Let's start with the obvious… According to Parade, Kourtney Kardashian is worth a whopping $65 million. (That's more than sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner but significantly less than Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.) She reportedly banked around $4.5 million per season for recent seasons of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," though much of her wealth comes from various endorsement deals. She also added to her income in 2019 when she launched her Poosh lifestyle and e-commerce brand. In March 2022, Variety reported that Kourt and the rest of her famous family are banking a nine-figure salary for the first season of their new reality show, Hulu's "The Kardashians," which they'll split equally. And they've already started shooting the second season — cha-ching!

According to the New York Post, Kourtney Kardashian dropped $12M on a fully furnished six-bedroom home in a gated community near Palm Springs, California, in May 2021. The property, which was newly constructed at the time, features a pool, an attached guesthouse and stunning panoramic views of a nearby mountain range. It wasn't her first time dropping an insane amount of dough on a real estate deal…

In 2014, Kourtney Kardashian dropped $8.5 million to snap up former professional football player Keyshawn Johnson's 12,000-square-foot home in a gated community in Calabasas, California. The six-bedroom house — which sits on 1.86 acres of land — features nine bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, a theater, a spa, a sauna and an elevator. It also has a pool and a basketball court.

When Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to son Mason Disick in December 2009, she didn't just welcome her first child… She also welcomed millions of fans into the delivery room with her: Kourtney and then-partner Scott Disick recorded Mason's birth — including the moment when the reality star reached down and pulled out her firstborn with her own hands — and shared the footage with E! for the finale of the fourth season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." It's still widely regarded as one of the wildest moments in television history!

No gift cards for Travis Barker! Kourtney Kardashian dropped the big bucks to swoop up a vintage Buick GNX for her fiancé when he turned 46 in November 2021. The blink-182 drummer took to Instagram to share a slideshow of photos showing off his new ride: "When your dream girl gets you your dream car," he wrote in the caption. Replied Kourtney in the comments section, "You deserve the world." …Which she can most certainly afford! (According to MotorBiscuit, a different Buick GNX sold for $205K in May 2021, so it's likely the reality star spent somewhere in that ballpark for the whip.)

Just call her Kourtney Claus! HollywoodLife reported in December 2021 that, according to a source, Kourtney Kardashian "spends tens of thousands of dollars at Christmas on her family" and "wouldn't have it any other way." Yeah, we bet: That's practically chump change when you're worth $65 million and counting!

Only a Kardashian can make it snow in SoCal! In December 2021, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker transformed one of their homes in Calabasas, California, into a winter wonderland in honor of both Christmas and his daughter Alabama Barker's 16th birthday on Christmas Eve. (They're pictured here with Alabama, plus the mother of three's youngest child, son Reign Disick, and Travis's two older children, son Landon Barker and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, whom he raised with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.) The couple took to their Instagram Stories to share videos of themselves sledding down a snow-covered hill despite the warm weather in the Los Angeles area at the time. The celebration also featured an In-N-Out Burger truck, which costs a minimum of $1,400 to book. On top of all that, Kourtney gifted the birthday girl $500 Gucci slides and a stunning anklet dripping in diamonds.

Kourtney Kardashian majorly bummed out fans when her lifestyle and e-commerce brand, Poosh, dropped its 2021 holiday gift guide. She and other members of her famous family recommended a wide range of expensive products — from a $500 vase to a $500 kitchen composter. Kourtney's personal contribution to the gift guide? She recommended a $518 Infrared Sauna Blanket. Maybe next time they'll suggest a few items that normal people can afford!

A box of chocolates for Kourtney Kardashian on Valentine's Day? Yeah, right! In February 2022, the reality star took to her Instagram Story to show off her gift from her mother, Kris Jenner: a hot-pink Louis Vuitton bag from late designer Virgil Abloh's final runway collection. The price tag? A cool $10K.

In April 2019, Kim Kardashian shocked her Instagram followers when she shared a photo of herself and sister Kourtney Kardashian dropping off two of their kids — Kim's daughter North West and Kourtney's daughter Penelope Disick — at school following their spring break vacation. "Spring Break is over," the reality star captioned the sweet family photo — which shockingly revealed that little Penelope, who was only 6 at the time, was wearing $400 Gucci loafers. Playground-appropriate footwear? If you're Kourtney Kardashian's child, absolutely!

Kourtney Kardashian's daughter, Penelope Disick, also caused a stir in August 2018 when her dad, Kourtney's former long-term partner Scott Disick, took to his Instagram Story to share a shot of her sitting in a car while rocking a $2,000 white Fendi purse. (We have to wonder what Penelope, who was 6 at the time, could've been carrying around in a $2K handbag — a small doll or stuffed animal, perhaps?) It's possible Penelope borrowed the completely sold-out bag from her mom: "She likes to wear my bags a lot and I love mini bags, so I take a lot of her bags too," Kourtney told People earlier that summer. Would you let your 6-year-old borrow your $2K sold-out Fendi purse?!

You can get a decent beach cruiser for less than $200, but no simple set of wheels will do when you're Kourtney Kardashian's baby bro! The reality star teamed up with fiancé Travis Barker to scoop up an $800 SE Bikes bicycle for brother Rob Kardashian when he turned 35 in March 2022.

In December 2018, Kourtney Kardashian took to her Instagram Story to show off the present her eldest child, son Mason Disick, received from grandma Kris Jenner on his 9th birthday: a padded baroque-print Versace coat, which retails for more than $3K. "When @krisjenner takes him shopping," the mother of three captioned the shot. (As if she wouldn't buy something so ostentatious for her son herself!) But Mason isn't the only Kardashian kid who's rocked a seriously expensive coat…

In December 2021, Kourtney Kardashian took to Instagram to share a slideshow of mirror selfies with her daughter, Penelope Disick. The problem? Her mini-me, who was just 9 at the time, was wearing a $1.8K Gucci coat … which she's sure to outgrow at any minute. Make it make sense!

On a 2019 episode of "CBS Sunday Morning," Kourtney Kardashian's momager, Kris Jenner, revealed that her daughters each make six figures posting about various products and brands on social media. "My daughters are constantly getting offers to post something for a company or a brand on social media," she said, explaining that fees vary from platform to platform but total up to "definitely six figures."

Kourtney Kardashian caused waves yet again when she took to Instagram in February 2022 to share a slideshow of photos including a shot of her daughter, Penelope Disick, wearing a face mask while curled up in her bed (a king, no less!) with a $1.5K pink Hermès blanket.

How do you say thank you to your dedicated crew after your long-running reality show wraps for good? By gifting them the most luxurious accessories on the market: Rolex watches! In early 2021, TMZ reported that when their E! show wrapped that year, Kourtney Kardashian and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan showed their appreciation to 30 of their loyal crew members by forking over Rolex watches worth about $10K each.

It's never too soon to introduce a Kardashian to the finer things in life! In early 2019, Kourtney Kardashian bought a mini yellow G-Wagon for niece Chicago West's first birthday so that the 1-year-old could match mom Kim Kardashian, who got the real deal the previous summer. Kim took to her Instagram Story on Jan. 16, 2019, to show off the present, gushing in one video, "This is what Chi gets to match Mommy." The toy car likely cost somewhere between $200 and $600. Just one question though: Isn't 1 too young for a mini car?! Not if you're Kourtney Kardashian's niece!
