Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick sued over alleged contest scam
Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick are facing a $40 million class action lawsuit filed by plaintiffs who claim the stars lured them into a fake lottery with no actual winners, TMZ reports. Kim and Scott allegedly promoted the online contest through a partnership with Curated Businesses, promising the winner would receive $100,000, a pair of first-class tickets to Los Angeles, and a three-night stay in Beverly Hills, California, plus a shopping spree. Plaintiffs, however, say nobody ever won the contest, which they claim was a scam created to access and then sell the participants' personal information. The filing goes on to claim those who entered the contest are now being inundated "by hundreds of advertisers, some of which are soliciting the plaintiffs with potentially offensive and unwanted content." Curated Businesses sources tell TMZ they did award the prizes to real winners and maintain they have evidence the whole thing was legit. Although Kim's famous family members helped promote the contest on social media, only Kim and Scott — along with Curated Businesses — are named as defendants.

Uninvited
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were sent an invitation to Queen Elizabeth II's pre-funeral reception. They were then uninvited, and only found out via the press, according to reports. The event, hosted by King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla, will be attended by world leaders and foreign royals. "The invite is for working members of the royal family only," a spokesman for the King told Page Six. Harry and Meghan quit their royal duties in January 2020. "Harry and Meghan actually got the invitation and no-one has actually told them they are uninvited," a source told the New York Post. Another source said, "I'm told they only found out they were uninvited by reading press reports." Regardless, Harry and Meghan have made it a point to not cause waves this week, the report said, noting that they'll do whatever is asked of them. They were, however, "baffled" by the mix up.
Jason Momoa reveals traditional Hawaiian scalp tattoo after shaving his head
Jason Momoa's makeover continues! After shaving his head to raise awareness about the detrimental effects single-use plastics have on the environment, the "Game of Thrones" alum revealed a brand new scalp tattoo on Instagram this week. The traditional Hawaiian design runs along the side of the Hawaii-born star's head — right where some of his long, wavy locks used to be. Shouting out Hawaiian Airlines, which has been carrying his new, sustainably packaged Mananalu Water on its flights, Jason said he was headed to New Zealand before taking off his hat to reveal his new ink in the post. The next day, he shared more details on the new tat. Photos from his tattoo session show Jason being worked on by the traditional Hawaiian tattooist Sulu'ape Keone Nunes. "I have known Jason's father Joe since high school and started talking to Jason over 20 years ago on doing work on him. With family and friends to support him, yesterday was the first step in his journey," the tattoo pro wrote on his own Instagram page. In the comments, Jason replied. "love u unko ❤️❤️❤️❤️so thankful for our time together. look forward to more." Jason's set to star in and write a new series, "Chief of War," about Hawaii's political past, told from the point of view of an indigenous person, Variety reported earlier this year. The Apple TV+ show reportedly starts shooting in Honolulu this month.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's 4-year-old is 'on the fence' about becoming a big brother
Chrissy Teigen is focusing on "hope" as she and John Legend prepare to welcome their third child together after losing their son Jack five months into Chrissy's pregnancy in 2020. "I think with a lot of things that happened to me, when you've seen the worst, or you've been through something incredibly hard, you almost feel ready for anything," she told People this week. "They say you get a thick skin, and it is true. You get a thick skin, and you're able to deal with the emotions better that come with being hurt or let down again. But, of course, it still hurts." Despite their grief, Chrissy and John are happily prepping their kids, Luna, 6, and Miles, 4, to meet their new sibling. Part of that process has been having them interact with the younger kids of the couple's friends. "[Luna's] so nurturing and loving, and so she's just very, very excited," Chrissy tells Entertainment Tonight. "Miles is a little more on the fence, because Luna is always going to be the big girl, right? But Miles is, you know, not going to be the baby anymore," she adds. "We spend a lot more time with him and telling him that he's always going to be our baby boy. … That's it for us. So, I mean, he's going to be the best."
Prince William says Queen Elizabeth's coffin procession 'brought back memories of his mother's funeral'
As Britain continues to mourn the death of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince William is thinking of the events that commemorated the death of his mother, Princess Diana, in 1997. Speaking to one of the many supporters who'd come to Sandringham House to show their respects on Thursday, Sept. 15, William, now the Prince of Wales, admitted the royal family's procession behind the queen's coffin was difficult. "I mean the walk yesterday was challenging, it brought back a few memories …," he told one woman, the BBC reported. William and his brother, Prince Harry, and father, King Charles III, famously processed through London behind Diana's coffin when William was 15 and Harry was 12. Outside the queen's beloved Sandringham House on Thursday, mourner Jane Wells shared with the BBC that when she spoke with William about the procession, "He said how hard it was yesterday because it brought back memories of his mother's funeral." Another mourner, Bex Neeve, told People, "William said he thinks Monday will be hard," referencing the late monarch's upcoming funeral. "[Duchess] Kate said it's been overwhelming, and she and William are very grateful for everyone being here," Bex added. "She was emotional. They seemed like they were here to soak up all the love." The royal family's procession on Wednesday began at Buckingham Palace and ended at Westminster Hall, where the queen will lie in state ahead of the funeral. Queen Elizabeth died on Sept. 8 at age 96. She was Britain's longest reigning monarch, having occupied the throne for more than 70 years.

"Once again, today I am in awe of the Devine Feminine!" Nick wrote alongside a photo of himself with Onyx and Cole. And I promise to love this little girl with all my heart, regardless what anyone says …" The "Wild N Out" host then asked anyone with negative comments to "project all criticism and cynicism towards ME and not the loving and precious Mothers of my children," before heaping praise on new mom, Lanisha, who he said "deserves to revel in this moment of blissful joy of motherhood."
Serena Williams, Rafael Nadal and more react to Roger Federer's retirement
Tennis is losing another legend to retirement. Roger Federer has announced next week's Laver Cup will be his final moment in the pro tennis spotlight after a stunning career that featured 20 Grand Slam titles. The news inspired a slew of celebs, sports stars and others to hop on social media and congratulate Roger and wish him well on his next pursuits. "What. A. Class. Act," posted Serena Williams, who announced this summer that she was "evolving away from tennis." Tennis star Rafael Nadal chimed in as well, telling Roger he looks forward to making new memories as buddies off-the-court. "Dear Roger, my friend and rival," he began. "I wish this day would have never come. It's a sad day for me personally and for sports around the world. It's been a pleasure but also an honor and privilege to share all these years with you, living so many amazing moments on and off the court. We will have many more moments to share together in the future, there are still lots of things to do together, we know that. For now, I truly wish you all the happiness with your wife, Mirka, your kids, your family and enjoy what's ahead of you. I'll see you in London @LaverCup."
