Oprah Winfrey showed off her Weight Watchers-inspired slimdown — she said she lost about 40 pounds over a year — in a Versace gown at the 2018 Golden Globes.
FIve years later, she'd lost even more weight thanks to hard work and, later, some help from a weight-loss medication…

For five decades, Oprah Winfrey's weight occupied "space in my brain," she told People magazine in a December 2023 cover story, leaving her "yo-yoing and feeling like why can't I just conquer this thing, believing willpower was my failing."
After a 2021 knee surgery inspired new fitness goals, she achieved them. "I could eventually hike three to five miles every day and a 10-mile straight-up hike on weekends," she shared. "I felt stronger, more fit and more alive than I'd felt in years." She also revamped her diet (again): "I eat my last meal at 4 o'clock, drink a gallon of water a day and use the Weight Watchers principles of counting points. I had an awareness of [weight-loss] medications, but felt I had to prove I had the willpower to do it. I now no longer feel that way."
In July 2023, she changed her mind during a panel conversation with weight loss experts and clinicians. "I had the biggest aha [moment] along with many people in that audience. I realized I'd been blaming myself all these years for being overweight, and I have a predisposition that no amount of willpower is going to control," the Oscar nominee said, adding, "Obesity is a disease. It's not about willpower — it's about the brain."
Oprah — seen here in December 2023 at the premiere of the movie musical version of "The Color Purple" — then "released my own shame about it," talked to her doctor and got a weight loss medication prescription. "I now use it as I feel I need it, as a tool to manage not yo-yoing," she said, though she declined to name the drug. "The fact that there's a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift, and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for. I'm absolutely done with the shaming from other people and particularly myself."
But her weight loss isn't just down to the medication. "It's everything," she told People. "I know everybody thought I was on it [already], but I worked so damn hard. I know that if I'm not also working out and vigilant about all the other things, it doesn't work for me."

Music star Post Malone lost a lot of weight over the last few years — at least 55 pounds. During an August 2023 appearance on "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast, the "Rockstar" and "Sunflower" performer addressed his slimdown, saying, "I was like 240 and now I'm like 185."
An unhealthy lifestyle, including sugary drinks and other vices, led to his weight gain. "Soda is so bad. It's so good but so bad," he said.

Post Malone first addressed his slimmed-down appearance in an April 2023 Instagram post in which he told fans he started to take his health more seriously after welcoming his first child in May 2022.
"I wanted to say that I'm not doing drugs, I've had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and I'd suppose, performance on stage. I'm having a lot of fun performing, and have never felt healthier," he wrote. "I guess dad life kicked in and I decided to kick soda and start eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel," he continued, adding, "Next up is smokes and brews, but I like to consider myself a patient man… lol!"

Country music singer Lainey Wilson — seen here in June 2021 — has noticeably slimmed down in recent years — but contrary to reports, she hasn't lost 70 pounds, and she didn't do it by using weight-loss gummies.
"I am sure some of you have seen some ads about me losing weight and being hospitalized and taking some weight loss gummies and blah, blah, blah, to save my life – well, surprise, it ain't true," she said in an Instagram video in June 2023. "People will do whatever to make a dollar even if it is lies because ain't nobody sent me any gummies. If I have lost weight, it's because I am working hard playing hour-and-a-half shows and running around every night of my life."
The "Yellowstone" actress continued, "To be honest, me losing weight or gaining weight ain't got anything to do with my music. I love y'all, but I don't want you spending your money on something that ain't real – don't fall for it. But I tell you what, it would be real nice if they made some gummies that made your a** tell the truth!"
That said, Lainey has toned and tightened up some things — and shed some pounds — in recent years. Keep reading to learn how much she really lost and to see her in November 2023…

In an August 2023 interview with country music radio show "Big D & Bubba," singer and "Yellowstone" actress Lainey Wilson cleared up rumors about how much weight she's really lost, shooting down widespread reports that she shed 70 pounds.
"Hell no! No, and I hope you know those [ads for weight-loss] gummies are fake. Y'all, I literally had family members believe that I was taking these gummies and they were like, 'Does it work?'"
However, she confirmed, "I have lost weight — I probably lost about 20 pounds."
Lainey showed off her slimmed-down figure in one of her trademark bell-bottom looks at the 2023 CMA Awards in November 2023.

