In a September 2023 Vogue "Beauty Secrets" video, Ariana Grande admitted that she's had "a ton of lip filler over the years and Botox," which she said she stopped getting in 2018 — the year she's pictured here — because she "just felt so 'too much.'"
"I just felt like hiding, you know?" she said while getting teary-eyed.
She added, "For a long time, beauty was about hiding for me. And now I feel like maybe it's not since I stopped getting fillers and Botox…"

In a September 2023 Vogue "Beauty Secrets" video, Ariana Grande — seen here in July 2023 just days after she turned 30 — said that although she'd stopped getting fillers and Botox five years earlier, she's not opposed to trying them again at some point.
"Maybe I'll start again one day — to each their own. Whatever makes you feel beautiful. I do support," she said, "but I know for me I was just like, 'Oh, I want to see my well-earned cry lines and smile lines. I hope my smile lines get deeper and deeper and I laugh more and more, and I just think aging can be such a beautiful thing."
However, she added, "Might I get a face lift in 10 years? [I] might."

Before she went under the knife for the first time ever in May 2023, former E! News host Catt Sadler — seen here in December 2022 — tried other procedures over the previous 13 years to give herself a little boost. "I've done injectables, I've done Botox and Xeomin, which is another injectable brand name that I love. I've done a little bit of filler over time. I didn't do Botox for the first time until I was 35, so this is all in the last decade-plus. I am such a fan of beauty treatments. I've also done microneedling. I even tried Morpheus," she told Glamour.
But in 2023, she decided she wanted to do more and consulted Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Steve Kim — but her goal wasn't to change her appearance so she could get a job or so her boyfriend would think she looked younger, she explained. "It was more about looking in the mirror and feeling good. How I feel," she said. So she had a facelift, a neck lift and blepharoplasty — surgery that removes excess skin from the eyelids — at 48.

TV host and podcaster Catt Sadler had a facelift, a neck lift and eyelid surgery in May 2023 at 48. "Of course I thought, What are people going to think? Who's going to judge me? But I think one of the best parts about getting older is giving zero f**** what people think of you," the mother of two told Glamour a few weeks after surgery. Catt also detailed the financial, physical and mental cost of her surgeries in a video series for Scriber, a text-based subscription service (she shared a teaser on Instagram). "I'm not personally judging anyone who keeps these things private, but… I did not want to do that," she explained. "Why not be transparent? Why not inform women about what it can be like?"
Catt — seen here in June 2023, nearly a month after going under the knife — shared that things will take six months to a year to settle and see the full results, but she was already happy with her decision just days later. "This is a gift to myself," she said. "I feel really good. I feel like I did the right thing. I feel like, Wow, I can't believe that this is possible."

Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Sia for years was known for hiding her face behind enormous blonde wigs as she struggled to deal with fame. Now she's showing her face more — and admitting she's had work done.
While on stage at the fifth annual Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles in October 2023 to present the award for outstanding achievement in medicine to plastic surgeon Ben Talei, the "Chandelier" singer told the crowd that he performed her recent facelift.
"I'm a pop star that normally hides my face and doesn't lie about s***. I got an amazing face lift from Dr. Talei," Sia (seen here in 2015) said, as reported by People magazine. "He is incredible. And he is doing so much good work — and not just for the pop stars of the world."

In October 2023, music star Sia — the Grammy-nominated songwriter behind David Guetta's "Titanium," Rihanna's "Diamonds" and Flo Rida's "Wild Ones" — admitted at the fifth annual Daytime Beauty Awards (pictured) that she'd recently had a facelift by Dr. Ben Talei.
"I was showing someone in the back my before-and-afters right before I came on. People go, 'You look nice.' I'm like, 'Dr. Ben Talei facelift' for anything you could ever want. I love him, I can't say enough good about him," the then-47-year-old Australian star gushed.
People magazine reported that in 2021, Sia revealed she'd previously had a different procedure.
"I've had liposuction twice on my chin thinking I had a double chin and it turned out to be muscles that I use to sing," she told physician and author Gabor Maté. "I was so insecure." She also shared that she'd undergone a botched liposuction procedure on her stomach. "I did that to myself because I was so insecure and finally, I'm stopping doing any of that," she said pre-facelift.

In June 2023, actress Kristin Davis — seen here at 40 in 2005, a year after she wrapped the hit HBO series "Sex and the City" — opened up about her experiences with Botox and fillers over the years. Keep reading to see what's changed…

"And Just Like That…" star Kristin Davis, seen here in 2021, opened up to The Telegraph, as reported by People magazine, in June 2023 about her "good and bad" experiences using fillers and Botox over the years, sharing that she's tried both because "it's hard to be confronted with your younger self at all times." She admitted that she's cried over the backlash she's had for getting injections. "I've had to get them dissolved, and I've been ridiculed relentlessly," she said. "And I have shed tears about it. It's very stressful." She feels that society wants actresses to look youthful even as they age, and "It's a challenge to remember that you don't have to look like that," she explained. "The internet wants you to — but they also don't want you to. They're very conflicted."
Kristin further shared that at one point, she had work done on her lips, but the results weren't ideal. "No one told me it didn't look good for the longest time," she told The Telegraph, adding that "Luckily I do have good friends who did say eventually — the thing is you don't smile at yourself in the mirror. Who smiles at themselves in the mirror? Crazy people."

"Sex and the City" star Kristin Davis told The Telegraph in June 2023 — the same month she's seen here — that she has a new attitude about injections. "It's whatever. I can't keep it up. I don't have time," she said. "You're trusting doctors [but] people personally blame us when it goes wrong — [as if] I jabbed a needle in my face."

Back when Twitter, Tesla and SpaceX mogul Elon Musk was starting to emerge as one of the most influential businessmen in the world — he's seen here in 2000 when he was best known for co-founding PayPal — he looked a bit different than he does today. Notice any major differences between his appearance then and now?

According to reports — including a 2018 story from Page Six — it's highly probably that Elon Musk has had hair transplant surgery. In this picture from 2020, Elon — one of the richest men in the world — has a noticeably fuller head of hair than what he sported earlier in his illustrious career.

These days, Priscilla Presley (pictured in 2022) looks notably different. Though she hasn't opened up about specific procedures, in 2015, her former rep confirmed that the former Mrs. Elvis Presley had gotten work done by a phony doctor was was prosecuted for operating without a license. "Priscilla Presley was one of many documented victims of Dr. [Daniel] Serrano. An investigation which uncovered his misconduct ultimately lead to his imprisonment. Ms. Presley dealt with this matter years ago and everything is well," her rep said in a statement.

