"Michael and Kiki were super-flirty all night. … He spent literally all night talking and focused on her," a spy told People magazine, noting that the pair arrived at and left from the party separately but within minutes of each other. According to a Page Six source, the duo were "canoodling to the max" and "never left each other's side." Said the witness, "She would have her hand on the back of his head rubbing it as he whispered in her ear and [he] kept kissing her cheek." According to the Page Six insider, "It was clear to everyone in the room that they were together," but the stars' handlers were "protective about them not taking a photo together." "Law & Order" star Elisabeth Röhm took to Instagram on Jan. 27 to announce that she and Judge Jonathan T. Colby are engaged. "Yes, I'm engaged to the most loving, kind, elegant, generous and extraordinary man! Thank you for asking!" she captioned a selfie showing off her impressive engagement bling. "There's been a lot of talk here over the last week about whether I was engaged or not. I'm so happy to finally share this most blessed and personal news with all of you," she continued. "I've waited a long time to find My Jonathan. My prayers have been answered @jonathan.colby This photo was taken after Jonathan proposed and as you can see I bawled like a baby with such joy to have found my one true love who I will share my life with forever. I said YES! It's never too late to write your new story. God has blessed me with LOVE and I send all of you my warmest wishes for all your dreams to come true too — Oh and I can never forget to add that my parents set us up! So grateful to them!" On Jan. 30, a week after the proposal, the duo revealed in a statement to Us Weekly that Judge Colby popped the question in the backyard at their home in La Jolla, California.

Rappers Cardi B and Offset are back together, TMZ reported on Jan. 31. The reconciliation comes two months after she and the Migos member split in the wake of his cheating scandal. According to TMZ, Cardi is moving back into the Atlanta home that she and her husband shared with daughter Kulture, 6 months, until she left him in early December. Sources close to the couple told TMZ that Offset has changed his number and instituted a "no groupies" rule when he performs in an effort to prove to his wife that he's serious about their marriage.

Is there a new man in Kourtney Kardashian's life? The reality star got tongues wagging after she was caught on camera stepping out with David Dee Duron for dinner at Nobu in Malibu on Jan. 24. (See the photos here.) David's brother-in-law, Rich Wilkerson Jr., is the lead pastor of Miami's Vous Church and occasionally serves as a guest speaker at Hillsong Church, which Kourtney attends. Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra hosted yet another wedding reception (their fourth) on Jan. 27. This time, the newlyweds celebrated their marriage with friends and family in Belmont, North Carolina, where the singer-actor's father, Kevin Jonas Sr., grew up and where the Jonas family owns a restaurant. Three days later, on the Jan. 30 episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Priyanka opened up about their seemingly never-ending wedding festivities, saying that "it was just three days" (one traditional Hindu ceremony, one Western-Christian ceremony and one day of Hindu pre-wedding rituals) when she and Nick tied the knot late last year. "Usually Indian weddings are like 1,000 people — at least!" she said. "We had only 200 [guests], which was mostly family because both of us have giant families." So why didn't they have a thousand guests? "We just wanted to keep it super-intimate about just family," she said, eliciting laughs from the audience. "My mother was so upset with me the whole time," she continued. "She was like, 'I need to have another party for the 150,000 people that I know. How can I not invite my jeweler? How can I not invite my hairdresser?' So it was a whole conversation." The "Baywatch" actress also opened up about how she and Nick first connected: "I actually didn't know much about [the Jonas Brothers]," she said. "I mean, everyone knew the Jonas Brothers, I just didn't know the music. I knew some of the songs, but I really didn't know much about them. In fact, Nick and I both didn't know much about each other. So we did a show-and-tell after we started dating where we showed each other our work from when we were younger — the embarrassing stuff, the horrible things. It was great. That's how we got to know each other's careers." So how did they meet? "He DMed me, actually. So millennial of us," said the newlywed. "He DMed me on Twitter saying, 'I've heard we should connect. I've heard from common friends that we should meet. What do you think about that?' I was like, 'Just text me.' Because I'd seen [the music video for his song] 'Close' by then … and I was like, 'Wow. Wowza.'" Priyanka went on to gush of her husband, "He's nice, and it shocks me how he's not been corrupted. You know when you're in entertainment for a long time. He's so family-driven. It's all about his parents. He's just really nice and sweet."
