Dionne Warwick tells Jake Gyllenhaal to return Taylor Swift's scarf
Legendary singer Dionne Warwick has some thoughts on Taylor Swift's newly released extended version of "All Too Well," which fans believe reveals new details about Taylor's short-lived romance with Jake Gyllenhaal. Like its predecessor, the new track off "Red (Taylor's Version)" features a lyric about a red scarf that was never returned to Taylor after the relationship fizzled in late 2010. It seems Dionne, 80, is just as offended as the rest of the world's Swifties about the whole scarf situation. "If that young man has Taylor's scarf he should return it," 80-year-old Dionne tweeted on Nov. 15. "It does not belong to you. Box it up and I will pay the postage, Jake," she added. Within a day, the post had nearly 146,000 likes.

Don Johnson responds to Dakota Johnson, Chris Martin engagement buzz
During a Coldplay concert in London last month, Chris Martin made his girlfriend, Dakota Johnson visibly swoon when he called her out in the crowd, saying the next song "is about my universe … and she's here." The adorable moment left some fans predicting an engagement could be on the horizon for the couple. This week, a Fox 5 New York reporter tried to get some dirt on possible wedding plans from Dakota's dad, Don Johnson. "Oh God. I don't think much further than about the next seven to eight seconds," Don joked when asked about his daughter's future, per JustJared. "But listen, if she's happy, I will be happy. He's a lovely guy. And if she decides to get married, I would imagine that there would be grandchildren not too far after that. I'd be pretty excited about that part." Later, the reporter asked the "Miami Vice" alum if he'd had a pre-wedding "talk" with Chris of any kind. "Well, no, we kind of wait until they get a little more confident in their position … a little further down the road with each other," Don said, "… and THEN we have the talk." Why Lady Gaga didn't meet the real-life inspiration for her 'House of Gucci' character
A week before Ridley Scott's "House of Gucci" hits theaters, Lady Gaga opened up to Michael Strahan about the real reason she declined to meet with the woman who inspired her role in the film. In the movie, Gaga plays Patrizia Reggiani, who in 1998 was convicted of having her ex-husband, Maurizio Gucci — of the famous Italian fashion family — assassinated three years earlier. Patrizia served nearly two decades of her 29-year prison sentence. Now 72 and free, Patrizia told the Italian news agency Ansa in March that she was "quite annoyed" Gaga took on the role "without even having the foresight and sensitivity to come and meet me," adding, "It's about common sense and respect." But Gaga saw her job as something more akin to a journalist's approach, she said in a taped interview that aired on "Good Morning America" on Nov. 16. After spending long hours researching the events that transpired in 1995, Gaga said she decided the story was highly "sensationalized," with Patrizia painted as a greedy, jealous ex. "I believe it was love, and I believe it was survival," Gaga said. "I didn't wanna meet her because I could tell very quickly that this woman wanted to be glorified for this murder, and she wanted to be remembered as this criminal," she explained. "I didn't wanna collude with something that I don't believe in. You know, she did have her husband murdered." "House of Gucci" stars Adam Driver as Maurizio. It opens Nov. 24.

George Clooney weighs in on 'insane' 'Rust' shooting
"Infuriating" and "insane." That's how George Clooney described what happened on the set of "Rust" last month, when a gun in Alec Baldwin's hands discharged, killing 42-year-old director of photography Halyna Hutchins. "Why, for the life of me, this low-budget film with producers who haven't produced anything wouldn't have hired for the armorer someone with experience …," George told Marc Maron on the Nov. 15 edition of his podcast, according to CNN. "Maybe they weren't even using that gun to do target practice, but they had live ammo with dummies in her pack and that is insane," George added, referring to the film's 24-year-old armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed. George went on to say he thinks the whole thing was "a terrible accident." Still, the Oscar winner, whose c.v. includes multiple feature-length films in which guns are prevalent, seemed confounded about the fact that industry-standard gun safety protocols seem not to have been followed. "Every single time I'm handed a gun on set, I look at it, I open it, I show it to the person I'm pointing it to, we show it to the crew," he said. "Every single take you hand it back to the armorer when you're done, and you do it again." He added that those procedures "became a very clear thing" after his friend, Brandon Lee, was fatally shot in another terrible accident on the set of 1993's "The Crow." "We need to be better at making the heads of department experienced and know what they're doing. Because this is just infuriating," George continued. "Every time I get handed a six gun, you point it at the ground and you fire. You squeeze it six times. Always." As of Nov. 16, the shooting incident is still under investigation in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Olivia Wilde's kids dance with Harry Styles' mom at Harry's show
Harry Styles took his Love on Tour show to San Diego, California, on Nov. 15, where fans noticed a trio of extra-important VIPs rocking out in an open section of floor right beside the stage. Videos posted on social media show Olivia Wilde's kids, Otis, 7 and Daisy, 5, dancing with Harry's mom, Anne Twist. At one point, Otis held hands with Anne as they rocked out to the One Direction song, "What Makes You Beautiful." Olivia, 37, was first linked to Harry, 27, late last year, around the time they were wrapping production on the film that reportedly brought them together, "Don't Worry Darling," which she directed and in which he stars. Asked about the relationship for a recent interview with Dazed magazine, Harry simply said he tries to "compartmentalize" his "work" and his "personal life." Otis and Daisy's dad is Olivia's ex, Jason Sudeikis.
'Ghostbusters' stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson reunite in NYC
The Big Apple played host to a slew of "Ghostbusters" reunions on Nov. 15. The '80s comedy classic's original ghost-fighters — Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson and Bill Murray — caught up for the New York City premiere of "Ghostbusters: Afterlife." They also stopped by both "The Tonight Show" and "Late Night With Seth Meyers," where the stars talked about the experience of reprising their roles and why it made sense to do so in 2021. While chatting with Jimmy Fallon, Dan, 69, praised Jason Reitman's script, explaining that it was "so full of heart, going right back to the first two movies and its DNA … we just read it and thought, 'This is the right time,'" according to Variety. Bill, 71, jumped in to point out Jason's dad is Ivan Reitman, who directed 1984's original "Ghostbusters" movie. "He had his own take because he grew up as a child of the Ghostbusters in a way. He had something he thought would work as a good story and we all agreed that he got it," Bill said. At the premiere, Ernie was asked why he thinks the franchise has such staying power. "It appeals to multiple generations …," he told "Extra." "It deals with the thing that we all know: we have to cross over at some point." "Ghostbusters: Afterlife" is in theaters Nov. 19.
Brands distance themselves from Travis Scott after Astroworld tragedy
With the Astroworld Festival death toll now at 10, brands are starting to distance themselves from the festival's creator, Travis Scott, who many say should have stopped performing when his audience rushed the stage in Houston on Nov. 5. Travis' rep has said the rapper didn't know the extent of what was happening in the crowd that night while he was onstage, and therefore couldn't have improved the situation, given his vantage point. But more than 100 lawsuits have already been filed against Travis and Live Nation, most of them by attendees who say they were among the 300-plus concertgoers who were injured in the melee. Now, Nike has announced it will postpone the release of Travis' highly anticipated new Air Max 1 x Cactus Jack "out of respect for everyone impacted by the tragic events at the Astroworld Festival." The shoes were originally due out Dec. 16; no new date has been released for their launch. Meanwhile, Page Six reported on Nov. 16 that W Magazine "is desperately trying to pull its upcoming edition," which was slated to feature Travis and his partner, Kylie Jenner, on the cover. Kylie, who's expecting the couple's second child, attended Astroworld with their 3-year-old daughter, Stormi, and her sister, Kendall Jenner. The W issue was reportedly printed before the concert.