Music star Joe Jonas might not have gone under the knife, but he is a fan of injectables. In August 2022 at 33, he partnered with the Botox alternative Xeomin, a double-filtered more purified version of the botulinum toxin that's used to smooth wrinkles, frown lines and crow's feet. The Jonas Brothers singer told Allure that he "didn't feel like I was a different person [by using it]" and that it "gave me that confidence that I think we all want to feel as we get older. There's this kind of stigma around guys talking about skincare and how we feel and, and the products we use. I felt like it was a good fit." He said he tried it "when I noticed I was starting to see more frown lines," though didn't share how old he was when that began. "This was something that gave me that confidence boost that I was looking for," he explained. Keep reading to see the results…

"I went with a friend and they also did it with me, so it wasn't stress-inducing," Joe Jonas told Allure of his first experience with Xeomin shots in Los Angeles, adding that he "noticed the difference in the relief of frown lines and I was like, OK, I like that." Joe also told People magazine that he uses it to minimize a scar between his eyebrows. "I think there's a stigma that's fading [for men who try cosmetic enhancements], and I like that," the singer added.

Back in 2015, Simon Cowell told Britain's Mirror that he'd scaled back on his beloved Botox injections after Sharon Osbourne pointed out he couldn't move his face much anymore. "Hopefully I look better now — I probably did have a little too much Botox a couple of years ago, because everyone on TV has it," he said. "Now I have facials, but nothing too extravagant at the moment." That changed a few years later… Keep reading to see what Simon did to his face next and what it looks like now…

In May 2018, Simon Cowell told The Sun on Sunday that he'd visited cosmetic surgeon Jean-Louis Sebagh for a Silhouette Soft Lift. The $2,700 procedure, the newspaper writes, "involves sewing bioplastic-infused thread into the face and neck and tugging it to get rid of sagging skin." The "America's Got Talent" judge explained to the newspaper, "There's lots of things you can do now. You don't just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox." But it took him a few more years to learn his lesson…
_
In April 2022, Simon Cowell — seen here the same month — told The Sun that he's done using injectables after realizing he looked "like something out of a horror film." Simon further confessed, "There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from 'before' the other day, and didn't recognize it as me, first of all." His face sent son Eric into "hysterics," he added, which made him realize that "enough was enough." According to Simon, "There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero."

Retired race car driver Danica Patrick, seen here in 2019, took to Instagram in April 2022 to reveal that she had breast implants for years — then explained why she'd decided to have them removed. "I wasn't sure I was ready to share this…. but then I remembered that true vulnerability is sharing something you're not really ready to. So here it is," she began her post. "I got breast implants November of 2014. I got them because I want to have it all. I was really fit, but I didn't have boobs. So I got them. Everything went well, and I was happy with them." Then she started having problems. "Fast forward about 3 years to early 2018, and I noticed that my hair was not as healthy and was breaking off. I also gained a few pounds and had no luck losing it," she explained. "Then fast forward to late 2020…. and the wheels came off. I had cycle irregularity, gained more weight, my hair wasn't looking healthy at all and my face was a different shape (weird I know). So I went down the rabbit hole to figure it out. I did every test that could be done." She listed all of her symptoms and out-of-range medical tests in her post — and on her Instagram Story shared a photo of herself after undergoing explant surgery… Keep reading to see Danica post-op and learn more…

Danica Patrick revealed in a lengthy Instagram post in April 2022 that she'd just had her breast implants removed — and within hours, she'd already started to feel better. "The condition that is not universally recognized is called breast implant illness. Leave it up to the good folks at these drug companies who are selling them to say they are safe. Look it up if you are struggling or know someone that is. The common denominator is you have conditions that can't be resolved. For me this is true. I have tried 3 drs and 6-8 levels of thyroid meds, a 90 day gut protocol, and chelation to get rid of heavy metals and up to 30 pills a day…. with no resolution. I haven't felt or looked any different," she explained. "There are a host of issues that women have dealt with and I have many, but not all. After watching over 100 stories on YouTube…. my belief is, it's not if but when you develop symptoms. Some are right away, others are over 15 years later. Silicone is a foreign object and leaches chemicals (look up that huge list!) that's why the body produces a capsule around it." Danica concluded, "If this post helps just one get to the root of their issues, it did its job" and vowed to keep fans posted on her progress via social media.

Sharon Osbourne, the former MTV reality star, famed music manager and ex-host of "The Talk," is seen here in 2003. The Botox and laser enthusiast has since copped to multiple facelifts, a tummy tuck, gastric bypass surgery, breast surgeries and more. As she said in her 2013 book "Unbreakable," "There's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether." In 2012, she publicly swore off more plastic surgery — but soon did an about-face. And in 2022, she debuted her fifth facelift… Keep reading to see how her looks have changed…

Sharon Osbourne debuted the results of a summer facelift on the premiere of the 10th season of "The Talk" in September 2019 just five weeks post-op. She then showed off her new look on the red carpet at the 2019 Emmys days later (pictured). Sharon happily told viewers what she'd had done at 66: "I had my neck done, my jowls… [My surgeon] kind of pulled it from the top of my head and put an elastic band in it," she explained. "But everything was just lifted up. So it looks more refreshed." But just two years later, she had ANOTHER facelift, believed to be her fifth…

"I had a full facelift done in October [2021] and I looked like one of those f****** mummies that they wrap [with bandages]," Sharon Osbourne told London's The Sunday Times in an April 2022 interview. "It hurt like hell. You have no idea." She shared that the surgery took five and a half hours left her looking "horrendous." She was so unhappy that she told her surgeon, "'You've got to be f****** joking,'" she said. "One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f****** Cyclops. I'm, like, 'All I need is a hunchback.'" She said husband Ozzy Osbourne was supportive. "He said, 'I don't care how much it costs, we'll get it redone,'" she said. However, within months, she realized her face was "settling" and she soon felt pleased with the results. Sharon and her new face are seen here in March 2022 about five months after what's believed to be her fifth facelift.

Model Ireland Baldwin — who's the daughter of Oscar winner Kim Basinger and Emmy winner Alec Baldwin — is seen here in 2020. In April 2022, the beauty took to social media to reveal that she, alongside cousin Alaia Baldwin (the sister of model Hailey Bieber), underwent a FaceTite procedure that's been characterized as a mini facelift. Ireland explained in a TikTok video that she wanted to be transparent and share with her fans that she'd had something done — the first time she's ever had a plastic surgery procedure.
_
Ireland Baldwin posted this photo of herself in a pressure bandage after undergoing a FaceTite procedure on her neck and chin on April 9, 2022. She explained in a TokTok video a few days later why she did it. She said the "hour-long, in-office procedure" that's "minimally invasive" didn't require anesthesia. "You don't go under the knife. Nothing like that. The reason I had it done is because I had this very stubborn pocket of fat and extra skin [on] my face," she explained. "As I've gained weight and as I've aged, it hasn't gone away at all. It's only become worse and worse." According to Ireland, diet and exercise didn't help the "pocket of fat" she disliked. She defended herself against criticisms that she's too young to have the procedure. "I'm 26. I'm not underage. I'm a consenting adult who made this choice and I couldn't be happier," she said. Ireland also said she's had "no other modifications done to my body or my face."