The Sun reported on Jan. 26 that Brooklyn Beckham and Rita Ora had a brief fling in 2017 when he was 18 and she was 26 — and his parents, Victoria Beckham and David Beckham, were not pleased. According to the British tabloid, the power couple banned Brooklyn from seeing Rita — allegedly, they "ordered Brooklyn to New York to keep him away from Rita." (The Sun also alleges that a big issue for the soccer star was that Rita dated his best friend, sports agent Dave Gardner, in 2013.) According to a source, "Posh saw a couple of texts they'd been sending. She didn't want her boy being led astray, and didn't want them partying together. David and Victoria were adamant the pair shouldn't date and made it very clear they didn't approve." (Brooklyn and Rita reportedly "mutually agreed to end the relationship" and "are said to still be on good terms.") Said a second source, "David was pretty furious when he got wind of their friendship, and Victoria was understandably concerned about the age gap. She thought the whole thing was a bit weird. But it takes two to tango, and obviously Brooklyn fully engaged and really fancied Rita. There was a definite attraction, and some serious snogging. While Rita may have initially made the running, Brooklyn seemed keen to pursue it. By the end, if anything Brooklyn was the one pursuing Rita. … His parents may not have approved, but as far as Brooklyn was concerned, he has always hung out with older people and has lots of famous pals. He and Rita got on well, had a real laugh and, most importantly, were both single at the time." MailOnline, meanwhile, reported that it was Brooklyn who "pursued" Rita because he was "smitten with" her — but she "insisted they should just be friends." Us Weekly reported on Jan. 27 that, according to a source, Teresa Giudice "has been feeling conflicted for a little while now" when it comes to her relationship with her imprisoned husband, Joe Giudice. The mother of four has been "doing really good despite all of this and is putting her daughters' best interests first and her own," said the insider. Just last week, People magazine revealed that the star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" said that she and Joe will "go our separate ways" if he's deported to Italy when he's released from prison.
Liam Payne was caught on camera walking behind Naomi Campbell at London's O2 Arena on Jan. 28 — less than two weeks after the pair sparked romance rumors by exchanging flirty messages on Instagram. DJ Mercedes Benson took to her Instagram Story to share a video of the duo together outside the VIP suites following Nigerian singer-songwriter Davido's performance. Celine Dion opened up about her love life during an interview with The Sun's Dan Wootton that hit the Internet on Jan. 29, insisting that she's single. "I am. By the way, when I say, 'I am single,' please, leave me alone. Thanks," said the icon. As for her constant companion Pepe Muñoz — the 34-year-old Spanish dancer and fashion illustrator with whom she connected in 2017 following the death of her husband, Rene Angelil, in 2016 — they're just friends. "We're friends, we're best friends. Of course we hug and hold hands and go out, so people see that. I mean, he's a gentleman. He's giving me his hand to go out," she said. "I don't mind because he's handsome and he's my best friend." Celine and Pepe hit it off when he joined her 2017 European tour as a dancer. "We bonded right away as friends, we had a good time. It evolved. But when people started to take pictures and it was like, 'Who's that guy? Rene?' … Let's not mix everything," said the singer, who clarified that Pepe has become her constant companion because he helps style and train her. "The press said, 'Oh my God, Rene just passed and now there's another man,"' said Celine. "Yeah, there's another man in my life, but not THE man in my life."
