Kim Cattrall shades SJP in reaction to Cynthia Nixon's big news

Is Kim Cattrall still seething over the fact Sarah Jessica Parker publicly dissed her for not wanting to make another "Sex and the City" movie? Yes. Yes she is. Kim and SJP spent months embroiled in a pop culture magazine-based back-and-forth about the would-be third installment of the film, with Sarah blaming Kim for the movie not happening and Kim explaining firmly to multiple reporters that she had no interest in playing Samantha Jones again. The whole thing had mostly simmered out of the news cycle when their former "SATC" costar Cynthia Nixon entered the New York gubernatorial race this week. First, Kristin Davis, Willie Garson and Evan Handler spoke out in support of Cynthia's decision on social media, while SJP and Kim stayed mum on the news. Until Wednesday, March 21, when someone tweeted directly at Kim to ask "What do you think of Cynthia running?!" Matt Bomer buys out theater in hometown so everyone can see 'Love, Simon,' for free

In "Love, Simon," Nick Robinson plays a closeted high school student who falls in love — and is forced to reveal to his family that he's gay. It's been hailed by critics like Screen Rant as a "funny, heartfelt and truly touching teen romantic comedy." Matt Bomer apparently thought it was fantastic, too. That's why he and his husband, Simon Halls, picked up on the tab on an entire theater's worth of tickets to the film in Spring, Texas, where Matt grew up. "Please come see @lovesimonmovie in my hometown of Spring, TX for free! @halls.simon and I bought out the whole screening for you," he wrote on Instagram this week, inviting viewers to attend the 4 p.m. showing of "Love, Simon," on Saturday, March 25, at the AMC Spring 10. "This is an important movie, and a really good one. I know you'll love it so come watch for free this Sunday! #loveislove #hometown #springtx #lovesimon." Speaking to OUT magazine last year, Matt explained that he was growing up in a conservative Christian home when he realized he was gay as a kid. "Telling your family is a huge, huge deal," he said at the time (via People). "I really view my life as divided between the time before I told my parents, and the time after. And the decisions I made, and the life I lived, before and after, are vastly different. It's night and day." Eventually, he was encouraged to tell the truth about himself by someone who was working on a show he was performing in. "I thought, 'If this person can live their truth, what am I doing?'" he said. Finally, he told his parents the truth in a letter. "I would have lost my sense of direction if I tried to do it in person," he said. His parents responded by giving him the silent treatment for six months, but they eventually came around. "I'm here to tell people it can get better," Matt told OUT. "Because I had so many people in my life saying, 'You need to get rid of all expectations — you need to cut them out.' But I was like, 'They're my family.'" "Love, Simon" also stars Jennifer Garner and Josh Duhamel; it's in theaters now.

Felicity Blunt, Stanley Tucci are expecting their second child

Surprise! Turns out Felicity Blunt and Stanley Tucci are expecting a sibling for their son, Mateo. At a screening of Stanley's "Final Portrait" at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City on Thursday, March 22, a glowing Felicity smiled as her husband jokingly showed off her growing bump to friends including Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Felicity's sister, Emily Blunt, also attended the screening, stopping at one point to lovingly rub her sister's belly, according to E! News. Meryl Streep, who worked with both Stanley and Emily on "The Devil Wears Prada," was also on hand to check out the new film, which Stanley wrote and directed. Stanley and Felicity met in 2010 at Emily and Jon Krasinski's wedding; the director and literary agent fell for each other fast and had their own wedding two years later.

"Get that bun a biscuit. 🤰🏼," Khloe did just that, sharing the results of her Popeye's delivery and snack sesh on Instagram Stories (via E! News). "Ok that fulfilled every craving I've been having for Popeyes over the past couple days. Letting the food craving build up is actually better lol I'm so satisfied now. Yum yum! I feel guilty but GREAT," she posted after she and Kourtney indulged in some fried poultry goodness. "Only a few weeks left where I have the excuse to eat like this lol," Khloe joked. Back in January, the mom-to-be blogged about her pregnancy cravings, writing that she gives into them in moderation and isn't "beating myself up about what I'm eating at all" during her pregnancy. "I'm more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I'm going to work off every pound," she added.