Comedian Amy Schumer took to Instagram in December 2021 to reveal that she was unhappy with facial fillers she got earlier in the year and wanted them dissolved. A month later, she further revealed she'd had liposuction too and soon detailed why she did it…
_
"I tried getting fillers. Turns out I was already full. Thank God you can dissolve them I looked like #malificent thanks @drjlodnp," comedian Amy Schumer captioned this selfie on Dec. 26, 2021. Amy's practitioner, Jodi LoGerfo DNP, APRN, FNP-C, explained on her own Instagram that "using dermal filler can be a wonderful way to replace lost volume and enhance the face, but filler placement is extremely important." She said Amy came to her "after having filler elsewhere and we decided that where the filler was placed was not ideal, so we dissolved it! Dissolving filler is a very simple and quick treatment." A month later, Amy revealed more…

In January 2022, Amy Schumer took to Instagram to share two photos of herself lookin' good in a black swimsuit on a beach. In the caption, the comedian — who in 2021 had her uterus and appendix removed as a result of her painful battle with endometriosis — revealed that she also underwent liposuction after healing. "I feel good. Finally. It's been a journey thanks for helping me get my strength back @seckinmd (endo) @jordanternermd (lipo) never thought i would do anything but talk to me after your uterus doesn't contract for 2.5 years and you turn 40. @paulvincent22 vickie Lee (acupuncture) my girl Nicole from the tox my friends and fam. Let's go!" Amy wrote, adding in a message on her Instagram Story that she weighed 170 pounds. A few months later in a March 2022 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she shared more about having lipo: "It's not about needing to be slamming, because I've never been famous for being hot, but I'd reached a place where I was tired of looking at myself in the mirror," she explained, adding that she knew "grilled chicken and walks" weren't going to fix the area above her C-section scar. "Everybody on camera is doing this s***, I just wanted to be real about it."

In 2020, catwalker-turned-cookbook author Chrissy Teigen revealed to Glamour UK that she'd had a breast augmentation early in her career. "I did my boobs when I was about 20 years old," the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model confessed. "It was more for a swimsuit thing. I thought, if I'm going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed." The mother of two said she didn't do it to increase her self-esteem. "Honestly, I kept them the same cup size. I just filled them out, so they are rounder and firmer," she explained, adding, "I had a quarter 'teardrop' cup in the bottom and filled out the breast line. But I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift. I think you're supposed to replace [implants] every 10 years. But when you have kids you think about [the risks] of surgery and I think, 'This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery.'" But the same year, Chrissy decided to go for it. See the results of her implant-removal surgery next…

In May 2020, Chrissy Teigen revealed she was moving forward with breast implant removal surgery. "I'm getting my boobs out! They've been great to me for many years but I'm just over it. I'd like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don't worry about me! All good. I'll still have boobs, they'll just be pure fat. Which is all a [breast] is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat," she wrote on Instagram. A few weeks later, the "Chrissy's Court" star announced on social media that "Surgery went perfectly!" She soon revealed the results in a comedic Instagram post, and in early 2021, she looked incredible while rocking a strapless crop top while out for lunch in Los Angeles. At a beauty event in 2017, Chrissy also copped to a more unusual procedure: She once had liposuction in her armpits. "I had an armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things. It's a big secret, but I don't care," she shared. "It made me feel better in dresses; I felt more confident. It was the dumbest, stupidest thing I've ever done. The dumbest, but I like it, whatever. I have no regrets, honestly."

Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" actress Rachel Bloom has long lamented her breasts. She even sang about them in the song "Heavy Boobs" on her old show. She also wrote about her chest in the foreword of Caitlin Brodnick's memoir about testing positive for the BRCA1 gene mutation "Dangerous Boobies: Breaking Up With My Time-Bomb Breasts," MailOnline reported. "Having been boy crazy from a young age, I was delighted when the boys I pined for finally started to notice me, with my boobs drawing their eyes to my more important but subtler features, such as my smile and personality. As I got older and gained weight/went on birth control, my boobs grew from a modest B to a 'Why do I look skanky even in a T-shirt?' DD," Rachel wrote. "Sometimes, they're big in a cartoonish way that doesn't feel like they're a part of my body. So, when I became a comedian, I had a choice: be objectified against my will or take charge of my image and show them off with an ironic brazenness." In March 2021, singer, actress and podcast host Jana Kramer shared this Instagram selfie and told fans she was preparing to have plastic surgery. "After many years of consideration I have decided to get a breast augmentation and lift. I want to be open about WHY. First off, because 'I' want to. That right there should be enough, but I feel like I need to explain the 'I' part," she wrote in a lengthy post, explaining that "after having babies, I had a new set of insecurities with my body. Things didn't go back to normal, and I carry a lot of embarrassment when I'm undressed. I don't want to feel that way anymore." Ultimately, she added, "I'm choosing myself, I'm choosing my size, I'm doing what's right for me. I know a woman's body is beautiful no matter what shape or size but I want this."

A little more than a month after Jana Kramer's breast augmentation and lift, which was performed by Tennessee plastic surgeon Jacob Unger, she posted a video of herself wearing a tank top on her Instagram Stories on May 6, 2021.

In August 2020, actress-singer and former Disney star Ashley Tisdale revealed that she'd had her implants removed the previous winter. "Years ago I underwent breast enhancement surgery. Prior to the surgery, I constantly felt my body was less than, and thought this change would make me feel more whole and more secure about myself. And for a short period of time…it did. But little by little I began struggling with minor health issues that just were not adding up — food sensitivities as well as gut issues (full story on @frenshe) that I thought could be caused by my implants," the "High School Musical" alum explained in a lengthy Instagram post alongside a photo of herself on the beach two months after her explant surgery. "It's not for everybody but it was certainly for me! I always say, you do you and do what makes you feel confident and sexy #YOLO."

Cardi B has always been open about her cosmetic enhancements. The rapper has revealed in interviews that she had a breast augmentation when she was a 20-year-old exotic dancer, got injections in her bottom to make it fuller and got her teeth fixed. In September 2018 (seen here) — a few months after she gave birth to her first child, Kulture — Cardi told fans on Instagram that she planned to go under the knife again to re-work her post-baby body because "Kulture did me bad."
_
In an interview with "Entertainment Tonight" that hit the internet on May 1, 2019, Cardi B revealed she'd made good on her promise to herself to go under the knife post-baby. "I just got my boobs redone," she said. "I feel good, but then sometimes I feel like not, you know? [When] your skin is stretched out." Cardi debuted her new look at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards. A few days later, she admitted that she'd also recently had liposuction. A few songs into her set at the Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis, Tennessee, she told the audience (as reported by People magazine), "I have some news for y'all. I should have canceled today. I shouldn't really be performing because moving too much is gonna f*** up my lipo." But she delivered an energetic performance anyway! Cardi had first hinted to fans that she wanted liposuction seven weeks after she gave birth to daughter Kulture in 2018. "I still feel like I got a lot of love handles right here," she said on Instagram Live while pulling on her stomach. "It's not much but it's like — I'm used to having, like, a real tight stomach."