On the Jan. 25 episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Beth Stern cleared up rumors that there's trouble in paradise for her and husband Howard Stern. According to the blonde beauty, the confusion kicked off when she told her hubby, "You gotta stop walking around so grumpy this week. I mean, you're really just Debbie Downer this whole [week] — the past few days. Shape up. Come on. We love our life." Howard then went on his Sirius XM radio show and, according to Beth, said, "My wife thinks I'm so depressed. I hope she still loves me." Continued Beth, "Next thing I know, you get these Google alerts. … 'Howard and Beth Stern breaking up. Marital problems.' There's the picture of us with that lightning bolt in-between our heads. And I don't know what's going on. And then apparently, he spoke about us on the air. This was just last week, and then it just spread like wildfire. … But 20 years of marital bliss. I am setting the record straight right here. I love my Howard." She also said that she wakes up around 4:45 every morning because that's when her husband has to be up for work. "Because I want to be with him. 20 years. That's been our routine together," she said.
Jenny Slate debuted her new boyfriend, art curator Ben Shattuck, during the Sundance Film Festival. First, they were photographed arriving together at the airport in Salt Lake City on Jan. 25. The following day, the duo posed together on the red carpet at the premiere of "The Sunlit Night," in which she stars. The day after that, Ben accompanied the actress as she joined her castmates for an interview at the Vulture Spot. Later on Jan. 27, he sat beside her (and was photographed planting a kiss on her forehead as she hugged his arm) during a private dinner for "The Sunlit Night" hosted by the RAND Luxury Escape.
"The Bachelor" host Chris Harrison and "Entertainment Tonight" correspondent Lauren Zima revealed that they're dating by making their red carpet debut at Entertainment Weekly's pre-SAG Awards party in West Hollywood on Jan. 26. According to "ET," the duo "have been dating for months and are very happy."
Jeannie Mai is dating Young Jeezy, she revealed on the Jan. 28 episode of "The Real" — but he's not the only one! "You guys know that I'm multi-dating, right?" she said. "Jeezy and I hang out. He's very special to me, so we don't really have a label to define what it is we're doing. We're just having a good time together. Honestly." Continued the hostess, "So 'Real' fam, you know I always keep it a little too real at this table. I promise you that when there is that one special boo, you will be the first to know from me." The duo first sparked romance rumors when Jeannie's pal Malika Haqq took to Instagram on Jan. 25 to share a photo of herself and her boyfriend, O.T. Genasis, hanging out with Jeannie and Jeezy, as well as new couple Lori Harvey and Trey Songz. "3's Company," she wrote in the caption, implying that the group was out on a triple date.
It's getting serious for Chris Lane and Lauren Bushnell, who debuted their relationship in November. The country singer took to Instagram on Jan. 29 to share a photo of himself golfing with Lauren's dad in Scottsdale, Arizona. "Great day on the course with my potential future father-n-law @dfbush62 ⛳️🏌🏻😂 Ready for the @wmphoenixopen tomorrow!" he wrote in the caption. Chris then took to his Instagram Story to clarify that he and Lauren — who got engaged to Ben Higgins on the finale of Season 20 of "The Bachelor" in 2016 — aren't engaged (yet). "Y'all, just so you're aware, I'm not engaged. I know some people may actually think from my post, but if you'll read it, it said 'future,'" he said in a video, which he captioned, "Service announcement I'm not engaged."
Shaquille O'Neal and actress Annie Ilonzeh debuted their relationship by holding hands during an outing in New York City on Jan. 25, 2019. It's unclear how long the pair have been an item.
Chadwick Boseman and his longtime girlfriend, singer Taylor Simone Ledward, made their red carpet debut at the SAG Awards in Los Angeles on Jan. 28. The duo have reportedly been an item since at least 2015.
On the Jan. 29 episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Courteney Cox opened up about her longtime love, Johnny McDaid. "He's not my fiancé," she said. "We were engaged to be married but now we're just together. … We broke off our engagement and he moved to England. Then we got back together, and it's actually better than it was before. Everything's better. … After that breakup, we were apart for six months. That really showed us a lot. And it's just better. It's expensive. I mean, that's an expensive relationship. … We go back and forth a lot." She went on to gush of the Snow Patrol rocker, who's currently on tour, "He's incredible. He's also an incredible writer. He writes tons of music."
Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin took the next step forward in their relationship after less than a year of dating: They moved in together. "We moved in we only had 4 mental breakdowns!" the former child star captioned a Jan. 25 selfie with the model showing off their new home, which features views of the ocean and the New York City skyline. In early January, there were rumors that Toni Braxton and Birdman had called off their engagement, but they certainly seemed like a couple during her concert in Atlanta on Jan. 23. Social media videos posted by fans show the rapper joining the "Un-Break My Heart" singer onstage midway through her gig: After sharing a lengthy hug, Toni takes Birdman by the hand and guides him offstage. They reportedly shared a private moment backstage before she returned to finish her set.
Danielle Staub and her estranged husband, Marty Caffrey, are close to finalizing their extremely contentious divorce, Us Weekly reported on Jan. 24. According to a source, the divorce is "rapidly coming to a conclusion" and will "be done in a matter of weeks." The insider adds that the pair are still living "in different parts" of their estate in Englewood, New Jersey, though they're "not really communicating that much and just … staying out of each other's hairs."
Diego Boneta and Angela Sarafyan sparked romance rumors when they stepped out for dinner in Los Angeles on Jan. 23. It's unclear whether their night out on the town was a friendly dinner between colleagues or friends (or if they just happened to bump into each other outside the same restaurant) … or something more!
Bachelor Nation's JJ Lane — who competed for Kaitlyn Bristowe's heart on Season 11 of "The Bachelorette" in 2015 — took to Instagram on Jan. 28 to announce that he and former NFL cheerleader Kayla Hughes are engaged. "She said YES!!! I can't wait to marry my best friend, my love, and the woman that has made me better since the day we met," he captioned a photo of the proposal, which took place during a vacation in Hawaii. (JJ's 6-year-old daughter, Gemma, joined the couple on the trip.) "Does this ring make me look…. ENGAGED??!!! I said yes to the man of my dreams and can't wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend," the bride-to-be, who went public with her relationship with the reality star in 2017, captioned another photo from the proposal.
Vanessa Grimaldi — who got engaged to Nick Viall on the finale of Season 21 of "The Bachelor" in 2017 — debuted her new boyfriend, Canadian businessman Josh Wolfe, on Instagram on Jan. 28. "#mcm," she captioned a selfie with her beau, who sweetly nuzzled her head, in Boca Raton, Florida. Earlier this month, the reality star told Us Weekly that she was dating someone new and called the romance "very exciting."
On the Jan. 30 episode of the "Today" show, Jason Tartick — who competed for Becca Kufrin's heart on Season 14 of "The Bachelorette" — and former "The Bachelorette" star Kaitlyn Bristowe — who called off her three-year engagement to Shawn Booth in late 2018 — confirmed (again) that they're dating. "I was gonna use my podcast to break the news, but I guess the 'Today' show beat me to it," joked Kaitlyn. Jason, meanwhile, confirmed that the pair have been dating for "about a month now" after meeting on her podcast. "We were friends — a little banter here and there — and friendship turned into a relationship," he said. The duo also posed for their first official photo together outside SiriusXM Studios in New York City.
Meanwhile, Kaitlyn Bristowe's ex-fiancé, Shawn Booth, opened up about their breakup — and her whirlwind rebound with Jason Tartick — on the Jan. 26 episode of Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti's "Almost Famous: In Depth" podcast. "I think just with her moving on so quick, I just have a tough time understanding why she would be putting [her new relationship] out everywhere or blasting it all over the place knowing that it could hurt," he said, noting that he and Kaitlyn were "working through things" over the summer of 2018 before secretly calling it quits in September. (Shawn says he heard about Kaitlyn and Jason "around the same time" that he and Kaitlyn announced their breakup in November.) "With her new relationship … [it] makes me question everything that we've had," he said. "I would definitely say that announcing the breakup was extremely tough. And then seeing her move on was extremely tough. And I'm kind of just mourning all of it right now." He went on to say that while part of him is happy that his ex is happy, it does "upset" him and make him "a little angry" having her new romance shoved in his face — though he acknowledges that "it's helping me to move on because it does hurt that much seeing everything." Shawn also detailed what he misses most about Kaitlyn: "Not only were we engaged, but it's like, man, I lost my best friend too," he said. "It just feels like everything is just completely gone like that. … Everything we've had, everything we've been through. We were this team and we got through a lot of stuff together, but then just like in an instant, it's all gone." But he admits they had "a tough go right out the gates." Said Shawn, "We started having a tough time with our relationship in, like, the second week of the season. We went through all different types of ups and downs. … There was always push and pull, push and pull, like we were going through some serious stuff on the show and then obviously once we're engaged, we're able to announce that we're together, we're happy, we're excited — and then still have to deal with other issues." A big issue for Shawn was Kaitlyn's relationship with runner-up Nick Viall: "I think it's always something that was in the back of my mind. It was tough," he said.