In August 2023, "Ex's & Oh's" singer Elle King opened up on Instagram about her health journey. The 5-foot-3 musician revealed how she's slimmed down and found strength — physical and mental — after struggling at 284 pounds while pregnant with her first child in 2021.
"Almost 2 years postpartum ! I am making this post to share my journey from 284 lbs at 5'3 from pregnancy 2021 – now 2023. It doesn't happen over night. It didn't even happen in a year for me. In fact, it's an on going still working towards ever changing goals kinda thing," she began her lengthy post.
"So why am I sharing this? I fell into a very deep depression during my pregnancy. I also didn't even realize how intense postpartum depression is and was until I very slowly began to crawl out. I felt trapped in my body. I couldn't even sing. So I started slow. Metabolic workouts. Light cardio to warm up my body, my lungs, my voice, and my spirit. I am a creature of habit, so I changed my f—— habits," she continued.

"Ex's & Oh's" singer Elle King revealed on Instagram in August 2023 — the same month she's seen here — that after she began to change her habits following the birth of her first child in 2021, "Every few weeks I feel my body getting stronger. I add more workouts, I exercise with @pauldominic_ who is basically a body builder. But if you don't have one of those then YOU have to be your own champion. Find music you like! Ride a bike! Go for a swim!" she shared alongside a video showing how she fits in workouts while touring.
"I thought I wanted to lose weight, but it's so much more. My BRAIN functions better on the days I move my body," she explained. "Some days I count stretch marks. Some days I hug myself and say thank you to my body. Today is a kind day. I've been tiny, I've been huge, BUT RIGHT NOW IM HEALTHY."
She also preemptively shot down any claims she's using meds to slim down. "I can't believe that I even have to say this, but no, I am not on any weight loss medication," she wrote. "I have PCOS and am pre-diabetic. My diabetic grandfather died when I was 10 years old. I watched him prick his finger and give himself shots. I do not judge anyone who is trying to live a healthier life. I can only share MY OWN JOURNEY! I just hope to live a long, wonderful, healthy life where I can drink a lot, eat fish, laugh as much as I can, and die happy."

Actor Billy Gardell weighed more than 370 pounds at his heaviest when he starred on the sitcom "Mike & Molly," which aired from 2010 to 2016. But during the coronavirus pandemic — after he accepted advice to undergo bariatric weight loss surgery to help minimize his COVID risk (the surgery, however, is "just a tool," Billy told "Entertainment Tonight" in September 2022, adding that "the real battle is still in [the mind]") — he worked hard to have a better relationship with food and start on a health journey that saw him lose more than 150 pounds while starring on the sitcom "Bob Hearts Abishola."

"I float between 205 [pounds] and 210 [pounds now]" after losing more than 150 pounds, "Mike & Molly" and "Bob Hearts Abishola" star Billy Gardell (pictured here in March 2023) told "Entertainment Tonight" in April 2023. "Self-care is important, and I think I finally got there … I think you got to find peace with yourself and at some point, look in the mirror and go, 'You know, it's probably time to take care of you.' And I didn't get that note early on. But I'm a big believer that when you get it, you get it. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as you get it."
Setting an example for his son was also a motivating factor for Billy. "When you hit 50, you start doing that dad math, like, 'If I can live 25 more years, and he'll be 40' … You know what I mean? So I want to be here for him," he told "ET." "I've been an example in a lot of good ways for my child, but I feel like I wasn't a good example of health for him. And so I want him to see that. It doesn't matter what age you are, if you are willing to do something a day at a time, you can change anything."

In May 2023, Sharon Osbourne — seen here in October 2022 — opened up on her U.K. show "The Talk" about using semaglutide, an anti-diabetes and obesity medication sold under the brand names Ozempic and Wegovy — and shared how much weight she lost in four months…

Sharon Osbourne opened up in May 2023 about her recent use of a popular injectable weight-loss drug, though she didn't specify which one she took. "I took it for four months and I lost 30 pounds, but like everything, there's always no quick recipe. I was very sick for a couple of months. The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous," Sharon — seen here at an Oscar party in March 2023 — explained. "Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever. But listen, I took it for four months, I lost 30 pounds. I've just shoved two chips in my mouth, while we had the break, and I eat normally now, and I haven't put on a pound. Nothing."