Just because she's part of Britain's royal family doesn't mean that Sarah, Duchess of York is immune to worrying about her appearance as she ages. In 2019 — the year she turned 60 — Fergie admitted that she's had several plastic surgery procedures to help her look as youthful as possible, and it seems like they've worked…
_
"I had Botox a long time ago when there was nothing else available," Sarah, Duchess of York admitted in an October 2019 interview with The Daily Mail, during which she confessed to getting multiple plastic surgery procedures. In 2018 — to prepare for daughter Princess Eugenie's wedding — she underwent a laser treatment on her face. "I'm really happy to be open about what I've had done," Fergie said, going on to share that she's also been a fan of mesotherapy — an injection of vitamins, minerals and amino acids under the mesodermal layer of her face to help plump up her skin — as well as organic fillers and threadlift procedures. In March 2019, she went to the Bahamas to have regenerative stem cell therapy on her feet. "They shaved the bone [near my big toe] and implanted stem cells — 20 million of them taken from my midriff — into my feet to make new cartilage," she explained.

Face. Of. An. Angel. Seriously, Mickey Rourke must have known that a gift like his should be treasured, right? He looked absolutely gorgeous in 1986's "9½ Weeks."
_
Mickey Rourke (seen here in 2010) went under the knife to get reconstructive surgery after his face was badly damaged during his stint as a boxer. Unfortunately, he went to the wrong doctor. "Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing, but I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together," he told MailOnline in 2009. "I had my nose broken twice. I had five operations on my nose and one on a smashed cheekbone."

Melanie Griffith (pictured in 1987) inherited mother Tippi Hedren's naturally good looks, but was she satisfied with them? See for yourself!
_
In early 2017, Melanie Griffith (pictured in 2010) told Porter magazine that she didn't realize the plastic surgeries "she had over 20 years ago" had changed her looks so dramatically until other people started pointing it out. "I was so hurt," she said. "I went to a different doctor, and he started dissolving all of this s*** that this other woman doctor had put in. Hopefully, I look more normal now."

A baby-faced Jennifer Grey looked all-natural in a promotional photo for "Red Dawn," which debuted in 1984, the same year she made her acting debut. A lot changed after that — and not just where her career was concerned…
_
Jennifer Grey's career hit the skids after she changed up her nose in the early '90s — and became completely unrecognizable. "I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous," the actress (pictured in 2000) told The Mirror in 2012. "It was the nose job from hell. I'll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognizes because of a nose job."

In September 2018, Gisele Bundchen told People magazine that after breastfeeding kids Benjamin and Vivian Brady for more than 18 months each, her breasts weren't just smaller than before but uneven. "I was always praised for my body and I felt like people had expectations from me that I couldn't deliver," the supermodel said. "I felt very vulnerable because I can work out, I can eat healthy, but I can't change the fact that both of my kids enjoyed the left boob more than the right. All I wanted was for them to be even and for people to stop commenting on it." She did something about it in 2015…
_
In September 2018, Gisele Bundchen told People magazine that she made the decision to have a breast augmentation in 2015. (She's seen here in 2016, nearly a year after the surgery.) In her 2018 book "Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life," she revealed she regretted going under the knife. "When I woke up [from surgery], I was like, 'What have I done?' I felt like I was living in a body I didn't recognize," the supermodel said. "For the first year I wore [baggy] clothes because I felt uncomfortable."
_
In 2016, Kanye West — seen here in New York City that September — didn't feel he was looking his best. So he quietly underwent a plastic surgery procedure that, he later told TMZ, led to an opioid addiction.
_
In May 2018, Kanye West told TMZ that he had liposuction and was prescribed opioids to deal with the pain during his recovery. He said he got off the medication just before he was hospitalized amid a late 2016 mental health crisis. "I had plastic surgery because I was trying to look good for y'all," the rapper (pictured in early 2017) said while gesturing to his midsection. "I got liposuction because I didn't want y'all to call me fat like y'all called Rob [Kardashian fat] at the wedding and made him fly home before me and Kim [Kardashian] got married [in 2014]. I didn't want y'all to call me fat so I got liposuction."

Foxy Jane Fonda (pictured in 2009) is a fashion model, fitness guru and two-time Oscar winner. But the stunner found that keeping up appearances in Hollywood was hard to do.
_
In early 2010, Jane Fonda admitted to having her eyes, chin and neck done. "It was a hard decision to make, and I decided if I'm going to do it, I'm going to tell the truth," she told "Entertainment Tonight." Explained the actress-activist, "I'm writing a book about aging, so I can't write that book and not say I've had plastic surgery. And you know, I just decided it was for me — I don't want to have bags under my eyes that make me look tired, and so forth and so on." She showed off her new look in late 2010.

Meg Ryan effortlessly treaded the line between cute and sexy when she starred opposite Billy Crystal in 1989's "When Harry Met Sally." But years later, she looked like an entirely different person.
_
The Internet practically broke when Meg Ryan showed off her dramatically different appearance while presenting during the Tony Awards in June 2016. Although she's never addressed rumors she went under the knife, experts have long speculated her new look is the result of a facelift, Botox, fillers or rhinoplasty.
_
"Hollywood makes it hard; this business makes it harder," Courteney Cox (pictured in 1998) told NewBeauty in June 2017 of her decision to enhance her looks as she aged. "I grew up thinking appearance was the most important thing. That as long as I looked okay, I would be okay, which got me into trouble." Now see how, exactly, she got into trouble…
_
Unfortunately, it looked like Courteney Cox had gone a bit overboard with fillers during the 2015 Grammys. She's since adopted a more natural look. "I've had all my fillers dissolved," she told NewBeauty in June 2017. "Things are going to change," she added. "Everything's going to drop. I was trying to make it not drop, but that made me look fake. You need movement in your face, especially if you have thin skin like I do. Those aren't wrinkles — they're smile lines. I've had to learn to embrace movement and realize that fillers are not my friend."
_
The Jackson clan has never been one to shy away from plastic surgery, and it was no different for Janet Jackson, who looks much different now than she did during the early '80s while portraying Charlene DuPrey on "Diff'rent Strokes."
_
While she's not unrecognizable, Janet Jackson's nose certainly looks different these days. She showed off her slimmer snout during Paris Fashion Week on March 5, 2016.