Rafael Nadal and his girlfriend of 14 years, Mery Perelló, are finally engaged, HOLA! Spain reported on Jan. 30. The tennis star reportedly proposed in Rome in May 2018.
Just 10 days after they made their public debut at a Los Angeles Clippers basketball game on Jan. 18, Emma Stone and her boyfriend, "Saturday Night Live" writer-director Dave McCary, made their Hollywood debut at the SAG Awards. (The Oscar winner was up for two individual acting awards.) The duo posed for a photo inside the ceremony with Emma's "Aloha" co-star Bradley Cooper.
Frankie Grande is no longer dating a married couple, he told Us Weekly on Jan. 30. "I've been single for about a month now," he said. "It's really good. I'm super-grateful for my last relationship. I grew so much in it, and at the same time, it wasn't working out anymore, so I'm super-glad that we decided to end things amicably and that we can all remain friends, which is good. That's an important thing." He went on to detail the complexities of being part of a "throuple." Said Ariana Grande's older brother, "It was so complicated. … That's part of why it didn't end up working out. Double the highs, double the excitement, but also double the lows and double the drama. But again, [they're] good people. No hard feelings at all. I have grown so much as a person, and I've learned so much about what that next relationship for me is going to look like and I'm very excited for that. And again, [I'm] just very happy that we're gonna be remaining friends. We're gonna be able to hang out." He hasn't ruled out the prospect of being part of a throuple again in the future. "I would [do it again]," he said. "I'm a very open person — especially with love. … I would definitely do it. I would also like to know right up front what the ground rules and the bottom lines are gonna be. In a way, I'm better now at navigating throuples because I know exactly what's gonna happen. But, again, I'm just super-open. I'm down for whatever. Love for me, I think, can take any shape. I'm not putting a restriction on it." The throuple was also Frankie's first relationship since getting sober. "Having had this experience of having gone through my first sober relationship and my first sober breakup, I'm armed with all of these amazing tools now that will allow me to so much easier enter into whatever the next relationship is." He then admitted that the breakup was extra-tough because of his sobriety: "My emotions were so high and so heavy, but I think as breakups go, it was a good one," he said. "It was definitely a good one. But I just felt everything."
Dane Cook and his much-younger girlfriend, Kelsi Taylor, are getting serious, Us Weekly reported on Jan. 30. "Dane is so in love with Kelsi," said a source. "He treats her as though she's his wife even though he's said he'll never get married. … This is definitely the most serious relationship he's had so far. … He doesn't talk to any other women anymore and before her he used to have lots of one-night stands."
Katharine McPhee is not here for your criticism of her age-mismatched relationship with her fiancé, David Foster. (She's 34 and he's 69.) The singer-actress had an epic clap-back for a Twitter troll who had something negative to say after she tweeted that "picking your bridal party is like a real life Myspace top 8." After the troll wrote that Myspace lasted "longer than" her marriage to David ever will, the "American Idol" alum fired back, "I'm assuming it also lasted longer than any relationship you ever had with a hairdresser?" Burn!
Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia — his ex-wife and business partner — opened up about their relationship on the Jan. 30 episode of "Good Morning America." The Rock credited their longtime success to "therapy," while his former missus attributed their platonic partnership of more than a decade to "friendship" and "the expansion of wanting what's best for everyone." (Dany married the wrestler-actor's personal trainer, Dave Rienzi, in 2014, while Dwayne has two daughters with his partner of more than a decade, Lauren Hashian.)
Tarek El Moussa texted his ex-wife, Christina Anstead (formerly Christina El Moussa), to congratulate her the day she married her new husband, Ant Anstead. He didn't know they were set to tie the knot until their wedding day, he told People magazine as part of an interview that hit the Internet on Jan. 25. "I was sitting on the couch and then I started getting texts from people showing me a photo online of her wedding. That's how I found out," he said, calling the surprise nuptials "kind of out of the blue." Continued the father of two, "When I first got them, I just sat there for a few minutes and thought about things, and it was kind of like a release. It was kind of like, I was really OK with it. I was happy with it." That's when he texted to say congratulations. (Christina and Ant both replied with a simple, "Thank you," he said.) "I think finding that out made me realize 100 percent closure," Tarek added. "It was a moment of clarity, actually. I was at peace, it was weird. … It just kind of [made me realize] it's time for me to work on me and keep going with my new life, which I've already done. … I'm still on my own, so maybe it's time to make some changes. Maybe it's time to look for love."
On the Jan. 23 episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen," Sarah Paulson dished on how she met her girlfriend, Holland Taylor, who's 32 years her senior. "It's a long story. We met a very, very long time ago. I was with someone else. … And then there was a Twitter thing that happened," she said. "We were doing a thing at Martha Plimpton's house. It was for an organization that she was working with and we were both doing a little PSA for it, and we sort of breezed by one another and then started following each other on Twitter." During the G'Day USA Gala in Los Angeles on Jan. 26, Liam Hemsworth opened up to "Extra" about married life with Miley Cyrus: "It's all wonderful and I feel very lucky to be with her," he said, adding that things are "the same but different" because they've "been together for the better part of 10 years." The Australian actor went on to explain how they managed to keep their December nuptials mostly under wraps: "It wasn't hard — we have a small group of friends. It was mainly immediate family, a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing. I am very happy to be where I am," he said. So with Valentine's Day practically right around the corner, will he be able to top the super-sweet love letter that his missus shared on his birthday earlier this month? "I'm definitely going to take that into account and try to top it," he said. The G'Day USA Gala, during which Liam was honored with the Excellence in Film Award, marked the newlyweds' first joint appearance as a married couple. "Thank you to my beautiful wife. During an interview with NPR's "Morning Edition" that hit the Internet on Jan. 25, Jada Pinkett Smith dished on why she's been so candid about her marriage to Will Smith on her Facebook Watch series "Red Table Talk" — even though the power couple, who've been plagued by infidelity rumors over the years, have a reputation for being super-private. Said the actress, "People have a lot of romantic and fantasy ideas around relationships. And considering the powerful journey that [Will] and I have been taking together, I really thought it was important to shatter, you know, whatever facade had been out there. Now that I'm older, and with all the work that I've done, I feel like I have the capacity to be more transparent — and luckily enough, so does my family. So just because there are certain things that we talk about on the Red Table doesn't mean that we don't have boundaries. But I don't see the necessity to hold on to knowledge of certain experiences that we've had."
During an interview for the cover of Glamour's February 2019 issue, which hit the Internet on Jan. 29, Halsey opened up about the biggest takeaways from her relationship with (and subsequent breakup from) G-Eazy. "The biggest lesson I learned was to make art, not headlines. Because it can become quite easy, in the social media generation, to go from being a musician to becoming a personality," she said.
During an interview with the "Today" show's Willie Geist that hit the Internet on Jan. 24, William H. Macy opened up about wife Felicity Huffman. "Our marriage is sort of a fairy-tale marriage. … I loved her the second I saw her," he said. "We talk about showbiz a lot," he added. "We give each other notes.