David Harbour gained weight to play an aging out-of-shape hero in 2021's "Black Widow." "I got up to 280 pounds, and I loved it," he told The New York Times. He then dropped about 75 pounds for his role on "Stranger Things" — his character, Hopper, is held captive by Russians at a labor camp — and took to Instagram in July 2022 to show off some incredible before-and-after photos of his body transformation… Keep reading to see him looking ripped in a shirtless selfie and learn more about his slimdown…

David Harbour underwent a major physical transformation from season 3 to season 4 of "Stranger Things," slimming down significantly. "My trainer @davidhigginslondon worked with me for 8months to make the transformation, and then another year to keep it through the pandemic. All told it was a difficult and exciting ride, changing diet and exercise plans (or lack thereof)," the 6-feet-3-inch actor shared on Instagram in July 2022 alongside this shirtless "after" photo of himself in character as Hopper (he explained in his post that "the black x's are for cgi scarring because of problems with the practical effect.") He continued, "All told I lost over 75lbs. 265-270 in season 3 and all the way down to 190 when we shot." However, he added, he "recently ballooned up again to play jolly ole st. Nick in a flick I can't wait for you to see this [2022] holiday season, so I am struggling to fight back down towards a good weight for wherever hopper ends up in season 5. All this up and down is not good for the body, and I'll have to give it up soon, but it is such a fun part of the job to live in a different version of your skin for a while."

For season 5 of his Adult Swim series, "The Eric Andre Show," comedian Eric Andrew gained 40 pounds. For season 6, he lost it and, as he told GQ in June 2023, "I got ripped and shredded up. Neither was fun. Getting fat, at first, is fun. I was eating pizza every night and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and piña coladas. But you start getting depressed. Getting ripped, you look good in the mirror and you're happy with what you see but you're hungry — and you can't drink alcohol … You get these pre-made meals that become just boring and dreadful after a while."
In six months — from October 2022 to March 2023 — he went from 213 to 173 pounds and under 9% body fat. Keep reading to find out how he did it and see the results…

Comedian Eric Andre lost 40 pounds in six months between 2022 and 2023, going from 213 to 173 pounds, by working with three trainers, getting eight hours of sleep a night and, as he explained to Men's Health, working with a nutritionist who had him eating 1,800 to 2,000 calories a day ("That's actually the most crucial part of it — the calorie counting. If you're only going to take away one thing from the bulls** that I'm saying, it's calories in, calories out. The apps really help — MyFitnessPal and all that s***," Eric further told GQ). His diet consisted of "a lot of meat. For muscle, you need meat. I would have a ton of chicken, fish, turkey, no-sodium tuna and steak. … And then tons of fruits and veggies." Eric also gave into cravings sometimes, explaining that if he was losing his mind and needed "a bite of ice cream or chocolate, just have it. Satiate the craving and then go back to the healthy food."
Eric admitted he wasn't pleasant to be around when he was slimming down. "It was nice fitting into all my old jeans and shorts … [but] I remember being irritated. There is a reason skinny people are b****** and fat people are jolly. Fat people are happy — sumo wrestlers, Santa Claus. Skinny people have f****** attitudes because they're f****** starving," he told GQ. "I say stay fat. If you're fat or chubby, stay that way. I felt great… but it wasn't worth cutting out French fries."
He also confessed he didn't keep all the weight off. "In fact, as soon as we wrapped … I ate an entire pepperoni pizza. And then I went to Portugal and drank my weight in wine," he lamented to GQ. "I got back from the trip and stepped on the scale, and I undid six months of work in about three weeks."

Over the decades, actor Ethan Suplee — seen here in 2020, the same year he started his "American Glutton" podcast, on which he shares the conversations he has with friends and experts about better eating and exercise — has gained and lost more than 500 pounds, he told Men's Health in 2021. When he was 24, the 6-foot-1 "Boy Meets World" and "Wolf of Wall Street" actor weighed 536 pounds and was suffering from congestive heart failure. He continued to struggle with his weight and binge eating as he checked into a treatment center for drug and alcohol addiction. He got sober and as time went on, he learned how to focus on his health and by 2021 was down more than 280 pounds, tipping the scales at 255 and 11% body fat, reaching his goal of 9% body fat by October of that year.