Kim Novak — who's pictured in an undated photo from early in her career — was a teen beauty queen and a Hollywood starlet before the age of 20. She eventually achieved sex symbol status thanks to iconic roles in films like "Vertigo." But if we hadn't told you who she was, would you recognize her today?
_
Kim Novak and Matthew McConaughey presented the award for best animated film during the 2014 Academy Awards. They named "Frozen" the winner — which resulted in many a punchline about Kim's appearance. Was it a fair use of the word? In early 2021, she confessed to The Guardian that she got fillers after she started feeling "insecure" about her appearance. "I didn't want a facelift or anything like that, so I went to a doctor and he put some fat injections in my face," she said. "That was the stupidest thing I could have done. First of all, I didn't need it, because I think my face is too round anyway. But it filled out my cheeks so I looked different."
_
When "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" took Hollywood by storm in 2000, so did its star, Chow Yun-Fat. By that point, he was already more than a decade into subtly tweaking his appearance Can you guess how?
_
"As I grew older, my eyelids began to droop," Chow Yun-Fat (pictured in 2012) said during a 2009 TV interview. "I began going for cosmetic surgery in Hong Kong when I was filming 'God of Gamblers' in 1989. If you go to Hong Kong for cosmetic surgery, I can introduce you to the doctor. He's cheap and good."
_
Joan Van Ark (pictured in the early '80s) rose to fame by embodying wealth and glamour on "Dallas" and "Knots Landing." But did she take those Ewing family values too seriously in real life too?
_
Joan Van Ark still looked like a wealthy wife — just a little bit more "Real Housewives" than prime-time soap opera — during the 2010 Carousel of Hope Ball.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Dolores Catania worked hard to slim down but wanted a little extra help to make herself happy, so she decided to undergo a tummy tuck in 2020. "I had lost 25 pounds from dieting and still wasn't completely comfortable with my body. I found myself still wanting to cover up," Dolores (seen here in 2016) told People magazine in July 2020. "Once I hit my goal weight and I knew that my stomach wouldn't be the way I wanted it to even if I worked out, I knew it was time." Keep reading to see her results…
_
"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Dolores Catania showed off the results of her weight loss and tummy tuck on Instagram in July 2020. "I'm turning 50 this year," she told People magazine, "and I said, 'This is the year where I'm going to do anything I've thought about or held off on. I'm ready to do it.' And I've thought about a tummy tuck for a while." She did her research and found Dr. Joseph Michaels, who performed not only a tummy tuck but 360 liposuction and a fat transfer to add some roundness to her behind. "You can't wake up every day feeling unhappy about yourself," she told People. "I'm a big advocate of doing what you need to do in order to love yourself … I'm glad I did it. I have no regrets." The reality star showed off her transformation while wearing a curve-hugging gold gown in a promotional photo for season 11 of "RHONJ," which filmed during the second half of 2020 and debuted in early 2021.

In December 2019, former "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Dina Manzo (seen here in 2014) took to Instagram to confirm that she'd had a nose job and was a big fan of Botox. See what she looks like now…
_
In December 2019, former "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Dina Manzo posted this photo with pals Rosana Costa and Teresa Giudice on Instagram and in the caption confirmed that she'd gone under the knife. "Some of you are commenting that I look different. You're absolutely right. When the thing on the center of your face changes you're gonna look different lol. Two years ago I got my nose fixed. Since I was going under anesthesia anyway (which I totally despise) I had @drghavami make a few tweaks so I didn't have to go the filler route," she explained. "I had a really hard time adjusting to my new nose especially the first year. Although my Dr is amazing at what he does, it did change my overall look. I had a prominent Italian rounded nose and now I had this perfectly proportioned petite nose. It's a big adjustment especially when you live with the same face for 45 yrs." Dina went on to share that she's also had two chemical peels, undergone platelet-rich plasma cosmetic facials and treated herself to permanent eyebrows and lash extensions. What else? "AND I love me some Botox," she confessed.

Adrianne Curry — who won the very first season of "America's Next Top Model" in 2003 and is seen here in 2014 — had a boob job early in her career but over the years grew to regret it. "I had glorious real boobs that I butchered due to insecurity and pressure in entertainment," she explained in a January 2020 Instagram post shortly after having her implants removed…
_
In November 2019, former reality TV star and model Adrianne Curry took to Instagram to explain her decision to have her breast implants removed, telling fans, "I am DONE with these painful, misshapen things! They looked good in clothes, hideous out of them. They hurt, and … I was in pain. … I am on my way to correct this idiotic decision I made when I lived in a sea of shallow vanity and immense narcissism." She had the surgery in January 2020 and, despite complications and a painful recovery process, was thrilled to be "100% natural!" She wrote on Instagram alongside this post-surgery photo, "Nothing is fake. No dumb Instagram filter, no photoshopped flesh, no silicone. … I am f—— beautiful JUST the way I am. I wear my scars proudly."

_
Kim Zolciak-Biermann showed off her plumped-up pout while visiting the "Watch What Happens Live" studios in New York City on March 18, 2018. The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum had previously fessed up to having her breasts augmented and her tummy tucked, though she's continued to deny she's had a nose job despite widespread speculation to the contrary. In April 2018, daughter Brielle Biermann took to social media to reveal yet another procedure the reality TV star has undergone: "My mom gets filler in her ears because her diamond earrings are too heavy….. #richpeopleproblems," Brielle tweeted. Keep reading to see Kim after another surgery in 2018…
_
On Sept. 19, 2018, Kim Zolciak-Biermann posted a photo of herself following breast reduction surgery — she downsized her implants — and confirmed details of the procedure to Us Weekly. "I went smaller and Dr. [Leonard] Hochstein did them," she told Us (the plastic surgeon is former "The Real Housewives of Miami" star Lisa Hochstein's husband). "He did my boobs four years ago and I loved them. I just wanted a cup size smaller. I'm in Miami recovering now. Feeling fab at 40!!" A few months earlier, Kim hinted that she'd soon be going under the knife again. "I already called Dr. Hochstein, who did my boobs and tummy a few years ago — he did my hernia repair and my tummy tuck after that," she said on her podcast in July 2018. "I said, 'You know, I feel like I should get my boobs reduced. They're heavy, my posture is terrible, I'm getting older… I was thinking of going from like a DD to like a C."
_
Meanwhile, toward the end of the summer in 2018, Kim Zolciak-Biermann started showing off a much fuller pout. Despite an influx of negative comments on her social media channels, the reality star simply said this about her new lips: "I love them."
_
Kim Zolciak-Biermann's eldest daughter, "Don't Be Tardy" star Brielle Biermann, has followed in her mom's footsteps. Brielle is seen here in 2011 when the only enhancements to her face came in the form of braces. But that would change…
_
"Don't Be Tardy" star Brielle Biermann has no problem taking on critics who attack her for inflating her pout. "To those who say I look better before lips… you're a liar and this photo is PROOOOOOF," she captioned an old pic of herself that she's since deleted. Brielle's long been unapologetic about her affinity for fillers. "Going to get my duck lips plumped up some more!! C ya!" she tweeted in March 2018. But less than two years later, she'd changed her tune…
_
Brielle Biermann posted this selfie on her Instagram Story on Jan. 6, 2020, after she'd started getting injections to dissolve her lip fillers, and her pout already looked noticeably less plump than usual. A few days earlier, she shared on Instagram that she wanted to change up her look. "Dissolved my lips yesterday…gonna look like 18 year old Brielle again soon," she captioned an image of her still-puffy lips on her Instagram Story. "2020 new year new me!"