A Facebook Live video in which superfans Jaye Hunt and Robert Ackerman posit a conspiracy theory suggesting Lea Michele is illiterate went viral this week — and yes, Lea is aware. Posts about the video flooded Twitter ("me: there's no way i can watch 40 minutes of a lea michele conspiracy theory … me, 40 minutes later: would you like to hear about how lea michele is illiterate. she can't read guys," read one tweet) and eventually, Lea herself chimed in. The actress was responding to a user who pointed out, "I am pretty certain @LeaMichele is laughing her head off right now – it is weird what people come up with," when she admitted she found the whole thing kind of hilarious. "Loved READING this tweet and wanted to WRITE you back😛," Lea joked, using all caps to highlight her ability to, well, read and write. "Literally laughing out loud at all this😂," she added, " love you!!! 😘❤️." In the video, the fans made a case for Lea's alleged illiteracy with evidence including the fact that she only needed "to learn, like, four words" to appear in "Ragtime." As for "Glee"? Prosecutor: Decision about possible charges in Prince's death coming 'in the near future'

More information could be revealed soon regarding Prince's 2016 death. Minnesota attorney Mark Metz told the AP in a statement (via the New York Post) that he's still looking over law enforcement reports that contain data on the investigation into the accidental fentanyl overdose that killed the music icon and that he expects to make a decision about charges connected to the death "in the near future." The information being reviewed won't be made public before that time but Prince's siblings have asked to some of the data. Family members including a cousin and childhood friend of the late singer and guitarist have made it clear they want whomever supplied Prince with the fentanyl that killed him to be held accountable. A local CBS affiliate in Minnesota reported earlier this year that two prescription bottles containing opioids — with the name of Prince's head of security on them — with were found on Prince's property when he died, although they did not contain fentanyl.

If Christina Aguilera looks emotional when she sings her 2002 song, "Infatuation," it's probably because a difficult real-life experience inspired it. As she told contestants on "Untucked," the post-op show for "RuPaul's Drag Race's," she wrote the song about her obsession with a love that would never work out. "It was heartbreaking because I found out he played for your team, not mine," she told the contestants, acknowledging that the man in question turned out to be gay. When one of the queens warned Xtina the guy would probably "see this" and "be mad," the singer simply quipped, "I hope so, girl." Later in the episode, Christina shared some of what she's learned about showbiz with the contestants. "Just keep living," she said (via People). George Clooney thanks student March For Our Lives organizers for 'making me proud of my country again'

As students across the country prepare to protest gun violence with their families, friends and teachers at the March For Our Lives event on Saturday, March 24, George Clooney is assuring the organizers that he and his wife support their cause. Students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, who organized the march after 17 people were killed during a shooting rampage on their campus, edited the new edition of the Guardian and it included a heartfelt message to them from George. "Dear Emma, Lauren and Rebecca, the letter begins. "Thank you for your note and congratulations on the incredible work you and all of your fellow students are doing to make the country a safer place. It's terrific that you're editing the Guardian. It's a stellar newspaper and they must feel honored to be working with you. Amal and I are 100% behind you and will be marching in DC on the 24th, but we both feel very strongly that this is your march. Your moment. Young people are taking it to the adults and that has been your most effective tool. The fact that no adults will speak on the stage in DC is a powerful message to the world that if we can't do something about gun violence then you will. The issue is going to be this, anyone you ask would feel proud to be interviewed by you but it's so much more effective if it's young people." The actor, who donated $500,000 with his wife to support the event, continued: "You could talk to a dozen kids like the young kids from Chicago and LA that Emma met with. You could take over the Guardian and make it tell the stories of children by children. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to point to this moment and say it belongs to you. You certainly should do what you want but that would be my hope for you. Amal and I stand behind you, in support of you, in gratitude to you. You make me proud of my country again. Thank you. All the best, George." The main march takes place in Washington, D.C., but 824 "sibling" events are planned around the world, according to the March For Our Lives website.