Jessica Simpson's weight famously fluctuated for years as she welcomed three kids with husband Eric Johnson. She credited Weight Watchers with helping her ditch nearly 60 pounds after welcoming daughter Maxwell in 2012, then used WW to slim down again after giving birth to son Ace in 2013. Later, in her 2020 memoir, "Open Book," the "Newlyweds" reality star revealed that she had two tummy tucks in 2015. "I wanted to get rid of the stretch marks and loose skin left sagging from my back-to-back pregnancies," she wrote. Then Jessica got pregnant with her third child, Birdie Mae, in 2018 — she's pictured here that October — and gained more weight than she wanted to.

She worked out three days a week for 45 minutes a session and followed his Body Reset Diet.

"Long term consistency is the only way to true weight loss," Tony wrote alongside photos of his slimmed-down frame. In June 2023, former CNN Chairman and CEO Chris Licht — pictured here a month earlier, before he left the news network after a year-long tenure — was the subject of a headline-making profile in The Atlantic in which he spoke about, among many things, his 50-pound weight transformation. The reporter followed Chris — who weighed 226 pounds in 2020 and slimmed down to 178 pounds by March 2023 — to his elite J Train gym in New York City and interviewed his trainer. However, though it espoused Chris's commitment to skipping meals and early morning training sessions, the article didn't mention what sources told outlets including Page Six and DailyMail.com was an open secret among colleagues. "He told me he was on Ozempic," a senior CNN staffer told DailyMail.com, referring to the medication used to treat Type 2 diabetes that's also used to achieve major weight loss thanks to the appetite-suppressing qualities of its active ingredient, semaglutide. "I was impressed that he was so open about it as he looks great. People read that paragraph in that Atlantic story and were floored he was leaving out the real secret to losing all his weight: Ozempic." Another source told Page Six that Chris "was the first person I ever heard the word Ozempic from — this [was in] 2021."

In April 2022, actress, writer and producer Mindy Kaling opened up about slimming down — and why she waited to do it — after welcoming her second child, son Spencer. "I had my son in the first year of the pandemic in September 2020… It was this almost extended maternity leave. I wasn't going to be on camera, the studios were shut down. … After I had my daughter [Katherine in 2017] I had to shoot a movie like, two months later, so I was very much like, 'Just give me grilled salmon and sautéed spinach. I'm going to eat that for three months,'" she explained to "Entertainment Tonight." "Superstore" star Lauren Ash (seen here in 2019) opened up about her dramatic weight loss — and the backlash she's received because of it — in a May 2022 Instagram post. "You know what's fun? After losing a significant amount of weight over the previous year, "Superstore" star Lauren Ash shared this photo of herself on Instagram in May 2022 and hit back at those who criticized her for slimming down. "To the people who have DMed me this week telling me I'm no longer a role model because I lost weight, I guess my question is, why was my body the only thing that gave me value as a role model? I've never once promoted weight loss, nor would I ever. I just happen to be in a body that's smaller right now than it was a year ago. And god willing, if I'm privileged enough to walk this earth for a long life, my body will expand and contract and change many times over," she explained. "And to the COUNTLESS people asking me my 'secret,' please stop. There is no secret. I removed stress from my life. That's it. It's amazing what our bodies hold onto when in a prolonged state of stress." Lauren went on to add that she's "always posted photos celebrating my body. I'm not going to stop now. I'm more confident and happier than ever before in my life and I enjoy commemorating that with fashion posts and all that fun stuff. If you don't like it, and it's upsetting to you, please unfollow and no need to inform me that you did. I honestly never expected the vitriol I've experienced over the past week simply because I've lost weight."

In February 2022, Ree Drummond took to her blog to share photos of herself one year after she began her weight loss journey. In her post titled "10 Things I've Learned About Losing Weight, One Year After I Started," Ree explained how she ended up 55 pounds down in 12 months. "I didn't use a trainer, I didn't do Keto or Paleo or follow an official diet, I didn't eat specialty foods, and I didn't do intermittent fasting. Those things work for lots of people, which is wonderful! I just hadn't had success with them," she shared. So what did she do? "I ate fewer calories. I consumed smaller portions. I weighed my food. I walked and did the rowing machine. I built muscle by lifting weights and doing lunges and squats. I ate more protein, ate less sugar and drank no alcohol. I used an app called Happy Scale to track my daily weight. I switched to a standing desk and generally tried to stand and move more." She's seen here with son Bryce Drummond in December 2021.

