Angelina Jolie sheds new light on Brad Pitt split, plus more romance updates this week

Another week, another batch of romance updates! Ten months after filing for divorce, Angelina Jolie is finally breaking her silence on her sad split from Brad Pitt. In Vanity Fair's September 2017 issue cover story, which was released on July 26, Angie admitted that their marriage started to fall apart last summer while she was in post-production on the Netflix movie she directed, "First They Killed My Father." "Things got bad," she said. "I didn't want to use that word… Things became 'difficult.'" Angie got "defensive," the article's author, Evgenia Peretz, writes, when she asked her about reports claiming Brad had wanted a more normal, stable life for their family of eight than their famously nomadic, globetrotting one. "[Our lifestyle] was not in any way a negative," Angelina said firmly. "That was not the problem." When the author asked if there was truth to reports suggesting that Brad and Angie's communication has improved in the wake of an initially contentious custody battle, Angelina looked down and paused before saying, "We care for each other and care about our family, and we are both working towards the same goal." If anyone deserves to find love again, it's Celine Dion, who was heartbroken when longtime husband-manager Rene Angelil died in January 2016 following a devastating cancer battle. But almost as quickly as reports emerged romantically linking the French-Canadian chanteuse to her backup dancer, Pepe Munoz — who's also a talented fashion illustrator — came a firm denial from TMZ. Sources told Us Weekly that the former couple have been quietly dating for months and were most recently spotted enjoying some down time together on Martha's Vineyard in May.

New couple alert? Rumors are swirling that legendary music producer David Foster is dating legendary British beauty Elizabeth Hurley. DailyMail.com reported the two were spotted on vacation together in Italy on July 22. David's daughter, actress Sara Foster, posted an image of herself dancing at a nightclub, to which Liz commented, "Must have been after we left," adding a winking face emoji. David and Elizabeth were also seen boarding a private plane together at the end of her trip. David was most recently linked to singer-actress Katharine McPhee and model Christie Brinkley.

Brooklyn Beckham has a new girlfriend: singer-actress Madison Beer of YouTube fame. Page Six reported the news on July 20, revealing that the 18-year-old stars have been seeing each other for a few months now. So far, the good-looking couple has been spotted at a concert in Santa Clarita, California, and out and about in Los Angeles.

In June, OK! magazine reported that Charlize Theron was quietly dating model Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry's ex, after photos of them together at the Santa Monica Pier surfaced. But Charlize has since poured cold water on the story. On the July 23 episode of "Watch What Happens Live," she told Andy Cohen it's not true. "No! No! I've never met him," she said. "I met him for like three seconds, like, passing I was just like, 'hi!' because our kids go to the same school." She insists she'd rather not date another celeb. On July 3, comedy star Kevin Hart was photographed and videotaped spending time in a car at 5 a.m. outside his Miami Beach hotel with a brunette woman who's not his wife. A few weeks later, Radar Online published the images, which led to speculation that he'd cheated. He's since spoken out to deny he's been unfaithful to his wife of almost a year, Eniko Parrish, who's pregnant. "It's absolutely not true," Kevin told "Entertainment Tonight" on July 20. "It's Miami, the clubs close at 6 a.m., so I was actually going home early." One day earlier, he appeared to address the brewing scandal on Instagram. "#LiveLoveLaugh …..SMDH," he captioned a photo of himself holding a phone and laughing bordered by the words, "At the end of the day, you just gotta laugh at the BS."

There's a new man in Lily Collins' life — but he's actually an old one! On July 20, JustJared identified the tall, handsome guy Lily was seen kissing and spending time with while vacationing in Italy earlier in the week: He's old high school classmate Jason Vahn. JustJared reports that he and Lily both graduated from Los Angeles' prestigious Harvard Westlake school in 2007 and that Jason is now an investment analyst at Canyon Capital Advisors. His mother is "Dallas" actress Stephanie Blackmore.

Life is imitating art for another pair of stars: People and E! News report that "Riverdale" actors Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse are dating in real life — just like their characters, Betty and Jughead. On July 24, People reported that Lili was seen wearing Cole's maroon blazer at Entertainment Weekly's Comic-Con party, "and the two were later seen canoodling, holding hands and kissing." The next day, E! reported that multiple eyewitnesses had shared that the actors "could not keep their hands off of one another" during Comic-Con 2017 events in San Diego.

Katharine McPhee has a new man. The singer-actress is dating Nick Harborne, the co-founder and creative director of Whiskey Wisemen. He shared an Instagram selfie of the two of them together on July 19, captioning it "Kat's out the bag…" — the same day he and the "Scorpion" star were spotted having lunch together at Fred Segal in West Hollywood. The pair were also photographed hiking together in Los Angeles on July 22.

No catfishing here! The host of MTV's "Catfish," Nev Schulman, is officially off the market! The TV personality married Laura Perlongo on July 22 in East Hampton, New York. The pair, who share 9-month-old daughter Cleo, wed in Nev's parents' backyard. "I never imagined I could be this happy," he told People. Tyga has finally opened up about his failed romance with Kylie Jenner. On July 20, he sat down for a chat on Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club" show and said he's good after splitting with the reality star earlier this year. "I mean, I have love for her. But, like, I'm not in love no more," the rapper said, according to People. "When it was good, it was good. When it was bad, it was really bad," he added of their two-year romance. As for why they finally broke up — he said it was seven months ago, much long than had previously been reported — "It was a lot of outside influences," he explained. "She's younger than me so she's dealing with perception. I'm older so I can deal with, like, perception. For her, growing up how she grew up, image and perception is everything. Then on July 23, Amanda and Robby went to Malibu Wines to celebrate Raven Gates' birthday. So are they a new couple? "Robby and Amanda have been spending a lot of time together," a source told E!. After a year and a half of dating — and some bumps along the way — it's over for Pauly D and Aubrey O'Day. The pair, who met on the first season of E!'s "Famously Single," went public with their romance in early 2016. But on July 25, E! reported that they've split for good. "Pauly is the one that broke up with Aubrey," said an insider. "She was pressuring him to get a ring, and he was not there yet. They are done. He hopes to remain friends with her, [but] she is pretty upset."

Former child stars Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song were photographed after leaving what multiple outlets have described as a dinner date in Los Angeles on July 23. Though they were careful not to be snapped together, both were spotted exiting Craig's restaurant and getting into the back seat of the same car, which was being driven by pal Seth Green. Both the "Home Alone" alum and the former Disney actress appear in the upcoming film "Changeland," which Seth directed.

The latest model in Justin Bieber's life? Audreyana Michelle. The Biebs and the beauty were photographed hiking together on July 23, though it's unclear if they're just friends or could be more. On July 21, Audreyana, tweeted about being "so in love" but didn't elaborate who or what she was referring to in her post.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star David Parnes is, ahem, off the market! The British reality TV realtor and longtime girlfriend Adrian Abnosi tied the knot in France on July 23. The couple, who married at the historic Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, reported DailyMail.com, were surrounded by 200 of their closest friends including fellow Bravo star Kyle Richards. "I looked at her and I really liked her because she's beautiful and gave off a lot of energy.
