top of sound equipment by the stage. Bryan was taken in by authorities the next day, July 22, while at the Del Lago Casino in Tyre, New York. He was booked on misdemeanor charges of attempted assault in the third degree and released from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office on a $20,000 bond.

Bam Margera has struggled with alcohol issues on-and-off over the years and spent quite some time being sober, but he was arrested for DUI on Jan. 7 while driving in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, he actually slowed down alongside California Highway Patrol officers who were in the middle of another traffic stop. They saw Bam on his cell phone, asked him to pull over and smelled alcohol on his breath, prompting them to conduct a field sobriety test and administer a breathalyzer. The "Jackass" star posted $15,000 bail to be released the next afternoon.

"Mallrats" actor Jeremy London was arrested on charges of misdemeanor domestic violence relating to an altercation with his wife, Juliet London, in Jackson County, Mississippi, on Feb. 2. Juliet called police claiming that Jeremy was screaming at her in the driveway of their home and injured her trying to drive off while she was still holding onto the car. He was released from jail but just a few days later on Feb. 11, he was arrested again for missing a court hearing pertaining to a separate case.

Chris Brown is no stranger to getting into trouble with the law. With a laundry list of battery allegations, probation violations and even a restraining order, he's had issues with the authorities on-and-off since his 2009 arrest for assaulting Rihanna. This year is seemingly no different as the "Loyal" singer was taken in by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office in Florida on July 5. Chris was detained right after finishing a performance on an outstanding warrant relating to felony battery charges involving an incident in which he allegedly punched a photographer outside a nightclub in 2017. He managed to get released the same evening on $2,000 bail and went about business as usual. "What's NEW????? Show tomorrow," he wrote on Instagram the same day.

"Gossip Girl" actor Patrick Boll was arrested during a prostitution sting in Florida on Feb. 11. He allegedly gave an undercover officer $150 and tried to negotiate having "straight sex" with her before being taken in on charges of soliciting prostitution. Five other men, including a judge, were also arrested in the takedown.

It's usually the women of "The Real Housewives of Potomac" causing all the drama, but cast member Ashley Darby's husband, real estate developer and restaurateur Michael Darby, changed that this year. In September, he was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual contact after allegedly grabbing a cameraman's butt while the show was filming. The crew member, Orville Palmer, claims that he told Michael to stop and then told a supervisor. In October, the case was dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

On Oct. 24, Marion "Pooch" Hall was formally charged with felony child abuse for allegedly getting drunk and letting his 2-year-old son drive him home. The "Ray Donovan" actor pleaded not guilty to the charges. On Oct. 3, Pooch was arrested after he was spotted letting his toddler take the wheel while sitting on his lap. The incident ended when Pooch's car hit a parked vehicle. The actor failed a sobriety test and was arrested for DUI and child endangerment. At his court appearance, the actor revealed that he'd entered a 60-day rehab program to help him cope with his issues.

Rocker Todd Harrell, who has two DUIs under his belt, was again arrested this year on charges of domestic violence simple assault, marijuana possession and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On June 15, cops were called to the former 3 Doors Down bassist's home in Mississippi after an alarm was activated. His wife claimed that they were just in an argument and accidentally tripped the alarm, but officers proceeded to find both drugs and guns in his house. He was subsequently arrested and held without bail. In October, a judge sentenced him to 10 years in a Mississippi state prison.

Steve Wilkos, Jerry Springer's former bodyguard, was lucky to be alive after surviving a major single-car crash on Jan. 23. At first, he blamed being distracted while driving for the collision, but it turns out Steve's blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit, coming in at 0.29. He was obviously arrested for DUI following the findings. "Over the course of my life, I have been struggling with bouts of depression and on the day of my accident, I had a complete lapse in judgment which resulted in me drinking and getting behind the wheel of my car," he later told TMZ.

DMX has a whopping 20 arrests under his belt for various crimes over the years, but he most recently got cuffed on Jan. 30 for violating his probation relating to a tax evasion case. The "X Gonna Give It To Ya" rapper tested positive for opiates, cocaine and oxycodone during a routine drug test. Part of the terms of his probation included staying away from both drugs and alcohol as well as completing rehab. "I'm saddened and disappointed," DMX's lawyer Murray Richman told TMZ after his client's slipup. "We'll have to deal with it accordingly."

October was a really bad month for former "Party Down South" star Taylor Wright. The former reality TV personality was arrested two times in three days — first for punching her mother-in-law in the face. Taylor and her husband were reportedly fighting so he left their house to go to his mother's home to cool off. Taylor then followed him and things soon got physical with her mother-in-law. Two days later, Taylor was arrested for taking her children over state lines from Virginia to North Carolina — which violates a custody arrangement with the kids' father, Jake Mapp.
