According to People magazine, which published exclusive wedding photos, "Big Brother" alum Corey Brooks married Samantha Swanson in a ceremony officiated by former NFL star Matt Leinart at the Malibu Dream Resort in Malibu on July 8. "We're best friends and teammates forever," said the bride. She and the reality star got engaged in May 2022 after first connecting two years earlier on social media.

After Sahara Ray took to her Instagram Story to share a photo of herself kissing Mod Sun, Page Six reported on July 9 that, according to a source, they're not a couple — in spite of how much time they've been spending together lately. "[He's] enjoying being single for the first time in years and having fun. … He's not in a relationship with anyone," a source said of the musician, who split from Grammy nominee Avril Lavigne earlier this year.

"The Crown" star Matt Smith and actress Emma Laird raised questions about the nature of their relationship after they were photographed getting drinks together in London in early July. On July 8, DailyMail.com reported that, according to an onlooker, the duo — who are set to co-star in the upcoming thriller "A Haunting in Venice," which is based on an Agatha Christie novel — "were both looking in great spirits, enjoying several drinks al fresco until the late hours." The age-mismatched pair — he's 40 and she's 24 — "seemed to have great chemistry," the spy said, noting that they left together with the English actor's dog after the pub closed. Photos of their cozy-looking night out on the town show Matt and Emma sharing a big hug… and possibly a kiss!

Over the course of several days starting on July 7, Jonah Hill's ex-girlfriend, Sarah Brady, took to Instagram to share a series of posts accusing the actor of emotionally abusing her during their relationship of about a year. She also called him a "narcissistic misogynist," alleged that he gaslit her and shared screenshots of text messages in which the two-time Oscar nominee laid out his "boundaries for romantic partnership" — in actuality restrictive guidelines outlining activities he expected the professional surfer to refrain from including modeling, surfing with other men, posting pictures of herself in swimsuits and having "friendships with women who are in unstable places and from your wild recent past." Jonah and Sarah called it quits in 2022. He's since moved on with Olivia Millar, with whom he recently welcomed a child.

During an interview with The Independent that debuted online on July 8, Hayley Atwell officially shut down long-standing rumors that she and Tom Cruise were anything more than friendly colleagues. After describing her "Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One" co-star and their director, Christopher McQuarrie, as "sort of two uncles," the Marvel actress said that she found the buzz around her relationship with Tom to be "upsetting." Explained the English actress, "I would be like, 'Ooh, there's some weird rumors, and it feels base, it feels a little dirty, it feels grubby, it's not what I'm about.' Why are things being assumed or projected onto me about my relationship with my work colleague and boss?"
Continued Hayley, who reportedly got engaged to musician Ned Wolfgang Kelly in April following less than a year of coupledom, "It's involving people in my actual life, my personal life, who have to be on the receiving end of that. It becomes invasive."

On July 12, DailyMail.com reported that, according to a source, Kevin Costner's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, believes he's "out for revenge" after she filed for divorce in May. "He wants to humiliate her. … [He's] making Christine's life a living hell for actually going through with the divorce," the source alleged after a judge ruled that Christine has until July 31 to vacate the home she shared with Kevin during their marriage, in accordance with the prenup they signed before they tied the knot nearly two decades ago. "Christine said she wouldn't be surprised if Kevin had her escorted off the property by police. It was Christine who wanted to make this transition as peaceful as possible for the sake of [their three] children. Kevin has done the complete opposite. He's not thinking about the kids, about how traumatizing this is," the source continued.
The "Yellowstone" star has offered to help cover the cost of a new home for Christine, but according to the source, it's "going to cost much more than what he was originally offering" for his ex to find "a suitable place to rent" in the same neighborhood as their former martial home. "He could have made this easy. He could have offered an amount that made it viable to continue living in the community, but he's opted to punish her," the source alleged.

Her apparent VIP access fueled rumors that they're dating — rumors that first kicked off after they were seen together in London in mid-June. It's entirely possible, of course, that the pop star and the "Lost in Space" actress are just good friends.

On July 7 — a day after Ricky Martin and Jwan Yosef announced that they're going their separate ways after six years of marriage — DailyMail.com shed some light on what went wrong: "[They] had an open relationship for most of their marriage and this worked for them, until it didn't. … That being said, neither of them fell in love with someone else. Sex was something they engaged in together and separate with other partners. … Ultimately, they fell out of love. Their passion turned into a friendship and the sex became barely non-existent. … In the end, they decided that it was best for them, their wellbeing and for their kids if they end it amicably," a source said, adding that the couple signed a "tight prenup" before they tied the knot in 2017. "Ricky will likely keep the house but Jwan will remain an important part of his life — and their kids' lives — moving forward. He will be taken care of forever and will not have to worry about his finances, at least until their children are all adults. Ricky knows the value of him being a father in their kids' lives," the source explained.
The insider went on to say that Jwan also struggled with feeling like there was a "huge imbalance" between himself and Ricky, who was "always telling him was not the case." Said the source, "You cannot really hold a candle to a husband who is a world famous millionaire worth over $100 million. Like in many marriages, Ricky was essentially the breadwinner while Jwan took care of the home and the kids while he was busy doing what Ricky does. [However this did] also work well for them because they each played an important role. The fact that Jwan is 13 years younger didn't help. They were a generation apart and from different cultures."