Comedian Tom Arnold has made some major lifestyle changes — which led to a 75-pound weight loss — after suffering a ministroke in January 2022 (he's pictured here just days before suffering the medical incident). "The enemy of success for me was spontaneity with food," he told People magazine, explaining, "Some days I would graze all day, on days I would have to film I might eat 6,000 calories at 9 p.m. after a long day of eating nothing … the problem was there wasn't any structure." After suffering the ministroke while giving his two kids their baths one night, "I knew I needed to make bigger changes because I really dropped the ball on self-care these last few years." On July 4, 2022, Tom Arnold took to Instagram to share the results of his incredible weight loss — he went from 285 pounds to 210 pounds — over the previous six months. "Happy 4th of July. Today I'm celebrating my independence from 75 nasty pounds since January," he captioned this snapshot, adding a thank you to the coach who helped him do it, Charles D'Angelo. The "True Lies" actor told People magazine that Charles helped him realize he needed to put himself first if he wanted a future and also worked to help him change his mindset. "We all know what we need to be doing, but getting yourself to do it can be a different story," Tom explained. "Having someone in your corner who cheers you on but also calls you out and challenges you is crucial. Charles has been that for me." Now, Tom eats healthy meals throughout the day instead of consuming all his calories at night or sporadically and has "made exercise a ritual," he shared. "First thing out of bed each day, no matter where I am, I'm on the elliptical [machine] for 30-60 minutes," he said. "The kids and I leave for school at 7 a.m., so my morning at home begins at 5:30 a.m. At first, the kids would come out and want to talk, now, they both say 'Dad has to do this for his mental health,' so it's modeling great habits for them. I don't run to food to escape my feelings or stress any more, I have a plan and I follow it, that's it."

"I want to be here for her as long as I can." Raven explained that with Miranda's "help and guidance and love and fantastic cooking skills, she helped me kick sugar. I say kick sugar because it is an addictive drug. I was addicted to it in wheat form, in regular form, and it's out of my system." Raven joked that her food vice was "a fish filet with an extra packet of ketchup on Fridays." Now, she explained, "I eat cookies, but they're Keto-friendly, and I [eat] whole food."

Shannon Beador has talked openly about her weight struggles on "The Real Housewives of Orange County," including in 2017 as she coped with a split from her husband, David Beador. "I realized after my separation and divorce that I can stand on my own two feet. I can take care of myself and my family, I'm gonna be OK, so that was kind of one hurdle. And then it came to the physical appearance, and I would always lose half of the 40 pounds and then I'd gain it back," she later told Page Six. "I just finally said, 'This has gotta stop. You need to make the commitment and just keep following through this time.'" She's continued to work on it and in January 2022 revealed some impressive results…

Jacob Batalon showed off his 112-pound slimdown on the red carpet of the premiere of "Spider-Man: No Way Home" in December 2021. He told Men's Health that same month, "Even when I wasn't doing anything physical, I found myself getting sleepy at work and it was because of all the fat food I was eating. I felt like I could barely walk upstairs without being out of breath, and this one day I kind of just saw myself without a shirt on and it was just ridiculous." Back in 2018, Tyler Whitman — a real estate agent who joined the cast of "Million Dollar Listing: New York" in 2019 — took to Instagram to reveal his incredible 200-pound weight loss. In December 2021, he wrote an essay for "Today" reflecting on his epic slimdown journey, which has seen him keep the weight off. The Bravo star said he hit his rock bottom in December 2015 when, at 300 pounds, he nearly passed out at a Phish concert. "I was sobbing, humiliated," he wrote. "I said to [my friend], 'I am taking care of this. I am so done.'" He'd struggled for years and tried every diet there was — he's said he gained and lost 100 pounds many times over — before ultimately deciding to undergo gastric sleeve surgery. "That, plus exercise and a healthy diet, worked for me," he said. Tyler lost 200 pounds in a year and remains in great shape today. "You know those before-and-after photos of people who have lost a lot of weight? Instead of before and after, I prefer to say past and present — because it's not as though the work is done," he explained. "This transformation is something I have to show up for and do work for every day."

