'Issue with women'
After making four movies with Robert Redford over the years, Jane Fonda has determined her longtime co-star and friend "has an issue with women." At least, that's how she put it at a Cannes Film Festival event on Friday, May 26. Jane, 85, reflected on working with Robert, 86, in an in-depth and candid conversation about everything from industry peers to climate change. At one point, Jane said she "was in love with" Robert, her co-star in films like "Barefoot in the Park," "The Electric Horseman" and "Our Souls at Night." Despite her initial romantic feelings, however, she recalled Robert "did not like to kiss," according to Deadline. "I never said anything [to him about it]," she added. "And he's always in a bad mood, and I always thought it was my fault." Jane had one more less-than-glowing observation about the star. "He's a very good person. He just has an issue with women," she said, without sharing details.
By their last film together, 2017's "Our Souls at Night," Jane said she'd stopped taking responsibility for Bob's moods. "What was I, about 80 years old or something like that? And I finally knew I had grown up. When he would come on the set three hours late in a bad mood, I knew it wasn't my fault," she said, adding that the two "always had a good time."

Wigs for sale
Bravo star Kim Zolciak-Bierrmann hopes to turn her trademark long, blonde locks into cash — and a lot of it. This week, the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum added seven wigs from her extensive personal collection to her retail site, The Biermann's Closet, where the (mostly) blonde, lace front wigs are going for as much as $2,750 a pop. (At $1,500, the non-lace, monofilament styles aren't exactly bargain-bin options either.) Kim's wig listings come on the heels of her split from her husband of 11 years, Kroy Biermann, amid news the former couple owes more than $1 million in back taxes. Their home reportedly went into foreclosure earlier this year, although Kim's adult daughters have denied those claims. And earlier this month, Kroy filed legal documents in which he claimed Kim had developed an online gambling problem, according to TMZ. The pair's increasingly bitter — and presumably expensive — divorce also includes a custody battle over their four kids, with Kroy reportedly asking for sole legal and physical custody and Kim wanting sole physical custody with visitation for Kroy.

Tina Turner memorials
Tina Turner will be laid to rest at a "private funeral ceremony attended only by close friends and family," her rep told the Daily Mail on Friday, May 26. The iconic singer and actress died of natural causes at age 83 at her longtime home in Kuesnacht, Switzerland, on Tuesday, after battling high blood pressure for decades, as well as kidney disease, according to her rep. While the official service for Tina will be private, fans have been flocking to her property — a sprawling estate known as Villa Algonquin on the shores of Lake Zurich — since her death, leaving candles, flowers and notes for the late singer at the gates of the mansion. Back in Tennessee, where Tina was born, similar handmade memorials have popped up at the Tina Turner Museum, along with hundreds of fans who've gathered to pay their respects at the former one-room schoolhouse Tina (born Anna Mae Bullock) attended as a girl, according to NPR.
The eight-time Grammy winner relocated to Switzerland in the mid-'90s with her longtime partner, Erwin Bach. The couple reportedly moved into Villa Algonquin in 1998, renting the mansion until shortly after Tina became a Swiss citizen in 2013. She then bought the estate for an estimated $76 million, the Associated Press reported. Tina and Erwin tied the knot in that same home, also in 2013. "When I sit at the Lake Zurich, in the house that I have, I am so serene. I have no problems," she told Gayle King on "CBS Mornings" in 2019. "I had a very hard life that I didn't put blame on anything or anyone. I got through it, I lived through it with no blame and I'm happy."

More dating rumors
Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet are fueling dating rumors once again. On Thursday, May 25, Kylie's black Range Rover SVA pulled up to Timothee's home in Beverly Hills, Calif., around 10 a.m., according to Page Six. The Kylie Cosmetics founder's car didn't stay long, but when it pulled away from the property, a black Escalade was on the road behind it. Since the windows of both cars were tinted, it wasn't clear if the two were heading out somewhere together, though. Kylie was first linked to the "Dune" star last month when the Instagram account Deuxmoi posted that they'd been seeing each other, possibly since January when they allegedly spent time together during Paris Fashion Week. Back in Los Angeles in April, what looked in photos like a taco date followed, though neither star has commented on the rumors. According to an Entertainment Tonight source, Kylie and Timothee's relationship emains casual. "It's been really fun for her because it feels a lot different than her past relationships," the source said. "It's new and exciting for Kylie, and she's having a lot of fun."
Not giving up
Six months after revealing she was diagnosed with stiff person syndrome, Celine Dion has canceled all 42 of the remaining dates on her Courage World Tour. The singer, 55, shared the news on Instagram on Friday, May 26, telling fans she's "so sorry to disappoint all of you once again," and promising not to "give up" as she continues to fight the rare, incurable and progressive neurological disorder. People suffering from stiff person syndrome experience worsening "muscle stiffness … and repeated episodes of painful muscle spasms," according to the National Organization for Rare Disorders. "Unfortunately, these spasms affect every aspect of my daily life, sometimes causing difficulties when I walk and not allowing me to use my vocal chords to sing the way I'm used to," Celine explained in a December 2022 video on social media.
In her post on Friday, she wrote: "I'm working really hard to build back my strength, but touring can be very difficult even when you're 100%. It's not fair to you to keep postponing the shows, and even though it breaks my heart, it's best that we cancel everything now until I'm really ready to be back on stage again. I want you all to know, I'm not giving up… and I can't wait to see you again!" A source close to Celine told CNN on Friday that she's "in a lot of pain" despite "daily physical therapy."
Missing Ray
Friday, May 26, marked one year since Ray Liotta's death, a milestone the "Goodfellas" star's fiancée, Jacy Nittolo, honored with a moving post on Instagram. Alongside a gallery of sweet photos of the two, Jacy revisited the day Ray died in emotional detail. "A year ago today I was on a flight home from the Dominican Republic by myself in shock," she wrote. "My entire world unexpectedly turned upside down. I'll never forget the beautiful woman, a complete stranger, who sat next to me and didn't say a word. She gently grabbed and held my hand the entire flight as I cried and looked out the window. When we landed, she looked at me and said, 'Everything is going to be OK.'" Jacy's next support system came via Ray's sister, Linda, who she met on her connecting flight. "I don't know what I would have done without Linda that night," she admitted. "It's been a heavy year of pain, heartache, healing, growing and accepting what is. Learning to smile at what was. It supposedly gets easier with time. No time will change a loss so great. You just learn to live with it and keep going, trusting that all will be OK." She went on to thank her kids — "you keep me going every single day," she wrote — then revealed she'd lost her grandmother on the same date, May 26, two decades ago. "She helped raise me," Jacy explained. "She was the other love of my life and one of my favorites of all time." Ray died in his sleep on May 26, 2022, as a result of atherosclerotic disease. He was 67.