During a July 7 chat with paparazzi in West Hollywood, Kyle Richards denied rumors that she and Morgan Wade are dating: "We are very good friends," she said. When asked if it's "just a rumor" that they're an item, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star responded with a curt, "Yes." Kyle also shot down the main evidence that they're more than friends: their matching tattoos. "[Morgan's] not the only one I have a matching tattoo with," the reality star said, pointing out that she and former co-star Teddi Mellencamp also have matching tattoos.

Famous friends including Randy Jackson, former "The Bachelor" star Colton Haynes, Olympian Adam Rippon and singer Betty Who were on hand for the nuptials along with Scott's Pentatonix bandmates. "I knew pretty early on that Mark was my dream man and I genuinely feel like the luckiest man on earth to get to marry him," gushed Scott, who popped the question in April 2022. Said Mark of his new hubby, "He is truly one-of-a-kind. He leads through life with such a unique, electrifying presence. And of course, he is the most handsome man I have ever laid eyes on. He lights up my life in every single way."

After referencing a time when he "had a girlfriend," the actor-musician said he realized he was "uncomfortable being alone," which he recognized as "a bad thing," so he "decided to just be alone for a while." He also called himself a "relationship person" but said that "casual sex is easier" and acknowledged that he "went through a period" during which he "overdid it" hooking up with people he "wouldn't want to be with." Claimed Dominic, "Now I'm trying to be abstinent, which is really nice." Dominic and Hunter confirmed in early 2022 that they were more than friendly colleagues.

On the July 10 episode of her "Separation Anxiety" podcast with boyfriend Marcus Jordan, Larsa Pippen admitted that she was "kind of embarrassed" when his father, Michael Jordan, recently said that he doesn't approve of their age-mismatched romance: "You thought it was funny. I didn't think it was funny. There's nothing funny about it," the "Real Housewives of Miami" star said, adding that she was "traumatized" by the NBA legend's public rebuke of their relationship — which came not long after Larsa said that their families were happy for them. "I was like, 'What are we going to do? People think I lied.' … [I] said that our parents are fine," she explained before insisting that she "didn't embellish" her previous assessment.
Still, she understands why it might be "awkward" for Michael considering she was previously married to his onetime nemesis, Scottie Pippen: "I do understand that it's not awkward for us to be together because it's us, but it probably is awkward for my ex and your dad because they have their own relationship or whatever it was. I wasn't a part of that. You weren't a part of that. So I feel like for them it probably is weird — it probably is weird for your dad. I can't be mad," she said, adding that she understands her relationship with Marcus is "not ideal" for his father and that in the beginning, it was "a lot of shock value" for their families, who would have preferred they not be together.
Marcus, meanwhile, insisted that his father was just messing around when he told paparazzi that he doesn't approve of their relationship: "He's playing, he's joking, he's laughing, he's just being playful, he's a little lit off the [tequila]. … His goal has always been to stay clear of our relationship," he said. He also noted that Michael told him personally about his interaction with the paparazzi before it made headlines.
Larsa concluded by noting that she and Marcus "talked it through" and are "good right now."

On July 9, Page Six reported that comedian Matt Rife — who enjoyed a highly publicized romance with Kate Beckinsale back in 2017 — is dating Jessica Lord following a recent fling with "Pretty Little Liars" alum Lucy Hale. He's reportedly "smitten" and "pulling out all the stops" to spend time with the "Find Me in Paris" actress amid a breakthrough in his career. A source told the New York Post's gossip column that Matt has been spending any downtime in his career visiting Jessica, traveling great distances to spend even a short period of time with the blonde beauty.

On July 12, People magazine broke the news that "Days of Our Lives" star Jessica Serfaty recently got engaged to Ray-Ban heir Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio at the Conca del Songo restaurant on Italy's Amalfi coast. "The week before Leo asked for my hand, we had been laughing about one another's past engagement stories. Poking fun at all the dos and don'ts that come along with proposals. I was completely taken by surprise when he dropped to one knee. I remember seeing the joy in Leo's face when he couldn't hold it in any longer. He teared up at the end. … It was spontaneous, exciting and beautiful," the actress gushed, adding that they first met at the Cannes Film Festival in 2017 but didn't start dating until earlier this year.
"I saw him a few times in between the next couple of years. It was always warm, but it wasn't our time. We were both in relationships. So cut to this year, Leo wrote me and said he had been thinking about me and asked if I was single. I was. And just like that… Everything else is history," she recalled.
Jessica — who was previously engaged to Firefly CEO Kaan Gunay and dated "Gossip Girl" alum Ed Westwick — said this engagement is different: "The territory of 'Engagement Land' is one I've visited before. This time, it's right. It's the right time, the right one. So the feeling is a feeling of being elated to find home. It's joy, is wild energy, it's calming and comforting," she explained. On July 12, People magazine broke the news that King Calaway lead singer Simon Dumas married his girlfriend of nearly six years, Isabella Guerry, at the Cathedral of St. Mary the Crowned in Gibraltar on June 24. "Once we made it through [being apart for six months during the pandemic], I knew we would make it through everything," said the singer, adding that his relationship with his new wife is "rooted in solid ground" because they "share the same faith" and "started out as best friends before stepping into anything more." The duo met in 2017 while studying at USC in Los Angeles. (Simon, who went to school in Manchester, England, was an exchange student.)