In 2017, the mother of three also went under the knife to have a tattoo featuring ex-husband Stephen Belafonte's name surgically removed from her torso following their bitter split.

Thanks to his profession, "Botched" star Dr. Paul Nassif is quite familiar with people getting work done. But when it comes to the plastic surgeon altering his own looks, he's sure to be subtle about the changes he makes…
_
"Botched" star Dr. Paul Nassif confessed in November 2019 that he quietly underwent a facelift in 2018. He admitted he felt self-conscious about extra skin around his face and jawline after he lost weight. "The excess skin, especially in my neck, was driving me crazy," he told Page Six.

"Jersey Shore" star Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio (left) showed off his tanned, gym-honed body on the beach in Miami alongside co-star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro in April 2010 during their MTV heyday. Nearly a decade later, Pauly was still hitting the beach shirtless, though he reportedly had a little help achieving his sculpted bod this time around…
_
DJ Pauly D looked great when he hit the beach in Cancun, Mexico, on March 21, 2019. But according to a report from The Blast, the "Jersey Shore" star got a little help from a GTL routine that included gym, tan… and liposuction. Sources told The Blast that though Pauly was in good shape already, he underwent an abdominal etching treatment to highlight his six-pack not long before this beach retreat.

Teresa Giudice (seen here in late 2009, the same year "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" debuted) initially got breast implants in 2010. "I always had to get padded tops! I never liked how I looked in bathing suits," the reality TV star told Steppin' Out magazine the same year of why she decided to enhance her natural A-cup. "I never wanted to put lingerie on. I feel you need boobs for lingerie." Keep reading to see the results of her first augmentation…

_
In October 2018, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice admitted she'd upgraded her implants several weeks earlier. "I just got my breasts redone. Remember season 1 [of 'RHONJ'] when I had my breasts done? So I just changed out my implants and the doctor is here, his name is Dr. [Barry] DiBernardo," Teresa told the crowd at the New Jersey Ultimate Women's Expo on Oct. 28, Radar Online reported. Teresa, seen here post-surgery in early 2019, added that she'd just started working out again after taking off "four or five weeks" to heal.

Though Rupert Everett (pictured in 2007) is clearly a talented actor, his gorgeous face certainly didn't hurt him when it came to winning roles. Surely he wouldn't alter something so key to his appeal, right?
_
Rupert Everett seemed to be wearing fewer years on his face when he visited the "Loose Women" studios in London on June 29, 2016. He's denied that plastic surgery was responsible for the turning back of time, but how else do you explain the fact that he had far fewer wrinkles in 2016 than in 2007?
_

Just curious from my weight loss, I feel I need a lift or redone?" a fan asked. Teddi — a mom of two and stepmom of one — replied, "Mine didn't need a lift. They deflated after breastfeeding and weight loss so they added 210 cc implants."

Blac Chyna (seen here with ex Tyga in late 2011) was an exotic dancer for six years before she got into the beauty business with the launch of her Lashed by Blac Chyna line. She's long been known for her trademark dimples, which she "encouraged" with facial piercings, she told talk-show host Wendy Williams in May 2019. "When I took them out, I was like, 'Oh man, now I got dimples!'" she said. But that's far from the only way Chyna has changed her body over the years…
_
In May 2019, Blac Chyna revealed to talk-show host Wendy Williams that she's gone under the knife multiple times. "I've had lipo before, I've had my breasts done four times," she said, explaining that her breast augmentations have made her chest bigger as well as smaller. (At one point, she said, "I was like, 'This is just too much.'") Chyna, who's also famous for her curvaceous derriere, told Wendy that she had liposuction to reduce her bottom after she gave birth to her second child, Dream Kardashian, in 2016. "I went and got something done. I got lipo because after I had Dream, it was like, out of control. So I had some of it taken out," Chyna (pictured in 2018) explained.

Former Miss USA Shanna Moakler shot into the spotlight when she married blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. During their marriage, the duo starred on the MTV reality show "Meet the Barkers," which came to an end in 2006. A decade later, she'd gained some unwanted weight — about 40 pounds, she told "Entertainment Tonight" in 2020 — after a doctor gave her hormones she says she didn't need. The beauty queen (pictured in 2016) ultimately got a tummy tuck to help her lose the weight. Keep reading to see her transformation…

Cookbook author, Food Network personality and restaurateur Ayesha Curry, who's married to NBA star Steph Curry, revealed in a May 2019 interview with Working Mother magazine that she had breast augmentation surgery after the birth of her second child, daughter Ryan, in mid-2015. (She's pictured in October 2015.) "I didn't realize at the time, but after having Ryan, I was battling a bit of postpartum that lingered for a while," she explained. "It came in the form of me being depressed about my body. So I made a rash decision."
_
Breast augmentation surgery didn't work out the way Ayesha Curry (pictured in 2019) thought it would. "The intention was just to have them lifted, but I came out with these bigger boobs I didn't want," she told Working Mother magazine in May 2019. "I got the most botched boob job on the face of the planet. They're worse now than they were before." Though she said she'd "never do anything like that again," she still supports other women who choose to go under the knife: "I'm an advocate of if something makes you happy, who cares about the judgment?"

Bristol Palin was a month shy of her 18th birthday when she shot into the spotlight while pregnant with her first child, son Tripp, during the 2008 Republican National Convention amid mom Sarah Palin's unsuccessful run for vice president. (The 17-year-old, who went on to become a reality TV star, is pictured alongside then-boyfriend Levi Johnston.) She looks different now — and not just because she's more than a decade older…
_
In late 2010, Bristol Palin underwent "corrective jaw surgery." She later insisted to Us Weekly that the procedure was "not plastic surgery." Said Sarah Palin's oldest daughter, who's pictured in 2012, "It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons … so my jaw and teeth could properly realign. … I don't obsess over my face." She then gushed, however, that she was "absolutely thrilled with the results," which made her look "older" and "more mature." Concluded Bristol, "[I] don't have as much of a chubby little baby face!" In 2018, she updated her face again…
_
In 2018, Bristol Palin admitted to getting veneers and a gum lift to enhance her smile. "I have been tremendously self conscious of my smaller teeth for YEARS. I wanted my smile to match how I genuinely feel on the inside," she explained on Instagram. (The mother of three is pictured in late 2018.)

_
Stassi Schroeder (pictured in 2017) hasn't shied away from discussing her plastic surgeries. The former "Vanderpump Rules" star told Daily Mail Australia, "I've always been really open. Even when I got a chin implant when I was 18 years old, and anyone who asked me, I would tell them. I don't like when people put on this facade and they're perfect in every photo. Then the rest of us look at it and feel badly about ourselves." And if Stassi — who's also copped to a breast lift and reduction in 2015 — gets any more work done, she'll certainly be sharing! "I'm all about plastic surgery or Botox and fillers, but be open about it, because there's nothing to be ashamed of," she explained.
_
"I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyonce's mom told me to really think about it first," Kelly Rowland (pictured in 2005) told Shape magazine in 2013. Well, she thought about it — and ultimately decided to stick with her plan!
_
Kelly Rowland waited 10 years to get her breasts enhanced. "Once I felt ready, I tried on padded bras and walked around in them to see how it would feel," she told Shape in 2013. "You have to know what you're getting, no matter what type of surgery it is." Her new figure was on full display during the 2016 Art of Elysium Heaven Gala in Los Angeles.