Back in 2012, fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld rudely called Adele (seen here in 2008) "a little too fat." The following year, he said the Grammy winner was "roundish." Fans were appalled, but the singer claimed she was never affected by fat-shaming. "I've never seen magazine covers or music videos and been like, 'I need to look like that to be a success,'" she told "60 Minutes" in 2012. "I don't want to be some skinny mini with my t*** out. I really don't want to do it and I don't want people confusing what it is that I'm about." But she did make some personal changes for her health after she became a mom. At the same time Adele dropped "Hello" — her first new single in three years — in 2015, she revealed she'd dropped a few pounds as well. Although she never shared how much weight she lost, the Grammy winner did reveal she was hitting the gym to prep for a world tour. In late 2019 and early 2020, new photos of the singer — including some she posted on Instagram herself — revealed she'd lost even more weight: reportedly 100 pounds! Next, see her in October 2020…

Adele delivered laughs (but no new music!) when she hosted NBC's "Saturday Night Live" on Oct. 24, 2020. During her monologue, she showed off her trim figure and quipped, "I know I look really, really different since you last saw me but actually, because of all the COVID restrictions and the travel bans, I had to travel light and only bring half of me — and this is the half I chose." A year later, Adele opened up about what fueled her 100-pound weight loss to Vogue in a November 2021 cover story. According to the mother of one, who was coping with a split from her husband, she discovered that hitting the gym helped with her mental health. "It became my time. I realized that when I was working out, I didn't have any anxiety. It was never about losing weight." The singer added, "I thought, If I can make my body physically strong, and I can feel that and see that, then maybe one day I can make my emotions and my mind physically strong." Keep reading to see Adele in 2021 as she prepared to release a new album: "30."

Adele showed off her hourglass figure when she performed on the CBS special "Adele One Night Only," which aired on Nov. 14, 2021, to promote her latest album "30." "My body's been objectified my entire career," Adele said in an interview for the cover of the November 2021 issue of Vogue. "It's not just now. I understand why it's a shock." She added, "I understand why some women especially were hurt. Visually I represented a lot of women. But I'm still the same person." The "worst part of the whole thing," she explained, "was that the most brutal conversations were being had by other women about my body. I was very f****** disappointed with that. That hurt my feelings." On the 2021 CBS special, Adele opened up even more in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, explaining that working out quelled her "terrifying anxiety attacks" and helped her, with the help of a personal trainer, get to the point where she was dead-lifting 160-170 pounds. She again reflected on the judgement she got surrounding her weight loss. "I was body positive then and I'm body positive now," Adele said. "But it's not my job to validate how people feel about their bodies. And I feel bad that, you know, it's made anyone feel horrible about themselves. But that's not my job. … I'm trying to sort my own life out. I can't add another worry."

In August 2020, fans noticed that Kelly Osbourne (seen here in October 2020) was looking slimmer than ever in some of her Instagram photos, which led Kelly to confirm that she'd indeed lost a significant amount of weight — 85 pounds, she said. Days later on an episode of the "Hollywood Raw" podcast, the TV host revealed she'd undergone gastric sleeve surgery to help her achieve her weight-loss goal. "All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago," she said, adding, "I will never, ever, ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done." She explained that she "had to do a year of stand-alone therapy to prepare myself for the surgery before I even had it. What people don't realize is it cuts out this hormone that if you have addiction issues, it stops your craving, and it makes you not emotionally eat, and that was a huge problem for me." She said getting sober beforehand helped and warned, "All [the surgery] is is a push in the right direction. It doesn't solve all your problems… It's not a quick fix."

In March 2021, "Perfect Strangers" alum Bronson Pinchot revealed he'd lost an incredible 60 pounds, sharing the before-and-after photos on Instagram. The first pic (seen here) was taken in 2017 when he was filming "Battle of the Network Stars." He told Page Six that he started his slim-down in May 2020 after he saw the snapshot shortly after coronavirus lockdowns began and thought, "There was an old fat guy." The "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" actor — who's now vegan — said he went through his pantry and fridge and got rid of all the junk food "and then I just put healthy food in the house and I said, 'OK, puppy, you can have whatever's there.'" It was difficult — he admitted he sometimes couldn't sleep because of hunger pangs — but in six months, he'd dropped the weight by following a "self-designed healthy plant-based eating program," he explained on Instagram.

"And they fit," he said. "And I thought, 'I'm pretty sure I'm the only 61-year-old within a 10-mile radius that's getting into his clothes from when he was a 26-year-old doing two aerobics classes a day.' And that feels pretty good. That feels pretty good."