Blake Lively's nose sure changed over the course of a decade! It looked much slimmer during the premiere of "The Age of Adaline" in New York City on April 19, 2015. Still, the blonde beauty maintains that she never got a nose job.

We've long forgotten the days when Donatella Versace looked how she did while posing with brother Gianni Versace at a party in Paris back in 1990.
_
Compared to how she looked back in 1990, when Donatella Versace attended the Anthony Vaccarello presentation during Paris Fashion Week in 2015, it was clear that she'd had a lot of work done over the years. "I'm not like this genetically," she admitted two years earlier, though she attributed her altered appearance to using "tons of cream." She's also fessed up to getting Botox.
_
Hayden Panettiere sure has grown up since the 2012 CMA Awards. But even before she became a mom, we'd started to notice changes in the "Heroes" star's appearance…
_
Hayden Panettiere turned heads when she rocked a curve-hugging tank while signing autographs outside LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Aug. 13, 2013. Despite the noticeable difference in her appearance, she's never addressed rumors claiming she had her breasts augmented.
_
LeAnn Rimes (pictured in 2009) won us over with her stunning vocals on hits like "How Do I Live" and "Can't Fight the Moonlight." She emerged on the scene as a bright-eyed, baby-faced teen during the '90s, but she now looks noticeably different.
_
These days, LeAnn Rimes sports a much bigger bust — as evident in this shot from 2013. Back in 2011, a source revealed to Us Weekly that the singer had her breasts augmented: "She's always, always been insecure about her size," said the source. "She was a small A-cup. She often talked about wanting to get implants. She'd say, 'I just want a little bit so they're proportionate to my body.'"
_
Goldie Hawn (pictured in 1994) is a beloved Hollywood star who's been a household name since the late 1960s. But in recent years, it's not just her acting chops that have gotten people talking…
_
Goldie Hawn's cheekbones appeared especially full when she attended the 2014 Academy Awards. Do you think she went under the knife? The iconic actress has neither confirmed nor denied the plastic surgery rumors.
_
Liza Minnelli — daughter of the late Judy Garland — was destined to become a star. But part of what made Liza (with a Z!) such a legend in her own right (aside from her obvious talent) was her quirky beauty, which was evident in this circa 1970 portrait.
_
Don't get us wrong, we love Liza Minnelli. But didn't she look a little different during the 2014 Oscars? While the singer-actress has never commented on plastic surgery rumors, it's difficult to believe that her looks could've changed so much over the years without some help.
_
Renee Zellweger (pictured in 2011) is no stranger to having people comment on her appearance. After all, she gained 30 pounds for her role in 2001's "Bridget Jones's Diary." But the rumblings have been especially loud in recent years.
_
Renee Zellweger sure looked different during a "Bridget Jones's Baby" luncheon in New York City on Sept. 13, 2016. But she's denied plastic surgery is to blame. "Not that it's anyone's business, but I did not make a decision to alter my face and have surgery on my eyes," she wrote in an essay for the Huffington Post. In spite of the denial, the rumors have persisted.
_
With her dark hair and beautiful skin, Lara Flynn Boyle (pictured in 2004) spent many years commanding lead roles on hit series like "Twin Peaks" and "The Practice." But nowadays she looks completely different.
_
There was something distinctly different about Lara Flynn Boyle at the "Wayne's World" reunion in Los Angeles on April 23, 2013. She's never addressed rumors she went under the knife, though experts have hypothesized that, if nothing else, she at least got fillers.
_
Here's look at Rose McGowan in all her natural glory during the 2002 Teen Choice Awards — about five years before she started making subtle alterations to her appearance.
_
In 2007, Rose McGowan claimed she was a passenger in a car that was involved in a traffic accident that caused her sunglasses to slice a flap of skin under her eye. She said at the time that the injury was so severe, she got a little nip and tuck on her face to prevent scarring. In her 2018 memoir, however, the actress-activist (pictured in 2013) revealed the truth: According to an Entertainment Weekly report, she writes that during a medical procedure to correct an issue with her sinuses, the surgeon accidentally punctured the skin below her right eye. She was allegedly forced to undergo reconstructive surgery, which left her eye looking "slightly pinched." She then underwent surgery on the other eye to even things out. As for the lie, she claims her publicists advised her to make up the story about the car accident.

Vicki Gunvalson was in her early 40s when "The Real Housewives of Orange County" debuted in 2006. Six years later, she started making tweaks to her appearance…
_
Vicki Gunvalson was so sick of being compared to Miss Piggy that she had cartilage reconstruction on her nose, got a chin implant and received fat injections to give her cheeks a bit more oomph. The changes were on full display when she attended the Bravo Upfront party in New York City on April 3, 2013.
_
By 2018, "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson was looking different again. "I had a lot of fillers in my face and I didn't feel like it was me anymore," Vicki told Us Weekly that July. "I had too many doctors too many different times say, 'Let's do this, let's do that, let's fill here, let's do Voluma, let's do Sculptra,' and by the time I was done, I looked in the mirror and was like, 'I don't even look like myself.'" Co-star Tamra Judge convinced her to have her fillers removed and get a facelift instead. And voila!
_
It's difficult to understand why a 23-year-old would want to radically transform her body — especially one who looks as cute as this. But that's exactly what Farrah Abraham (pictured in 2012) decided to do!
_
Farrah Abraham showed off her new looks at an event in Paterson, New Jersey, in mid-2013 Over the years, the "Teen Mom" franchise star has had a nose job, lip injections, butt implants, three breast enhancements and a chin implant, which she later had removed.
_
When Clay Aiken (pictured in 2008) first arrived in Hollywood on "American Idol," he looked like your average kid from the Midwest.
_
"I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there," Clay Aiken revealed in 2012. He showed off his new look during the live finale of "The Celebrity Apprentice" in New York City that same year.
_
Ever since Courtney Stodden — who uses she/they pronouns — became a bride at 16, she's garnered attention for her voluptuous figure. Though they spent the first few years of fame adamantly denying having any work done, the reality star eventually changed her tune…
_
After admitting to having numerous plastic surgery procedures including a breast augmentation and lip fillers, Courtney Stodden, who also got porcelain veneers, got a nose job in early 2016. They invited "Entertainment Tonight" into surgery. "I'm not wild about my bump on the side of my nose," Courtney explained. "In pictures or on red carpets I just feel really self-conscious about this bump." The reality TV star's doctor said the surgery also corrected "long-standing nasal blockage and sinus issues."
_
We barely remember when Heidi Montag looked how she did during the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards.
_
After finding fame on "The Hills," Heidi Montag had 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day. She showed off her new look at a nightclub in Las Vegas on Feb. 13, 2010. Since then, she's gone under the knife again to have her F-cup breasts reduced.
_
No, this isn't the "after" photo. Jenni Farley (pictured in 2010) had already gone under the knife before her debut on "Jersey Shore." And JWoww didn't stop there…
_
Jenni Farley, who looked dramatically different during the 2016 MTV VMAs, got her second boob job in 2015 after welcoming her first child the year before. But JWoww denies she'd had any work done to her face, attributing the changes in her looks to makeup, weight loss and tans.
_
Back in 2004, Ashlee Simpson served as a counterpart to big sis Jessica Simpson. She had darker hair, a harder sound and a glorious schnoz. So what became of her nose?
_
Ashlee Simpson's nose — like her dark hair and edgier vibe — ultimately disappeared. The singer, who showed off her new appearance at an event in New York City in 2011, famously changed up her look shortly after she gave an interview to Marie Claire in which she railed against the impossible standards of beauty in Hollywood. Oops.
_
As Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham (pictured in 1997) was the glamorous, fashion-forward member of the Spice Girls, which suited her well, as she had a perfect model's body. Has she kept it up over time?
_
Sort of. Victoria Beckham had no problem staying svelte, but she did get tired of her modest curves, so she had her breasts augmented. There was a noticeable difference when she attended a press conference with the Spice Girls in London in 2007. But a few years later, she got sick of her "torpedo bazookas" (her words!) and had them removed.
_
A fresh-faced Megan Fox gave us major Tiffani Thiessen vibes in a promotional photo for the ABC series "Hope & Faith," which aired from 2003 to 2006. Needless to say, she's changed a lot since then…

Nicole Richie wasn't the bustiest celeb back in 2006. That changed over the course of the next few years…
_

_
Madonna has maintained her popularity over the years in part by piggybacking on whatever trend happens to be en vogue. But have you noticed just how different she looks now compared to back in the early '80s?
_
Madonna — who was practically wrinkle-free during the 2016 Billboard Women in Music event — is arguably showing her age in that she's not showing her age. She's never addressed the near-constant speculation she's gone under the knife to tweak her appearance.
_
After starring as Sharpay in 2006's "High School Musical," Ashley Tisdale (pictured in 2007) became an idol to tweens and teens everywhere. But would those same girls recognize her today?
_
Maybe not! In late 2007, Ashley Tisdale (pictured in 2012) underwent a rhinoplasty to fix her septum, which was 80% deviated and "caused trouble breathing." She also had two small fractures in her nose. At the time, her doctor suggested also shaving down her natural bump — which she didn't think was a big deal. In early 2021, she called the "public scrutiny" surrounding her altered appearance "traumatic," writing in a blog post, "Plastic surgery wasn't culturally accepted then like it is now. When I got it done I was scrutinized, judged, and made to feel ashamed over my decision."
_
We hardly recognize Nicole Kidman in this still from the 1989 film "Dead Calm."
_
The change in Nicole Kidman's look could be attributed to the gradual loss of baby fat, but the actress (pictured in 2011) has admitted that she once had a Botox habit. We're glad she gave it up — because she looks better when she can move her face, as she admitted herself in 2013. "I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now I can finally move my face again," she told the Italian newspaper La Repubblica, calling the decision to get injections an "unfortunate move."
_
Back in 1998 — the year she starred in "The Big Lebowski" — Tara Reid looked like the quintessential, all-American girl next door at the premiere of "There's Something About Mary." Her good look were truly enviable! But sadly, she didn't see herself that way…
_
Tara Reid's blonde hair is about the only thing that hasn't changed since her "American Pie" days. The actress (pictured in 2015) has spoken candidly about her plastic surgeries and how they, in combination with her "Taradise" antics, hurt her career.
_

_
Who's that girl? You'll never guess… It's Pamela Anderson in an undated photo from her pre-fame days!
_
Pamela Anderson has never shied away from discussing her history with plastic surgery. Though she's since adopted a new, demure look, this photo of her from 2011 is how we think of her most frequently: big hair, big lips and big… other things.
_

_

Courtney Love has gone through quite a few phases over the course of her time in the spotlight. But did you know that the Hole frontwoman (pictured in 1997) has changed her physical appearance as well?
_
During a 2013 interview with the Canadian magazine Fashion, Courtney Love (pictured in 2011) reportedly admitted that she got a face lift in the late '90s. "Nobody ask me about aging gracefully, pleeease," she said. "C'mom, I took advice from Goldie Hawn when she said I should get a facelift at 35!" (The Hole frontwoman would've been 35 in 1999.) In 2014, she admitted she got her "nose fixed" when she was 20. "I was an actress in the '80s but, well, let's just be real, I had a really big nose," she said. "That schnoz was not taking me anywhere but radio. … I got my nose fixed … [and] in six months, the whole world changed."
_

_
Jenelle Evans (pictured in 2015) admitted to getting breast implants in 2012 and temporary lip fillers in 2016.

Can you believe this plucky redhead is a young Kathy Griffin? She's clearly had some work done since this promotional photo for NBC's "Suddenly Susan" was snapped in the late '90s.
_
These days, Kathy Griffin (pictured in 2011) sports a less rounded face and more pronounced features. And she'll gladly tell you all about it. She's openly discussed her head-to-toe transformation in her stand-up routines, on her reality show and in her book. And that, at least, is a refreshing change from the typical celeb mindset of "If I don't admit I had plastic surgery, no one will know."
_
La Toya Jackson, who was in her late 20s at the time, looked totally gorgeous — and years younger! — in this snap from 1984.
_
Although La Toya Jackson (pictured in 2010) has never fessed up to going under the knife, there have long been rumors that she and her late brother, superstar Michael Jackson, shared a plastic surgeon — thus explaining their strong resemblance to one another later in life.
_
Janice Dickinson (pictured in 2004) often calls herself the world's first supermodel, and it's easy to see why she dominated the fashion industry during the prime of her career! But nothing lasts forever…
_
Janice Dickinson (pictured in 2011) didn't shy away from addressing her experiences with cosmetic surgery in her 2004 memoir "Everything About Me Is Fake… and I'm Perfect." That sums it up pretty well, doesn't it? She's fessed up to having her breasts augmented and to getting a tummy tuck, neck and face lifts, liposuction and Botox.
_
Sylvester Stallone (pictured in 1981) is one of the most instantly recognizable stars in Hollywood. Surely, he wouldn't fiddle with that famous face, right?
_
We'll say this much: We assumed that Sylvester Stallone would be a "smooth" guy, but we didn't necessarily think he'd be physically smooth. Good genes, maybe? The iconic actor sported nary a wrinkle during the 31st Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival in February 2016.
_
